A TRUE PORTFOLIO This is the story of 73 years old man but young like no young of our age fellows, Muhammad Jameel Hussain doing several jobs from the last 55 years. This is an inspirational for our youth that how he hardworking fellow for the family, nation and not really for himself. He is managing all financial accounts and audits of a small hotel in Karachi with punctuality and devotional to his work alone. He has no subordinate no assistant and no support. All alone he is managing all book keeping day long starts working from 7am till 7pm shift. He is unexexptionaly polite, humble and a gentleman. Above all his presence in this room is like a sparkling light to all the papers. I wish him good luck and happy long life. Reason of presenting him is influential for me and my working seems nothing in front of his. He is motivation for all of us and our youth generation to learn how life is difficult but constant struggle and hardworking can bring them to highest levels in this world or after. His comments for youth were that our youth is not comparable with the people from his race or age. Seems he himself is not really satisfied with what he has seen all these years passed in Pakistan changed politically and development wise. He had lots of dreams buried under his wishful eyes and smilling face. Which he or maybe I cannot express in words. But much signature for intellectuals or thinkers or believers. Hats off for Mr. Jameel!!

The hotel location is good but sadly not a pleasant stay Cleanliness was average Most of the things were broken and had to ask to fix Bath shower was small which was not on the hook and very uncomfortable to take shower TV remote was broken and wasn’t working TV cable was fixed upon request No service elevator in 150 rooms hotel where only one elevator was working and 2nd had to open by reception with key, totally inconvenient Breakfast was average and no water served Hot water had to requested which was taking another 30 minutes Down to corner room window there was noise of people talking 24 hours (seems kitchen staff) Staff has no answer to questions because it is owners responsibility to spend money on renovation and fixing the things Hope owners will read and take appropriate action

STAY AWAY!!!! Worst customer service in the world. Nothing works, our shower didn't work. did they change the room? of course not! Did we have any towels in the room? of course not! Did we request it?! Multiple times! Not one single towel was given. Phone was broken, refrigerator was broken. One of the beds was broken. These people had the nerve to charge super deluxe rate and charge for breakfast even though it was included. So we left this hotel in such a bad mood because the thief culture they have here at this hotel. If they know you're foreigner you're gonna get scammed 100%! Don't check in to this -1 star broken hotel!!! Stay away from this place at ALL COST LITERALLY !

Good Hotel in center of saddar market. It is very close to zainab market. Opposite atrium mall. The mall has good shops, atm , food court and cinema. Location is good. Taxi stand is right infront of the hotel. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Good place for family. Its an old hotel, hardly any renovation for quite a long time, lift is very slow and its buttons not working , place is Not so clean, breakfast is bad. You need to check everything in the room and ask them to fix it and ask them for towel and toiletries. You get for what you pay, very good price for this location. They offer good discounts for old customers.

I have sought accommodation at Al Harmain several times. Rooms and services are excellent given the charges offered. Safety concerns can be done away. However, hotel management needs some workout on ensuring that some rooms have WC washrooms as not all are used to other types. Besides, check-in and check-out timing needs flexibility. Even if you arrive in late night hours, you are supposed to exit in the timing as in normal cases.

Harmain isn't a five-star hotel (nor is it four or three; it's more like two point five-star) but is just pleasant for being so cheap. I tipped here and there, and the service was even better than some posh hotels I'd stayed before. When I complained about cleanliness, they came and did a room makeover, leaving it smelling like coconut, which was really cute. Harmain is friendly and will go an extra mile if you are also friendly back to them so that everyone is happy that our lives crossed, albeit in hotelier business.

Rooms are dirty and they don't clean them properly, cockroaches everywhere. TV is not clear. Stay away from this place. I have stayed here around 7 months. Economical. Food Serving is for 2-3 persons, for 1 person, it will be little bit costlt. Staff is cooperative. Location is fantastic, There is Atrium Mall (Shopping Mall) infront of Hotel, Food street is in next row. I have stayed here with family also. 100% secure.

They must clear the male dominant hurdle so everybody can check in easily. Everybody here is looking for money. If you pay a person then they will serve you nicely. Most of them think that the guests are not guests, they are banks and they must beg them for money. Staff must be aware of their own workers. Everybody is looking for respect, so please respect every guest even if they don't give you tip.

Very bad experience. Pathetic room service. No toiletries available if order response time is insanely slow. Reception staff behaviour is non professional. Laundry takes more than 2 hours to iron one shirt. On complaining staff answer is we have many queries to resolve that's why it takes time. Rooms are noisy all night you will listen traffic noise. Not a good place to stay.

Hotel Al Hamain Tower is best place for staying in karachi sadar. Good environment, free breakfast, room service and good behavioural staff.

Nice to visit here. Nice service, very cooperative staff. Elevator has limit of 4 personal. But 2 elevator are available here. Total 11 floors. 11th floor room are started from 8001. Buffet breakfast available till 10AM. Room service is also admirable. Laundry service is also available till 5 PM. Plumbing and repair services need to update. Overall good.

It was among best hotel of that area in past but now day by day there are in decline position. Room service was very bad. Not properly rooms cleaned. Focal person are unable to resolve matters of guests. Great efforts require administration to renovate hotel and give proper attention to staff.

I always stayed in this hotel from 2008, best 3 star hotel in the saddar, near the markets. Also good food available in surrounding, KBC on opposite side is good choice. Also Hotel have room service for food, hotel chicken handi is very delicious. Very near to Zainab market and Atrium Mall and Cinema just on the opposite side.

Pathetic is the exact word for this hotel. The rooms are good. The food is stale. The staff is arrogant. And sometimes a strange stench fills the hotel corridors. The staff is really untrained. To fool the masses, they named the hotel after religious words. Just save your money and don't stay in this hotel. Worst!

It's very nice hotel. It is situated just across the atrium mall Saddar, Karachi. Room rents are reasonable with breakfast inclusive. Hotel provides excellent services to it's customers and normally most of it's rooms remain occupied. One must try it and I think you will be happy then.

Hotel is quite good. It costs 4.5k plus GST (may be excluded) for 2 persons. Rooms r hving AC as well. In addition to it, free breakfast for 2 persons. Brkfst is so much yumy...... u dnt need to take lunch then. Located at sadar..very economical hotel at expensive place.

Seems a family place, cooperative staff, wifi connetion is just like from the back 90's, dont bouther to bring your own vahecial because there is no proper parking place for it, food is expensive here better order from surroundings. Well thats it enjoy your stay...

Average hotel with lil high price. Service is average. In a very busy area. If you have to travel from hotel to anywhere on daily bases not recommended. Cleaning is also average. Food is good.

The hotel is just ok. But the room rent is a bit higher- Rs. 2750/= per double bed airconditioned room with complementary break fast as on 13 July 2017 when I myself stayed here for 2 nights.
