Always been the case that elevators are not well located for the majority of ALL the parking spaces at ALL the Marlins garages. Otherwise the place is clean, well attended by staff to help flow the traffic pre- and post- game, and well secured from a safety standpoint. I don't know why, as long as there are spaces available online before the games, anyone would park in private properties block away, for the same or more money, than parking right inside the Stadium complex and walking a 100 yards or less to their entrance gate, all under the ample number of watchful eyes of security guards and stadium personnel. Obviously some few games sell out ALL the garage spots, so private parking may be necessitated, but let's face it, very regrettably, the last few years, neither the stadium seats nor parking has been sold out on more than a few occasions per year. Reasonable cost of $15 and $16, with other ground floor priority spaces @$20. Some premium games are more than $20. Parking app for the stadium is easy to use and quick to get parking by license plate booked and confirmed in a minute or two.

Closest, in my opinion, to the ballpark. Plenty of parking spaces. You can use elevators or stairs. Use Pay-By-Phone app to pay for parking. Home plate garage parking cose 43200. Use 43201 for First Base Garage, use 43203 for Center Field Garage, use 43213 for Third base Garage and ONLY for Marlins Members who park in West Lot #2 use code 43205 (which is West of the Marlins Fan Shop). I have parked in all of these. No problems or issues. If you forget to pay for parking it is more expensive with a parking ticket. If you dont want to pay inside of the garage, drive around and you will find parking in the outskirts to park in front of peoples homes but it's CASH ONLY.

Homeplate Garage as the name suggests is located near the homeplate. Check with your event to know if the parking garage is metered or not otherwise it is a Pay By Phone parking lot if you do have a season tickets or specialty tickets to ball games there may be a reduced price check your event details for more information on parking. Upon entry it may be a little confusing be sure to come in from the same staircase that you came from in order to not get lost as the up ramp maybe different from the down ramp. Garage is clean, maintained and free of garbage.

Our parking spot was extremely convinient. Close enough for a comfortable walk, far enough we were not stuck in traffic after the game was over and the whole stadium was leaving premises. The area was clean and amole space for pedestrians and traffic to flow. 100% recommended

It's a great stadium for watch your basegame. Has a retractable dome and depends of the weather can be open or closed. Several concessions for your quick bite and has a store for Miami Marlins souvenirs. It's located close to downtown, with easy access by expressway.

While clean and easy to park the machines to pay are horrible! We tried to pay and they screwed up our ticket and then we couldn't get out. Hope they fix their problems because I can easily see how after a baseball game it could turn into a big cluster!

The worst, not the garage the park & pay vendor. $15 to park. Handicapped parking $20. So much for our disabled veterans... The app stinks, took 40 minutes to connect ( solid concrete enclosure ) = 3,000 attendees. Gosh I truly miss the park & ride.

Ridiculosly overpriced food Plan on spending atleast $25 per person if you are gonna eat inside the stadium ,it's $14 for a cheeseburger, it's gonna very very loud they are constantly blasting music feels more like a club than a ballgame

My very first baseball game at Marlin's park in Miami. Very organized parking for all the traffic. Great place to come visit and catch a game. Lots of family fun.!!! Hope to see many more. Has plenty of close by parking for everyone.

This garage is conveniently located beside Marlin's Park. The regalar prepaid parking is $20 plus tax and service fee. Exiting the garage after a packed game is slow, and can take 30-45 minutes but it sure beats parking farther away.

Nice garage but they charged $45 for parking this time..Their price is never consistent. 2 weeks ago at drone event I paid 15. Also kinda ridiculous I have to pay for parking on an app.

Excellent parking garage very close to my seating arrangements staff was very customer-friendly we had a wonderful time, well worth paying for parking prior to getting to the event.

Really close to ballpark but have to use an app to pay which got super confusing. Have no idea how seniors park their car there. Anyway the police where super friendly and helpful!!

During the WBC the information provided by MLB and the Marlins organization was not accurate and the police did not know what direction I should go to get to the Garage.

You no longer pay when you pool in. You can pay with your smart phone, or by sunpass. You walk out of the garage, to the home plate entrance. Best spot at the park.

For the first time I've been to that stadium, I really liked it. the organization of parking, accessibility to all areas. The ticket price is excellent.

Attended Jehovah's Witness International Convention there, attendants there were very informed and friendly, best 3 days of our life!

Big spacious but $15 bucks for parking at the park witch I will spend another 100 bucks in tickets not counting the food a bit steep

Best garage for the park. If you park in the south west corner the elevator takes you down and puts you in front of the main gate

Beautiful stadium, air-conditioned with a great top. Staff are very friendly, we only need to have a better baseball team.

Nowhere to park. Cops blocked off all the roads and weren't helpful. Didn't get into the game till the 7th inning smh
