TLDR: Change your go-to pet store immediately. This one is unbeatable! The exceptional experience here is only matched by the exceptional staff. I've been to many pet stores in my time, but none with a staff as genuinely friendly and willing to assist you and your pet with all your needs. They have an unbeatable return policy, and all returned items are donated to local shelters for other animals to utilize. They have a great selection of supplies for both cats and dogs which are, for the most part, all American made if that is something that matters to you. The thing that mattered to me is everything was cost-competitive while being ethically sourced. The staff was knowledgeable, and they can answer any question you may have. We took our cat to the store and he may as well have been another family member to the two store staff members. He was provided with ample treats, countless pettings, and was definitely happier than when he arrived which is quite a high bar. He has been to other pet stores (Petco, Petsmart, etc.) but he was vouching to us that this was clearly his favorite of the bunch. The icing on the cake is that they sell a special coffee blend whose proceeds benefit animals in need while being quite delicious. I cannot recommend Hollywood Feed, and especially this location, enough!

They charged my bank card to hold an order when I called in as a regular customer and they said it was only an "authorization" and would drop off. I went to pick-up the order and actually paid, they then said my card, when I had previously called in to arrange pick-up, was not charged because it's not on file on my account. However; the first charge wasn't just an authorization and posted to my account several days later, so I was charged before and after I came. I went back to the store and showed them the receipt and showed them 2 charges on my bank account. They said I would have to get a bank statement! Seriously? It's 2021... I can go on my phone... log on and show you immediately! Two charges say POSTED! And this time the lady said they do not charge over the phone! Well what were they doing when they asked for my card number over the phone and it appeared as an authorization at my bank before I ever entered the store? Your store doesn't keep records of what you sell and charge to me? I have an account with you and it should show two charges for the same item? Lots of running around to buy something and very inconvenient. I think I will use a store I can call or pay by website and pick-up without being charged twice.

Have been shopping here for past 2 years since we moved to Atlanta. I love their exceptional customer service, competitive in-store prices and inventories. Hollywood Feed is much smaller than commercial pet retailers like Petsmart, but I spend at least 40min< just looking around their cute inventories. Sales section is small but stocked with bunch of stuff with reputable brands leash etc. The discounts are amazing, I always grab something from their sales section “just in case” One thing I wish they had is pet from Farmina. I can purchase from other retail stores or Chewy, but I want to keep supporting this local business!

Being our local petstore for nearly a year, the store provides impeccable and friendly service with every visit. The selection of toys, food and pet accessories is well curated for a smaller store, and the staff have always been helpful and supportive with inquires. Furthermore, when our cat and dog decided they didn't like the new food we'd bought, the store refunded it without any issues, promising to donate the opened food to local shelters. This service goes above and beyond other larger stores, and even though we have now moved further away, Hollywood Feed remains our prefered choice for pet essentials.

Great customer service. This place is right by my house too so it makes it super convenient to shop at. Brooks and Kristen helped me during my visit and made great suggestions throughout. I usually buy most supplies online but just wanted food here. Knowing this is the kind of service here makes me want to shop instore a little more. What a wonderful 1st impression. I'll be back next time with my puppy to visit!! :)

I ordered my dog's food yesterday for same day delivery. I placed my order before the 6PM cut off time. I was emailed my order was shipped at 6PM but it did not arrive. My dog had to go without a full serving due to this. I've called customer service 5 times and they aren't answer. It won't let me cancel my order.

If you have a pet, this is the way. Hollywood feed is great. Prices similar or lower than Amazon, friendly and helpful staff, and great collection of food, treats and toys. Oh and the best part - if your pet doesn't like something you purchased, the store will refund you! also - store points, lots of free stuff

My go-to pet store. First visit about 3 years ago. Lots of high-end brands. Great suggestions for senior dogs. Parking is very, very, very tight. At least 4 businesses share about 15 spots upfront. Don't discount them for the bad parking system though, it's a short walk to the larger parking lot.

Personal and knowledge driven service! The associate actually comes down the aisle and touched the merchandise she was describing to me. She also asked details to understand what my pet's needs were. She was right he is doing well with the new wet food and adapted to the lick mat quickly.

This store is so great! We were impressed with their selection of toys/accessories for all size animals. We usually struggle to find large breed dog toys/clothing. Great selection of treats. I wish we had one closer to us. The ladies running the shop were incredibly helpful.

Manager Amy is truly "the puppy whisperer!" She's knowledgeable about dogs and proper training. Certainly informative about the store's vast food and treat product line. AND she's really nice and helpful. Clone her and give her 5 starts and 10 raises! My dog likes her too!

Every time we have been here the staff has been super friendly. They are helpful and knowledgeable about what they carry in the store. They have a great selection of treats and toys so we visit here often. They also do some good events like pictures with Santa for free.

Always great service here and great willingness to help you get whatever food you need for your pet. I love this place and everyone who works there has been nice every single time. They hold a pack of canned food for my cat just so it's not sold out when I go in!
