One of the worst experience i have ever experienced. 1st of all : it’s an empty hotel so you might be the only guest there, which is kind of scary and not good for females. 2nd : the hotels is not properly sanitised and cleaned as not only the reception but also the rooms were dirty and had a lot of mosquitoes . When you visit the place and reach the reception, instead of getting a warm welcome, you might see a person in underwear adjusting his pants while approaching the reception. The hotel in my opinion is not good. The staff behaves like they work in a government organisation. Caution: It’s not a couple friendly hotel. The hotel doesn’t accept local id proofs as well. In my opinion the too management of the hotel must take actions against these things and make this hotel a liveable place again.

The Bedsheet provided was burnt in many places, I said to replace it, but the teenage boy who was showing me the room, said we can't change it, it is just burnt during ironing. The cleanliness was not up to mark. The toilet commode was also not cleaned properly. Only a medimix soap of the smallest size and RO water were provided. The person Ankit, the attendant there was so rough guy, and doesn't know hospitality. For him it's your majboori to stay there, he is not interested in business. Of course, at night mosquito coil was provided. Thanks to the admin they kept my luggage by the evening.

I was searching hotels with the cheapest price available in gomtinagar and I got this hotel. I was not having much expectations with the hotels having price range of 450-600. But as I entered the hotel, the first impression was just amazing. it was so clean there and the staff was so respectful. Literally, it was more than best. I would rate this hotel 10/10 in terms of hygiene. 9/10 in terms of staff behaviour. 9/10 in terms of cleanliness. It is a must stay hotel if you are travelling around gomtinagar. There is Fun republic mall just 500 metres away from hotel. So don't think that you will get bored.
