I purchased an item a few days ago, but when I brought it home it was missing several pieces from the box. When I attempted to return the product, the cashier (Troyanne) would only offer me store credit because I didn't have the receipt. I made a bit of a stink because it wasn't really fair that they wouldn't give my money back due to a problem with the merchandise. I, admittedly, was a bit difficult but she was consistently polite and understanding with me. She called over her manager (Dexter) and I gave him a hard time as well. Working together, Dexter and Troyanne came up with a solution that left me extremely happy and I could not be more grateful to them or their excellent customer service. For that reason, I will absolutely return to this Home Goods again!

I actually helped open this store. The parking is terrible as even employees have to pay for parking and I had to use my break to move my car and repark or pay for a full day. Being in a new "Upscale" district which was an former don't stop for red lights area ( advised by police ) they were looking for a hip sales staff and I didn't make the grade even though I was routinely praised by the supervisors. I was working at Michael's also and they offered better hours. I do have to say that out of the trio that are apart of this chain Home Goods is the best. Yes I knew the area growing up in housing projects no do far down the road.

Good store, but horrible service. It's always the same, 30 minutes or more to be able to pay, they never have more than 2 persons when checking out, people that come to this particular location always bring dogs and there has been so many accidents all around, no one cleans, stuff is all over the floor during weekends, a lot of the merchandise is damaged. I don't know how many times I've walked away or I've seen people walking away due to the endless lines or lack of help. I've been living in the area for many years and you can tell the manager of this store doesn't care at all, because there hasn't been any improvement at all.

I won't shop here again. First, they don't validate parking. So the more time you spend in their store (and the more money you spend), the more you have to pay for parking. It seems they should want to encourage you to spend more time and money by validating. Second, they won't let you take their shopping carts into their parking lot. So if you spent a lot of time and money and bought a lot of things, you can't get them conveniently to your car. To be fair to HomeGoods, however, this is probably a problem just as much created by the Midtown shopping center. So until they fix this parking issue, I won't be back.

An amazing place where you can find great home Decor and accents with a great price! this place offers an incredible amount of different items that will make your home or your office look amazingly beautiful. No matter what’s the season this store will offer you a reason to stop by every once in a while. Even though this is my favorite store, I have to say that, they have some opportunities to grow, specially on the customer service area, the lines on the cash wraps are super long‘s and it will be very hard to find a store associate on the sales floor, nevertheless I give them a five star on my review.

Great store for all kinds of home items. You really never know what you'll find. Sometimes deals are great, other times, not at all. You have to be careful and price check to be sure you're getting a good deal. The other thing is it's just ridiculous how understaffed they can be on a weekend. I've sometimes walked out because the check out line was so long. On the whole, worth checking out if you're nearby, but if you're making a special trip, make sure you're getting a more of items or something pricey where you're saving a lot to make the trip worthwhile.

This store is the absolute best. Surprisingly neat and tidy and displays always so beautiful. Everyone is very welcoming and warm. Well, everyone except an older heavyset woman who I think is one of the managers. I don’t like how she talks the employees whom I have experienced to be nothing but hard working and enjoyable. She’s the exception though and don’t let that steer you away from this wonderful store. Thank goodness I only go every couple of months because inevitably I walk out with a huge bill.

Horrible customer service in front of the store. Not only did I hear employee talking behind my back but the cart full of merchandise I purchased was not kept safely where I was instructed to leave it. It was moved towards the entrance by the shopping carts while I went to get my car in parking lot. Anyone could have taken anything from the cart and walked out of the store with it and they would have not been seen. Very saddened with my experience this morning!!

A chaotic mess. Damaged goods, long lines, have fun hauling your purchase around the block and up 2 floors into the garage (which you have to pay to use). Yes you may find treasures and cheap home goods if you are willing to rummage through the mess. The worst home goods I've ever been to. I drive an extra 20 min to go to the one in north Miami instead which is spacious, has newer trends and parking out front.

I been going to home good for few year . Service at store going down . The line keep getting longer and longer every time I go to this store for this year . Parking is not free at this location. U have to pay for parking. Being in line over one hour is Ridiculous. Now u have to go to this store around open time or around before closing time at this store . To Avoid long line .

Came here to buy a white elephant gift. Found a gift right away and at a reasonable price. Everyone at the party loved it and asked where I got the gift. When I said Homewood everyone was amazed stating they had been to homegoods for Christmas shopping and hadn't seen such good present! There were no long lines and was able to walk in the store; wasn't crowded at all.

Nice atmosphere, great goods. I stopped by to look for a storagesolution for my home. I found a lot of interesting choices too. The staff were all friendly and attentive. They were knowledgeable about what they have and how their products are priced. I absolutely recommend this store, because the wide selection of goods. There is something for everyone there.

You can always find neat little trinkets at this store. I love some of the furniture pieces they offer. Everytime I go into this store there is something new on display so if I didn't see it on my last trip I could possibly find it the next time I go. The employees tend to know what they are talking about when helping customers which is a plus in my book.

Located in Midtown Miami, this Home Goods has all the things I love. Is not as big as other ones so you will need to be patient as you look for stuff since they do not have that much space to set up. Their prices are great as usual and you can park in the parking garage right next to the building where this store is located.

This is the best HomeGoods in town, possibly the best anywhere! Went during the day, found the chairs we needed, was first in line, out in 5 minutes after browsing and deciding. Items were held after paying so we could get the car out of the garage and pull up in front of the store for easy loading. Great store!

Great friendly staff and management from the moment I entered their store! My car would not start after a staff member and I loaded my car today. So I had to call a tow and wait. They checked on me even then offering me water as well☺ A true definition of above and beyond I appreciate you all! …

This place is hit or miss for me. Sometimes I find good deals and other times I don’t. Just your standard brands you find at any other location. Polo, Calvin Klein, Michael Kors, etc., not much for high end. I usually like to check the furniture section and see if they have anything good.

If you know different locations of HomeGoods have a little more of this compared to that. This location will give you great finds for anything that hangs on the wall. Most furniture throughout the store is "damaged." Some can be fixed with a wet-vac and you can resell it or keep it.

If any one from Home Goods reads this, please my only request is for Home Goods to stop placing those supper sticky price tags into the items. Sometimes impossible to remove without leaving a sticky ugly stain. Generally speaking this is a good place to buy selective home items.

The Manager was absolutely awesome at customer service! The sales team and Cashiers are wonderful too. The lines get long but they move pretty fast. Check out the bedding dept. Lots of great sets with good quality. Priced fairly. Can't wait to go back and get some ornaments!

This store hires awful staff that should NOT be dealing with customers! The black male manager n his 30’s is bitter and clearly hates his job, the store and his life! I would never want an employee like him or the young girl with curly

I loved this HomeGoods store ... wow such an amazing collection... the prices were so good .. the verity was awesome and Every shelf were so organized.... I got what I wanted to buy and also bought a lot of toys for my cute puppy “Milo”

Not a single employee said a single word to me the entire time I was in the store. Cashier didn't even say the total or greet me when I walked up to check-out. Two stars are for good selection of kitchen wares and coffee flavor syrups.

The manager Fernando and the person who helped me at the counter Keira (sp?) were both genuinely friendly (which seems rare these days!). Easy experience with my exchange. Tons of great finds for the home as well of course . A+

Located on a street with little parking (there is a garage above it), very congested. Store is very neat and tidy and the sales staff very accommodating. Homegoods fans won't be disappointed with the selection of goods.

Young amateur staff at registers. You can find them chit-chatting with each other giving you, the customer zero attention. No greeting, no eye contact, no interaction. It’s like you’re dealing with robots. Very sad.

The store closed 15 minutes early on the biggest shopping weekend of the year. I came to get one thing after finishing my workday. The doors should not be locked 15 minutes before a business closes on any day.

Overpriced tedious parking options for a mall with such common discounted stores like this. So much cheaper and easier to drive to nearest locations for all these stores.

We always like browsing around HomeGoods. You never know what you'll find that ends up going home with you. They always have interesting kitschy and stylish items.

A lot of items are available but this store regularly only has two or three lines check outs open thus you will wait long to checkout. The staff are nice though.
