This so called " honorable judge, forced me into a plea deal I did not want by threatening to raise my bail after it was already recommended @ $2,500 I received 30 days in jail for a minor petty offense, which resulted in my wife and I becoming homeless and having to keep our son with her grandparents, who do not like the child. This evil judge played jury as well as executioner he, brought up a previous charge that had NOTHING to do with the case at hand ( also the charges were dropped). Now I'm sitting in a Walmart parking lot sleeping out of my car. I hope this filthy man is not reelected. May God protect us from this MONSTER.

I have had many occasions to stand before the Honorable James A Ruth. I have found he follows the letter of the law and complies with statutes governing the case. He treats plaintiff and defendant with respect and will not tolerate outbursts and disrespect in his court. He intently listens to both sides and questions for clarity. All you can ask for is a fair honest hearing. That’s what you receive in his court.

He cost me 1500.00 dollars plus attorney fees for something that didn't even belong to me company could not provide any proof and he makes me jump through hoops to get him proof seems like he doesn't know much about identity theft doesn't realize people can open up accounts on line and get paperless statements with out you knowing .. keep up the good work

He ignored the evidence in my case and ruled in the favor of someone who was guilty and lied to his face, I'm disgusted with the justice system and judges like this

Injustice, didn’t even want to hear what we had to say I am a victim of fraud but because he knows the attorney for other party didn’t bother to hear me

Sat through a few cases this am 10/13, a true professional.
