Hands down Host India is the best Indian food in Ottawa. I had to buy a friend a meal that was thoughtful (as a thank you for his help) and 2 days after he is still sharing his delight for the quality and taste. If you have not tried it, i suggest you do. Thank you Host India for continuing to share your fantastic food with us all.

They’re normally the best Indian in the city… but they’ve completely downsized their portions. I normally wouldn’t make a review for this, but after spending $40 for butter chicken and rice this is much warranted. I hope they change this soon because it is truly a shame. I ordered for my family and this will not feed everyone. More

I Uber eats this restaurant often bc its close to my house. Their samosas are super tasty, very crispy on the outside, not soggy at all. I’ve had their curries and it’s delicious, not oily. I’ve had other Indian restaurants curries and it has like a layer of oil on top and the meat is dry. Host India is way better. More

Food was accurate and tasteful as described with good amount of quantity. Staff was nice and interactive. We tried paneer tikka for appetizers and koftas for main course. Green chutney was one of the best part of food. Overall good experience but bit costly compared to other Indian restaurants. More
