I will cut it short! 1- Delivery policy is 15 to 28 days. Actual was 43 days! And order arrived missing items. 2- worst customer service and follow-up. Submitted 9 follow-up requests and non of them were met during late delivery. And submitted many complaints and they never call back. 3- Delivery of furniture was scheduled 5 times and they don’t show up as they scheduled. Then they show up at 3:00 am in the morning unscheduled. 4- Installation of the furniture turns out to be with another visit from a so called experienced technician and it has been another 4 weeks now with 1 scheduled visit and the technician did not show up and too many phone calls and still no response from the customer service. 5- As for the missing items “coffee table”! I haven’t got my refund and they keep mentioning that I should take a voucher to buy something else instead. And I don’t want to buy anything from them after all of what happened and they are giving me this as an only solution. Worst experience and in my opinion they’re nothing but a bunch of hustlers!

Totally non-professional company with no respect to their customers or time … They give fake timing for orders delivery with silly excuses on delays like “it is the supplier not us” !!! When you request suppliers contact, they say “we do not know” !!! Their website stated 7-10 business days to receive my items and I had to cancel my order after 4 weeks of waiting!!!! The worse issue was the “ fake appointments for delivery” when I had to travel for 2 hours after a phone call that my items will be delivered “tomorrow”, then I waited for 10 hours without receiving anything, not even a single call for any excuses!!! NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL

Extremely unprofessional. I placed an order and they keep changing the delivery date, j made it clear several times that I need all the items together, shipped and fabricated same day, because I won’t take holidays every morning from my job to get the things assembled, they keep giving silly useless promises and very unhelpful customer service. They claim that the raise a complain and they tell you exactly what you want to hear and in the end nothing happens or changes. I don’t recommend working with such a place or buying from them especially because they don’t give what they promise.

One star is only to be able to add my review Order 2 sofas, table and other items, all returned items were from different supplier but all came with different style and bad quality and finishing, one item received broken another one with different materials and wood in each part of the sofa! The worst thing about the whole experience is the carelessness of the customer service and delivery people. Worst experience ever, don’t waste your time, money and effort on them

The product i received did not match what I purchased. The dining set didn't come with matching بانكت as paid for . They refused to give me the benches I had ordered, 1 month to get them to agree to a refund .homzmart refused to refund me money in cash like I had paid originally.. they want to give me a voucher to buy something else . Still refused to pay till now. I don't trust them to buy something else . Not recommended..be aware

تجربة سيئة جدا، و خدمة عملاء سيئة. الخامات و جودت الحاجات المعروضة مختلفة تماماً عن اللي بيجي، اشتريت ركنة و جزامة بقعدة و طرابيزة تليفزيون و طربيزة للمعيشة. الجزامة اتكسرت من اول استخدام و قعدت حوالي شهر من الخناقات عشان بس يصلحوها، اول حاجه قالوها "ده سوء استخدام و مش هترجع". الركنة المخدات بتاعتها بدأت تبوظ و السفنج هبط.

ايه فايدة الاستوديو طالما مفيش كل المنتجات واي تفاصيل لازم تسأل عنها ويبعثوا يسألوا المورد محتاجين تشتغلوا على تفاصيل اكثر دقة للمنتجات المعروضة، ومصاريف التوصيل مغالى فيها جدا 80 جنيه داخل القاهرة ويمكن الحاجة قيمتها اقل من التوصيل يجب اتاحة امكانية الاستلام من المعرض بدون م. توصيل

A good place to purchase furnitures as my excepeience online or at the shop. They follow your order and if you need to cancel any order, you can do it by Homzmart call center. I recommanded to contact with them.

Really helpful staff, i really liked their quality and designs, the only concern is that they cannot modify color or sizes. Which was disappointing ! I really liked many things but always different colors
