If you are black do not go here I was racially profiled by Mexicans. I paid with debit card and she asked for my ID to see if my name matches up on the card like when do you ever ID someone for flowers I could have been paying with my family members card or something. Also their chip reader wasn’t working so I told her to swipe the card instead she told me no and that I need to pay another way and tried to get a cop to see if the cards belong to me as well, like what do you mean no? So I gave her my credit card and again she tried to read the name on the card to see if it matches but didn’t do that to the other people that were in there. Very Racist thinking I just have stolen cards or something because of my color and appearance! They deserve 0 stars

If I could give no stars I would. I do not like to write negative reviews however my experience was horrible beyond belief. I purchased 1 arrangement @ 75.00. Then 4 dozen long stem @ 39.00 a dozen. I spent over 250!! The roses come packaged in card board . This is how I found once arriving home I had gotten rotten roses. So I go back and Jose exchanges them out with fresh he said. But what he did was remove so many layers of the petals they looked horrible, this place has a zero refund policy. Very bad quality of roses . Buyer be aware

,I have to say its ridiculous they would not allow you to pay over the phone not even there website has a payment option or a flower selection to choose from .U have to show up in person which makes it a big inconvenience for an industry that cater to convenience. I work 7 days week and out of town I'm trying to surprise my wife flowers ,what I'm supposed to do ?Ask her to go choose them.!I called this morning apparently there is no manager there to answer these types of questions /request according to the women I spoke to.

I’m not going to lie the floral arrangement I received for our 6th wedding anniversary from my husband was beautiful. The customer service however was ridiculous. As soon as my husband picked an arrangement an older lady turned and told another lady “I don’t think he will purchase it”. Like excuse me lady why would my husband go and try to purchase an arrangement without money. I’m sorry he looked poor or whatever was going through your mind. You do not express yourself like that in front of customers. Eww never again.

Every time I come here I get the feeling there are weird things happening behind the scenes. Nobody seems to know how to check you out at the Register, they stare at you like you’re an alien and the prices are NEVER the same. Always changes day to day like they just pull the price off the top of their head. Rude customer service, and there are at least 20 employees at a time standing around or doing nothing while I’m struggling to get answers. This place is like the twilight zone. Save your energy don’t come.

I've driven by this place all my life and never actually stopped and went in. I was looking for 5 small arrangements for a last minute birthday celebration and they did not disappoint. You are able to walk into the cooler and choose your own flowers for them to arrange or for you to arrange at home. If you aren't too familiar with what you see, they will totally help you build what you're looking for. Above and beyond all the way. They're prices are reasonable too!

Dry, old, fire-hazardous trees!! Just bought a "live" Christmas tree for $300 and after 24hrs it has drank zero water (fresh Christmas trees drink up to a gallon of water per day). And needles are already browning. This tree is NOT fresh. It's been stuck in a truck for weeks maybe. Called them for a refund and they've given me the runaround for 3 phone calls already. Don't buy trees from here.

The large selection of fresh flowers are always lovely! They also have plants, hanging baskets, and even bedding plants. The arrangements are gorgeous. You can grab a pre-made arrangement or arrange for an on the spot custom order. This shop designs chancel arrangements for our church. Always pleased with the excellent service and beautiful flowers!

BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES! I own small landscaping company and every time I purchase the price fluctuates greatly . On my last visit the same exact flat jumped $20 in price and it was only a day later. The only customer service that they are good at is “ sizing up “ customers. Spend your money somewhere else !

I picked up 3 roses on Sunday the lady who helped me said they would last about a week and she give me something to put in the water to keep them fresh but sadly by Tuesday they were going south and had to put them in the trash I spent 19.00 I wish I had taken a picture so there is no photo

This is my favorite flower shop! They have the most beautiful flowers. I personally come here to buy blue roses. They stay healthy so long and bloom beautifully! I really recommend buying roses here! I've never known a place that can spray roses my favorite color but this place does!

Don’t waste your trying to get flowers arranged in a vase. Lady refused to go down on price ($125) for a VERY SIMPLE arrangement in a vase. I just got the vase for $16 and got the flowers for $19 bucks with nice design at a grocery story. Saved me about $90 easily...

Came here to get a plant for a funeral. The staff were friendly and kind. They helped me choose a beautiful plant Lily for a fair price for my family friend who passed away. They even have a friendly cat on the premises. Such a cool vibe! I enjoyed the experience.
