La peor atencion del mundo la encuentras en este consulado , sobre todo el senor david becerra , deberian contratar gente capacitada para ese tipo de trabajo , no solo se equivoco con mi documento , haciendome ir y perder tiempo y dinero , tambien tiene pesimo trato a las personas , le pregunte por correo cuando saldria mi tramite y me dijo 150-180 , lleve 200 pero me dijo que seria 280 de una manera despota dijo que ya no podian atenderme por que dejaran de atender por un tiempo porque segun el van a abrir un nuevo consulado. deberian tener mas filtro al momento de contratar su personal.

THIS PLACE IS A MESS! Don’t answer calls, emails, etc. Even when you make an appointment they don’t open the door cuz they are not in the office. Don’t answer the door bell to communicate with them as well. They have an advice on the door which says if you have an emergency call this number ****** but they never answer! No contestan las llamadas, lo correos, etc. Incluso cuando tienes cita no están a tiempo o nunca responden las llamadas ni el intercomunicador. Tiene un papel pegado en la puerta que dice que si es emergencia llamé a tal número pero nunca contestan! UN DESASTRE!

Me hubiera gustado darle 5 estrellas pero le falta puntualidad No es posible que estemos en EEUU y sigan llegando tarde Y las 4 estrellas es por la atención a pesar de la tardanza creo que me atendió bien Por cierto chicos y chicas lleven cash o efectivo ya que todo pago y trámite solo se hace en efectivo Espero que mejore y cambie el tema de la puntualidad y también en la recepción de llamadas ya que en comentarios anteriores se ve que no responde

Call many times for weeks and nobody answer, I just need to pick dni. It is really sad and disappointing.I went today to the office according to the schedule but nobody there. It is funny because there is a notice that we need appointment but nobody answer the phone. Sadly, this is the Peruvian Consulate in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Dicen que habrén a las 11 son las 12:10 y somos como 10 personas esperando afuera , total irresponsabilidad por parte de los que trabajan aquí , todos tenemos trabajos y cosas que hacer y no puede ser posible que ellos no se aparezcan o al menos si hay cambio en las horas poner un comunicado.
