The staff were seriously unprofessional and rude. People have been waiting for so long, following the queue number, but the staff are entertaining customers who just came in without following the number system. People who came before me are also still waiting for their turn. Seriously, people have been waiting for so long, taking a break from their daily work, and you guys are just letting them wait like it's nothing. If you're not following the number system, then just remove the number dispenser machine and only entertain the customers that you prefer first, don't even follow the "first come, first served" slogan. It would be great! This is the worst bank I have ever visited with unprofessional staff! Luckily, there is one staff member here who is entertaining all long-waiting customers professionally and clearing up the long waiting queue. I don't know his name, but he is an Indian guy at the side service table! Anyone who has been waiting for so long here, please refer to the professional staff who really follow the procedures... thanks! Also, a special mention to the staff member at counter 2 wearing a white shirt and dated 2/5/23. You made your customers wait so long and entertained those without a number. I think everyone deserves to be treated equally and you shouldn't assume that some people only have urgent matters to attend to, so you can provide them with service without following the correct procedures.

On the 29/01/2020, I was in this branch waiting for my que from 3pm - 5pm, to do my FD and when it is my turn they say cannot because after 4.30pm cheque cannot be use only cash. I wasted my 2 hours there waiting and in the end nothing to be done. All they say is sorry. They should have at least ask if there is any one will be doing transaction with cheque. They don't deserve any star at all. ** SERVICE IS SUPER SLOW **.

a very frustrating experience and misleading operation hour stated closes on '5.45pm' while when i visit the guard refused to let in and answered with rude attitude saying 'tengok sendiri' while there's no notice. improvement should be made, compared to other banks. the service and attitude really could be better. thank you.

No matter what you want to do. You just need to queue at outside with very hot weather. All Hong Leong staff and guard can stay inside with Aircond and happily. Customer sweating and long queue. This is what Hong Leong bank brand manager don’t want customer to come ? That great..

It’s very bad, the service attitude is bad, and the attitude at the counter is also bad. Compared with other banks, I hope the Kuala Lumpur head office will come down and have a look. It’s strong enough. If this continues, the next one may be closed.

Very poor customer service 3 counter staffs handling with one customer. During this MCO cannot let people wait and still few are waiting at outside. Should understand the situation.
