Dear Praneet Chakravorty, Here are your Booking Details OYO FLAGSHIP 205 BANDHAN HAL BOOKING ID: XYAF0572 CHECK-IN - 23rd Nov'18 CHECK-OUT - 24th Nov'18 This was my itinerary for this hotel it was a horrible stay because 1) The rooms had a musty smell and when asked for assistance they just sprayed a room cleaner r3 which didn't solve the purpose 2) There was no ventilation in the room as the windows were jammed 3) We were given room 107 and after exploring the other rooms we had to settle for room 108( same problem) as all the rooms blanket and sheets had stains on them which they had not washed for quite some time 4) We were served breakfast in the morning one coffee and bread omelet that to coz i had booked it via OYO hence they were obliged which was not at all good At the end I'm still surprised how is this hotel a premium property according to OYO as according to the tariff I shelled out 2800/- in which I'm pretty sure i could have got way way better accommodations via other online portals !!! HORRIBLE

BEWARE OF THE GUY WHO SITS AT THE RECEPTION. The rooms are good, quality and cleanliness everything is good, but the SERVICE is pathetic. The guy who sits at the reception do not know how to deal with the customer, he gave a call to me and was being rude to me for giving a 3-star rating. I would see to it that I do not book this hotel ever again. Nor will I suggest anyone to go at this Hotel until and unless the reception person is changed. This is just plain pathetic. The owner should look into this. A 5 STAR hotel being reduced to a 2 STAR only because of the GUY who sits at RECEPTION.

Happened to visit this place for a birthday party. It is very near to bhootnath metro station. The banquet is spacious for moderate gathering function. Had nice culinary experience wrt foods served. Beautiful bday decoration along with anchor for the bday event. Parking outside on road side.

The room was provided at 12.45 which was not properly clean. Room service was asking for 10 minutes more to clean which according to me was not feasible as my check in time was supposed to be 12 so I deserved to receive a clean room by then. Also on complaining and giving less stars the receptionist made a call saying how dare you give so low ratings. I suppose the ratings is for other customers, for oyo and for the hotel itself to work on the flaws which are reported but by making the call, the receptionist nearly threatened me which I think should be reported to OYO.

Location is Good, Nice Hotel, Two activities can be managed at same time but parking is not there. Maximum vehicles are parked in No Parking Zone. It is on Main Faizabad Road Near Bhootnath Metro Station. Food is also OK, Service is also OK but location is Good. Rooms are specious, Reception is on 1st Floor which is not prominent, it should be in the starting of the building or in the front somewhere. Over all I will rete it as 3 star.

1. Horrible complimentary breakfast. The foods served for breakfast were pathetic. May be they don't have their own kitchen. 2. Service is below average. Foods were served too late than estimated time that also after several reminders. 3. They do not give glasses to drink water in room. If you book triple occupancy room they give no extra mattress for 3rd person. Provided only one towel for 3 persons. 4. When we ordered tea they didn't give dishes or plates with it. 5. Bed sheets were dirty and stained. Those 2 stars are only for good behavior in the reception.

Extremely rude manager. The manager was extremely unprofessional that I almost cancelled my event there but due to advanced payment I decided not to. The staff is also very inept at handling. We had to call them to replace snacks(refreshments) and bring in extra cutlery. The decoration is bland and does not appeal to senses. The staff as well as the manager in particular is very uncooperative. As soon as you make the advanced payment the managers attitude towards you changes completely. Definitely wouldn't recommend this place.

Room rates are ok as per oyo norms but hospitality is down to dumps specially the manager who is god only knows from which background, has no manners to talk politely with guests and reminded me of a school hostel warden - a stickler for non existant rules and rude, the manner he speaks he shall not last long in the service industry. An extremely bad experience as part of service. And to speak of the support staff they are extremely courteous and that is the reason my guests continued their stay.

It’s a good banquet hall where you can organise events such as engagements, birthdays, anniversaries, conferences etc. However, for weddings and functions of larger scale you might need to think twice if the gathering is huge. Also, there is a slight issue in parking if the gathering large. The hall is situated on Faizabad road and approach is really great. It’s located next to bhootnath market which is one of the most famous areas in the city.

Best place for any party arrangement . Mind blowing location ,Very beautiful and attractive place. It is on the left hand side just before Bhootnath Metro Station on the way from Nistaganj to Polytechnic.

Location is most convenient and advantagous. Food is good but scope of improvement is there and options should be more. Hotel staff are well behaved and helpful but STRENTH MUST INCREASE. Complimentary breakfast area should be better organised with provision of drinking water tumbler and wash basin. Option of items should be more. However, it is a good place to stay with family or for business trips at reasonable rate.

Rooms are bigger than other oyo hotels in lucknow Bathroom is also enough spacious... Cleaning is good... Food is tasty and hygienic... Staff service a bit slow... Ac fitted in the room was old so cooling was not very good but i stayed there in september so for this timing in lucknow.. ac was enough... Overall nice stay

I have booked a room with oyo for 3 person with my wife and younger brother. But the dirty minded people didnt allowed me to checkin and i had to wander here and there for nearly one hour to find some shelter then. Very misbehaving staff and unprofessional people. Oyo please look into the matter.

Stayed here with family.booked two rooms both the rooms were extremely unhygienic.bathroom was not even cleaned and the blanket cover was not even washed,there was unwashed sauce stains on it. I booked this hotel for 3047 through phone and representative confirmed it but at the reception they asked me for 3750 but he didn’t accepted my Indian passport as Id because it has visas on it

Nice place with good service and food is so yummy in comparison near by hotels.

This is an budgeted accommodation place in indra nagar next to bhootnath market where u can get good options to shop and eat, if u want several options to eat and want to explore and pass tym instead of sitting in the hotel ..Around 10-12km away from lko railway station and 4-5 km away from Bnz station and 5-6 km away frm gntr railway station ...Very close to gomti nagar

A beatiful Banquette on Ayodhya Marg near entrance of Bhootnath Market. Bhootnath Market is a famous market like Patrakarpuram in Gomti Nagar phase -I , where all our daily needs are available at both the places. At Bhoitnath market or Shopping place name is famous by name of Baba Bhootnath. At Bhootnath , car Parking facility is available at economical rates

This is a nice place located in the heart of trans Gomti area. The rooms are well maintained and the staff is very friendly and good natured. It's GM Mr Rajiv Khare is very decent person who is always available to help the guests. Besides being an excellent place to stay it is also a good place to host marriage , B Days and Banquet's.

I stayed here for two days for attending a marriage procession. Its OK. Just satisfactory rooms . Bathroom is very hot with poor ventilation . Request to the owner take pain and visit to rooms regularly and inspect the condition. Just do not leave every thing on your staff.

Rooms are good great size with chair and table for guest too complimentary welcome stuff was not provided but i give 5 points for the cleaniness. They also have facilities for parties banquet hall and royal hall . Near to bhootnath market metro so it's a plus point.

Staff is not at all supportive...they dint gave the room for 5 mins also,after check out..we just needed the room to change clothes,hotel was empty then also they said no.after requesting for 10 time too. At last we had to change in common toliet...I visit Lucknow frequently for work,but will never stay again here

Rooms are larger than the others at this price range. All rooms have window AC and therefore lesser cooling.

Hotel Bandhan rooms are ok but rates are Li'l on the higher side.... Quality of food is not upto the mark. There is lot of scope of improvement in it. Best part about the Hotel is its locality and Bikanerwala being just adjacent to it. You canget all kinds of delicious food and sweets at Bikanerwala.

Good Hotel to stay in budget range Location of the hotel is good. Hotel staff was also nice. Clean rooms and clean bathroom. Some of rooms or bathroom have issues like bathroom door lock, main gate door lock. You should check these things at the time of check-in otherwise overall good experience.

The best hotel to stay with family in the heart of the city. Near to Bhootnath Market & Metro Station. Neat & clean with friendly & cooperative staff. Food is good. The only thing which bother me a lot was the mattress on the bed, too loose, not good for people with back problems.

Nicely located beside bhootnath metro station and nearby HAL. By all means a worth staying place for the price and staff are kind and accommodating. Recommended for economy stay in the vicinity.

Not a recommend place. It's damn expensive and services were pathetic. For 2700 bucks a night, there was no functioning AC or TV remote and dirty linens. Please avoid it any cost.

Rooms are good and clean. It's decently comfortable, and rooms are decently equipped. Though this place could be a bit cheaper as 2500 rupees is a bit expensive for the kind of services being offered at this place . 1500-1800 rupees would be apt.

I stayed here for 5 days and its was really good. The breakfast buffet system is awesome here and food is delicious. Staff is polite and room service is also good. Location is the best part it is on main road and metro station is also there …

The location is superb, the hotel is not very good. The roomy are not very clean, no one picks the call at reception after 10. The only plus point is location and if you request them you can do any early check-in.

To put into perspective they charge a lot of money but their food and hospitality is below average when compared to their service. There are better managed establishment in the vicinity and i would suggest them over this place.

The Room in which we stayed wasn't that great. The pillows were dirty, the shower had no pressure. I saw other rooms they were better. Also they don't provide water in jugs but provide it in bisleri bottles. It's okay

I went there for a family get together. The food was good. And the hall is quite spacious for holding small scale parties. It is just next to the Bhoothnath metro station hence travelling could also be done by metro.

Place is good for couples. Also it is in main market so connectivity is good. But I didn't like the behaviour of the person who are at reception there. Seems like they are very high in temper and are very exhausted.

Ambience is good but quality of food is compromised so book at your own risk if you are food lover...Rest is quite ok

I had organized a marriage ceremony of my Cousin Sister from this Banquet hall in the year 2017. Amazing experience dealing with the owner cum General Manager of the Banquet hall. Will recommend strongly.

I am staying here more than a week now....staff members are very cooperative rooms are good..and the location is very good I can't give 5 stars as room service is slow because of the shortage of staff...

Bandhan is for small party like ring ceremony,tilak, wedding anniversary, birthday party.per plate cost is costier compare to other's.1 hall is big but other two hall is small.

It is an okay type Hotel having basic facilities, but what I noticed is room service is not good as it could be, AC was also not in good condition to cool the room in 4-5 Hrs.

Hotel is sophisticated. Well organised staff and interior. Good for small functions. Hall can acccomodate around 200 people. Overall you never regret of choice of being here.

Nice ambiance. Area is okay. Best part is it is on road with heavy market and metro stations. You won't face any problem in finding the place.

Rooms are just OK. Bed sheets are not very clean. No toilet paper. Food is served only in rooms. No restaurant. Food quality is just OK.

One of the oldest destinations for wedding yet has all the modern facilities with comfortable stays, good food quality.

I was there to attaind a marriage party. Buffet was arranged by the hotel and littiraly food was very delicious.
