I when to this HLB bank branch yesterday and serve by a lady call Ms. Soo, I would like to say she is a very helpful staff and capable to provide solution when you are tighten by those frustrated bank policy. Very happy to meet this kind and helpful lady. I also saw her serve an elder women with patient and keep helping the elder women to figure out the best plan for the elder women's FD to get highest interest. Nice ! Why only 4 star but not 5 ? Because the bank system is too inefficient, just doing few simple transaction, it took me about 2 - 2.5 hours. This is way too slow and this is why 1 star deducted.

I have a credit card that I haven't used for a while, and I want to close it. So, I approached Mr. Jeans Ng for help. He suggested that instead of cancelling it, I could get a new credit card customized to suit my lifestyle and preferences. Mr. Jeans Ng was very helpful, and I quickly obtained the Infinite credit card with his assistance. Moreover, he is also helping me to increase the credit card limit. I appreciate Mr. Jeans Ng's helpful attitude and commend his efforts.
