I'm in my 30s and have lived in multiple states throughout the country and have never experienced anything like this. I recently had to change health insurance and I have an urgent (and painful) need to see a chiropractor, but since the new health insurance is a HMO, they need me to pick a primary care physician to get a referral to see a chiropractor, even though I've been seeing chiropractors for nearly 10 years. The closest potential primary care physicians to me are located in this medical center. So I tried calling this medical center several times on Monday and Tuesday, only to get a hold of their answering service, which cannot help you with anything - they don't even know what doctors are taking new patients. I left a message on Tuesday with the answer service and explained how urgent it was. I didn't get a call back from the medical center. I kept calling Wednesday and eventually left another message. I still hadn't gotten a call from the medical center. On Thursday, I called again and complained about my frustrations to the answering service woman, who then decided to transfer me straight to their office (so YEP, it's possible for them to put you through!!!!). I spoke to a woman at the office who was SUPER rude to me and would barely let me speak, and then said that she had to transfer me to scheduling. Then the phone hung up on me. I decided screw it, I am never contacting this medical center again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. If they can't even take calls or call potential patients back who need urgent help, then imagine what other types of problems they have going on there!!!!! I've never experienced anything like this. Don't waste your time on this place!!

The providers here are awesome, very thorough and caring for their patients. But the some of the support staff really couldn’t care less about the patients. I received a call at 4:49pm about my test results, as she was telling me my results the signal cut out (I’m traveling). I called back as soon as I had signal again and the front desk staff, Caprice, informed me they didn’t have my results. I told her I just spoke with someone there 5 minutes prior, and she proceeded to tell me “No one here is fessing up to speaking to you, I asked everyone.” I asked if there was staff that had just left the office and she said no. I explained I needed my results as I’m traveling internationally and she responded saying I should call back at another time. My thought is it was close to 5pm and the front desk just wanted to leave. No compassion at all. I leave 3 stars because the providers and other staff (MAs, lab, etc) I’ve dealt with in person are truly some of the best I’ve ever had. But the lack of compassion for patients even at the front desk is disappointing.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Damaj for a few years now. He is amazing. He seriously goes over and beyond with his care for his patience. However I can not stress enough how much his staff is terrible. I’m a diabetic and unfortunately I live on the other side of town. I’ve been waiting 2 weeks for the staff to have my Dr. change my insulin prescriptions I have called multiple times left messages and spoken to staff. Nothing he even gave me an email to contact. No reply to any of my emails. If I could give no stars I would. This office is horrible I do not recommend it.i would also like for Dr. Damaj to consider switching companies or horizon hr to reevaluate their staff and the way they handle care in general. Upgrade ur systems include ur automatic engine service. The music is annoying and it’s frustrating hearing I can leave a message over and over again when I clearly want to speak to someone. If I end up in the hospital kus I can’t get my RX I will raise hell.

Trying to get an appointment via phone is one of the most difficult things. Typically when I call, I'm on hold at least an hour and by then I give up and hang up. Leaving a message can work sometimes, but you never know when you'll be called back to make an appt. I wish there was an easier to schedule. Online scheduling would be wonderful OR another way to do it so I can get in. (I would give this 5 stars except for the scheduling). The staff is great and always friendly. Dr. Damaj will take the time to sit and see how you're doing and answer all questions. He doesn't make you feel like you're just a number. He truly cares and wants to get to the root of the problem. Dr. Saud is also very caring and willing to take the time to listen to you as well. His staff is extremely friendly! I can highly recommend both drs.

Dr. Damaj is an outstanding doctor. Kelly Fink is also an exceptional PA. Dr. Rola Saad is the best pediatric endo in So NV and she did amazing work with my son. We have been with this practice for over a decade. It is devastating when you cannot get through to make even an appointment. I have left 3 voice messages, and sent 1 e mail. Three weeks later, I still have not gotten ANY response. In light on my son's life threatening medical condition, I cannot work with an unresponsive medical office/team and as a result, our entire family will be departing this practice. We wish the best to the professional physicians and hope that they can figure out their staffing & operational issues soon. Our community needs all the good providers that we can get!

Dr. Nouhad Damaj and his staff are incredible! Extremely friendly, caring, and very much sympathetic. Dr. Damaj himself is so very patient, never rushing out of the room. He asks questions and LISTENS to the answers! He's knowledgeable about a great deal many areas. If he doesn't know, he says so! and finds the answer for you. My family has been going here for nearly ten years. Dr. Damaj can get very busy, but they allow you to schedule with a Physicians Assistant (P.A.). They have all been top-notch as well. This office moved to a newer office, on Durango south of Centennial Parkway, in late 2020. Bigger office, better service! Dr. Damaj gets my highest recommendation!

HORRIBLE! I wish I could give this doctor 0 stars. I had a colonoscopy scheduled & the receptionist FORGOT to schedule it w/ the hospital. I missed 3 days of work (prep, procedure, recovery) & didn't eat for 2 days. The receptionist refused to help me find a solution and told me to just reschedule. I went to the ER where I didn't eat for another 4 days & after getting my results, Dr. Saud said, "I'm not sure what you have but let's put you on steroids to calm the inflammation." He didn't even try to figure out what was going on with me, nor did he read my results prior to my appointment. He skimmed them for maybe 20 seconds before offering steroids. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

Kelly Fink, F.N.P. and her assistant were great, but the office is ridiculous to work with. I had to call 3 times, with an average hold time of 35 minutes each time just to get blood results, after the office had them for 3 full days. The girls on the phone were exasperated every time I asked questions, and told me my results weren’t in my chart, when in fact the office had them for days. Messages were returned 2 full days later. If you need more than a one time visit for antibiotics, go somewhere else. Trying to get answers or any communication from this office is like banging your head against the wall.

Dr. Damaj is a fantastic healthcare provider who seriously does go above and beyond for his patients. On many occasions his staff has managed to get me seen last minute and even had the doctor work me into his schedule at the end of the day in order to get seen same day. The only thing to complain about is because he runs a very busy office, his staff is often overwhelmed and thus there can been very long wait times on the phone and getting calls back. Regardless, I would not change doctors and will recommend him to anyone who moves to the area.

Dr. Rola Saad and her office are the worst. They are specialty yet accept primary care. Are unable to get PAs completed on time. Been with them for nearly 2 years and as time goes on it seems more and more like all they know how to do is play with a childs life.
