We couldn't ask for better service ! We are expats ,over 60 year old, that wanted a great location in the center of Amsterdam and had limited time to search. We sent email to many agencies while we were abroad. From all the agencies that we contacted , Aris, at Holland Home Management was quick to reply, followed up with us and prepared us very well for the trip and the search here. We wanted to start the search right on the day we landed in the country. Aris cleared up his calendar and prepared a great list of locations for us to see. We found our dream place on the very first day of the search! Following that, Aris were guiding and helping us through the details associated with connecting utilities , signing contracts, and all the other issues we needed to deal with. We couldn’t wish for smoother process and more exceptional treatment. We very highly recommend !!

I’m not saying their deals are SCAMS. I’m not saying that. All I’m saying is that they ask for 2+ months of deposit and a signed contract before even allowing us to see the keys of the apartment or talk with the landlord. Which seems a bit SCAMMY in itself. Something else that sounds like an absolute SCAM is asking for that on a Friday evening and then leaving for the weekend (after the deal seemed finalised); expecting the money in their bank account and the contract signed by Monday morning. That’s definitely what I would do if I wanted to SCAM people. Finally pulling-out of the deal at the first request for negotiation. Which is not just a rip-off but also sounds a lot like a SCAM. Bunch of clowns and amateurs, the lot of them.

Top notch. Had a rather challenging situation trying to find a “unicorn” place near Amsterdam, with so many specific criteria and complications. Not only HHM helped me to find a place which exactly fit into the criteria and organised a viewing on a short notice, but also helped me to figure the negotiation process - essentially demonstrating a real “partnership” approach when the agent fully backs you up and builds trust at step zero. Highly recommended! I came to the Netherlands as an expat and I was worried about how I will find a house. HHM is very professional and understands what I need. Customer service is something that's hard to come by in the Netherlands, but Liesbeth at HHM was fantastic in helping us find a great apartment in Amsterdam. She showed us a wide variety of options, based on detailed inquiries of our tastes and preferred locations, and was available start to finish with the move in process, helping us register utilities, deal with paperwork etc. She is by far the most helpful person we've dealt with in the Netherlands so far!
