There is no 0 stat, si I selected 1. The nightmare We faced is here. We were looking for modular Kitchen, I found Pepperfry and selected nearest brach Miyapur. When I contacted Mr.Srinivas spoke to me and said they provide service through Home peddelers which is cost effective and easy rather than going through Pepperfry which is tedious and pricy. We visited the Miyapur Pepperfry branch to discuss the design. This designer Mareena took the requirements and asked us to pay 30k without even finalizing anything. We are not experienced and very naively we also made the payment. We asked what if we do not want to proceed, they told they will give "coupons" in Pepperfry to purchase something. We also requested for false ceiling. The area is 484 sqft for which they quoted 75k unbelievable. Each electrical port is 650 rd and painting 26j, etc. I have attached their estimation for reference. I got shocked and cancelled as they did not agree to cancel electrical and painting charges. Finally they agreed to ho with 50rs per sqft and no electrical and painting. ( We got the electrical work done by 3k) I asked that designer to use the 30k we have for false ceiling ( the bill for false ceiling was 27500) Duration the false ceiling installation, the designer lady Mareena drove us crazy. She literally did all wrong designing ( because of poor designing, we are now totally removing the false ceiling done, waste of 30 k) We told that guy Srinivas, cancel the kitchen and told how frustrated we were and how we do not trust them. That person does not seem to be bothered , but he asked us to pay extra money. He said the sqft 484 became 600 sqft and adked us to pay the difference( laughable). The very next morning he came to our house without any information and managed to fool the maingate security and started measuring. Few sq ft like 2-3 sqft may go up and down, how come 125 sq ft will increase??? That too it is just a plain covering of the colums, no design at all. Picture attached. It was Sunday morning and he totally spoiled it. We sent him outside of the house saying we will show the measurements via videocall ( This lady Mareena visited our house and took the measurements and now it magically became 600 sqft) We feely regret selecting this people for our dream house. He told it was his first project but literally screwed.. I don't know how come his business will grow if he gets this kind of negative review and causing mental stress and frustration to customer and causing financial damage. We sent him the estimation we got and asked f Sad part, this guy did not even pay the actual false ceiling contractor and he lied to them saying customer did not pay. The worst fraud. We finally hired the false ceiling person as a separate contractor and redoing our false ceiling and going with IKEA kitchen. Suggestions gor anyone who are thinking to select this people: 1. The designer is extremely poor in terms of thinking. She will force you to take her design as is with no changes. Even after requesting multie time, she will show the sloppy design. It is as good as going with woodwork people who just do designs without thinking any aspects of it, be it aesthetics, funtional, what customer want, etc. 2. They take money without even finalizing the kitchen design and final estimation. 3. They do NOT have any model kitchen 4. They are extremely rude and come to ur house if something donnot work out well without your permission. 5. They will not refund anything 6. I suggest go with the any local contractor who can do much better than going with these frauds
