Quite new apartments in the center of Astana in three different apartment buildings. We stayed in three different apartments: In one apartment we had strong smell from sewage. Since we arrived late at night they could not provide us other option. In second apartment we stayed two nights. The apartment had transparent curtains, not really good for privacy and sleeping late. Wifi was not working both days, even though they promised to fix it. In third apartment everything was good. We had great view from 42nd floor to Nur Astana Mosque. Please note that reception is on the second floor (1st etage) of a shopping mall. A bit hard to find. Lots of small restaurants and supermarkets in the mall, good for breakfast.

На входе нет вывески и если вы тут первый раз - готовьтесь к длительным поискам. Фактическое состояние номеров - это как товар из Китая, на фотографии он выглядит лучше. По факту вонь канализации, пришлось обойти несколько номеров, что бы выбрать без посторонних запахов. Все внутри очень уставшее, душ не работает, вода из раковины не уходит, кругом потеки. Из плюсов - шумоизоляция и вид из окна. Выберу ли я этот отель второй раз - НЕТ.

We stayed in a nice apartment at 7th floor, very well placed in one of the three towers complex in the city center. It is a pitty that the apartment is not well-maintained and clean. Not all the staff speaks English. I suggest to agree with staff your arrival al time because it is hard to find reception at the P1 floor of the building, especially in the night...

А мне понравилось. Классный вид. Приветливые люди. Есть, конечно вероятность поломки лифтов, но кто от этого застрахован. Большая, я бы сказал очень большая квартира. Есть незначительные косячки по благоустройству, но в целом все отлично. Да, и о парковке надо позаботиться заранее

Классная локация , но немного не уютно. Зато цены приемлемые

Достаточно неплохо, чисто, новые квартиры с красивым видом
