कृपया समीक्षा पढ़ें और अपवोट करें ताकि अन्य लोगों को चेतावनी दी जा सके ***रिसेप्शन में बैठे बदमाशों द्वारा की गई मेरी 5 सितारा समीक्षा का संपादन।*** इन बदमाशों ने मेरा फोन छीनकर और खुद को 5 स्टार रेटिंग देकर मेरे साथ धोखाधड़ी की (मैंने खुद को ठगा हुआ महसूस किया और अपने सभी खाते रीसेट करने में मुझे लगभग 40 मिनट लग गए)। मुझे तुरंत पता चल गया कि कौन चेक इन कर रहा है क्योंकि उन्होंने चेक इन करते समय समीक्षा करके सभी को धोखा दिया। वे आपके फोन से बुकिंग नंबर की जांच करने के लिए कहेंगे और आपको रजिस्टर में विवरण दर्ज करने में व्यस्त कर देंगे। वे आपका ध्यान भटकाने की कोशिश करेंगे और समीक्षा होने तक आपको रोकेंगे। आप अपने कमरे से ही मेहमानों की समीक्षाएँ देख सकते हैं और उन्हें चेक इन करते हुए सुन सकते हैं। सब कुछ अधूरा सा लग रहा था, मालिक द्वारा साझा की गई तस्वीरों जैसा कुछ भी नहीं लग रहा था। तौलिए और चादरों पर गंदगी के निशान थे। बेडशीट पर बाल और खून के धब्बे। स्टाफ अच्छा था और हमें 4 कमरों में बदलने में मदद की जब तक कि हमें फफूंदी और नेफ़थलीन की तेज़ गंध के बिना एक स्वीकार्य कमरा नहीं मिल गया। स्थान डरावना था और भारतीय होते हुए भी; मुझे इस क्षेत्र में असुरक्षित महसूस हुआ। मेरी पत्नी ने स्नान भी नहीं किया क्योंकि वह बाथरूम की गंदगी और फफूंदयुक्त फर्श से डर गई थी। मैं यह भी नहीं जानता कि इस होटल को संचालित करने की अनुमति क्यों दी गई है और लोगों को धोखा देने की अनुमति क्यों दी जा रही है। यह निश्चित रूप से दुनिया भर में हम भारतीयों की खराब छवि बना रहा है

Buenos días Es inaceptable que el Decent hotel Suites del aeropuerto de Delhi esté en la plataforma Hemos estado alojados esta pasada noche allí . Para empezar, el taxi llegó una hora tarde a recogernos. El intercambio de mensajes con el hotel fue muy desagradable y sin educación ni amabilidad por su parte. Al llegar al hotel, ya confirmamos que la amabilidad brillaba por su ausencia. Además Nos sorprendió muchísimo la categoría del hotel de 4 estrellas con el estado de este mismo. Sin ascensor, si. Agua caliente, sin enchufes que funcionaran, con bigas de hierro en la habitación, la pintura desconchandose , la ducha estropeada, televisión y aire acondicionado estropeados , sucio, sin toalla, pestillo habitación roto, sucio, zócalos caídos,luces con cables sueltos.. un sinfín de cosas indescriptibles si no se ven y se viven. El desayuno pauperrimo, ….y para rematar el asunto, al querer valorar el hotel me he encontrado con la reserva cancelada! Así evitan valoraciones objetivas y reales. Además booking me ha cancelado el premio en dinero que me correspondía por esta reserva por haber sido cancelada! Es sorprendente como este hotel tiene valoraciones tan buenas….o la mayoría son falsas o no se entiende!

Good hotel, room service people and their food is great, they exceeded my expectations. They deserve 4 star at least, but the receptionist was not very friendly when I confronted him about the sink being in the room situation.

Rooms are good, clean and all the essentials are there, they even provided a hair dryer. Only one thing bothered me which is the sink was in the room instead of in the bathroom so you have to do your business and come out to wash the hands which is not very sanitary and all the rooms have the same concept, trust me I checked.

Caution cheaters! They HAKED my googleaccount and faked my evaluation on Google!!! And When i arrived, the Front desk Manager told me, that its not possible to pay by creditcard. Then i payed Cash and when i was in my room , i noticed that he collected more than the DOUBLE OF THE PRICE announced on my booking confirmation. When i Went back to the reception, He tried to Tell me, that it is because of the TAXES (!!!). Only after i got angry, he gave me my money back. Then i tried to take a shower in my room. Not possible, because the shower is NOT working. So i had to start my journey after my stay in an airporthotel without having a shower. After that, in the morning, the reception tried to collect 500 rp for a taxi to the airport. One Day before i was asking 2 times how much i had to pay for the taxi and they said 400. Only after another discussion i payed 400. Don't come here. Never. Especially when you are an alone travelling woman.

Scam... Charges triple times more than the actual online rate.. no room services sent for cleaning and charged a huge sum for room service.. had to sleep on a dirty bedsheet for a night before i could change the hotel the next day.. also charges excess taxes and apply additional percentage of GST. staffs are very uncooperative.. i even got the receipt of the actual amount charged by the hotel and the proof of the online booking confirmation... So i am on my way to file a complaint against violation of consumer's right.. i don't want people to get treated the same way both of us couples were treated at this hotel.. please be very careful everyone.. be careful while handing over your phone ... The receptionist reviews five star from your phone .. i had to edit the star review he made..

I will preface this by saying that I only write reviews for excellent or very bad experiences and this one was the latter. I honestly don't understand how this hotel has such high reviews on Google or elsewhere. Their credit card reader was broken so we had to get out cash last minute, the rooms were way worse than pictured, they did not provide any extra toilet paper or towels, and the staff is not helpful or hospitable. We booked 2 nights so we could checkin immediately at 4AM but the checkin was extremely slow and the card reader was broken. The food is terrible and the kitchen messed up our breakfast order, delivered the wrong order to our room without, and did not apologize for the mistake. I recommend spending the extra money to stay somewhere actually "decent".

Забронировал отель, оплатил, приехал в час ночи после самолета, а отель закрыт, на дверях цепь. Напротив ребята говорят, да, закрыто, но владелец говорит что вы можете остановиться у нас (там помойка), только надо еще раз заплатить 40$. Оказывается правительство Индии закрывает отели без лицензии преиодически, но они не снимают свои объявления. Я написал на booking (agoda) они отписались, что хозяин отеля сказал что мы просто не приехали. Мы ночью без интернета стали искать более-менее нормальный отель, а их рядом нет, половина вообще закрыты. В общем, мошенники, не советую связываться, как мы выяснили, Они покупают массово положительные отзывы, посмотрите реальных людей, там помойная яма, а не отель.

It's a new hotel but not even a bottle of water is given as part of amenities. cleaning is only done based on the request irrespective of how many days you stay. we stayed for 4 days, I had a very bitter experience with the receptionist. we needed a print out but xerox shops are nowhere near by, so I just requested them to give but he was so reluctant to give. I literally shouted to know my urgency. He doesn't even know how to take a print out even. so I tried to tell him how to but he is least bothered of our urgency. Finally with a repetitive ask, he asked me to tell how to customize the printout then I showed him and got it. I would say services are not 3 star but hotel is. my advice is if it's for a one day stay, I can say Ok but a couple of days will be a troublesome situation.

Just Fabulous!!!! I was travelling with my family and have stayed at Hotel decent suites Delhi for one night. Fron Office representative Mr. Jagmohan is too professional and enthusiastic toward his job. He has ensured that our stay is comfortable and helped us in many ways with a great attitude. Our server In room dinning ( I am sorry I don't know his name) was too professional and always tried to accamodate my food requirements and amendments in combos/Thali. At last Mr. Bhupender (Bell boy) is phenomenal and have great smile on his face always. I really liked his positive approach and enthusiasm for his job. kudos to Team Decent !! You all are awesome and true ambassador for Hotel Decent Suits.

Best decent suites The hotel room was great and mainly the food was too good. You can order it on your phone in your room ( inside the intercom) and it arrives quickly. It is a safe hotel. Being a solo female traveller, i was concerned about safety but this place is safe and secure and close to the delhi airport. Go for it!

It was pleasant stay. Being female solo traveler, we see lots of factors before staying in a hotel. This was amazing at decent price. Rooms were clean, toiletries as well as electrical kettle was provided. I know most of the hotel does but my last experience in Delhi at higher rate was horrible. So, I would recommend this one for sure. Staffs were very cooperative and helpful. If i have to visit Delhi again, will stay again.

DO NOT STAY HERE! These guys are absolute crooks. I ordered room service, they wrongfully threw away my food and then said my next order was on the house. Then, when I came down for checkout, they not only charged me for the next order and refused to honor their agreement, but they also upcharged me by RS 1,000. Their rooms were filthy and outdated, they did not change the towels, replace the water, or change the pillowcases- their cleaning service is more-- let's just make the bed instead of changing anything or cleaning. Their towels were dirty too, and the room smelled like urine. GROSS!

बिल्कुल अनुशंसित नहीं! रिसेप्शनिस्ट ने मेरा फोन ले लिया क्योंकि वह मेरा बुकिंग संदर्भ देखना चाहता था जो मैं उसे दिखा रहा था। फिर उसने तुरंत मेरे खाते में अपने होटल के 5 सितारों के साथ एक Google समीक्षा छोड़ दी!! हमारे जाने के बाद मैंने इस पर ध्यान दिया। सभी 5 स्टार रेटिंग इसी तरह बनाई गई हैं क्योंकि होटल तस्वीरों जैसा कुछ भी नहीं दिखता है। बिस्तर की चादरें और तौलिये पहले से ही उपयोग में थे और पूरे थे। सेवा व्यावहारिक रूप से अस्तित्वहीन है. होटल का स्थान हवाई अड्डे से 6 किमी दूर है और यह वहां कोई अच्छा क्षेत्र नहीं है।

Hôtel sale et personnels gentils mais peu accueillants … les draps étaient sales et non changés. Ils ont reconnus heureusement leur saleté et les ont changé à notre demande Douche avec un filet d’eau, Les chambres n’avaient rien à voir avec celles que nous avions réservées via booking. Nous n’avons pas pu régler la nuit en carte bleue et ils ont ajouté une com importante (10€) au prix initial. J’imagine que les avis précédents sont faux car c’est impossible d’avoir une note pareil avec l’état de l’hôtel.

Normally I do not write reviews as most of the time I have at the least average service; I booked the hotel after seeing the reviews and when i arrived at the addres, it is a completely different place than shown in the pictures in a shady street. They didnt accept card payments and asked me to look for another hotel at 3 in the morning. This hotel is the biggest scam ever. It is a tourist trap and i dont recommend ANYONE to go here not even for a single night. I really hope this place get closed down and save the tourists from getting into trouble

The negative reviews written here are true and i have experienced the same.. 1) Front desk manager takes your phone asking for booking pin, rates his hotel himself on the Google in a cunning way 2) towels are dirty 3) As we were 2 middle aged men arrived late in the night at 11pm, we heard door knocks at middle of night at around 230am... OMG... What's that for? Definitely not a recommended place for solo women travellers and foreigners.

I had booked breakfast included in stay and they refused to give breakfast when we called the kitchen. This was one of the most pathetic customer service and experience. They did not even consider one minute or the customer's problem...all they want is money with worst service.their card machines do not work ...they charge for early check in.. before you book this please think twice...I will never recommend this stay for anyone for the kind of inconvenience they caused me..not at all professional

Worse experience ever. I booked with Wats app messages and on arrival they said no booking. But we have a partner hotel called Paragon hotel . When they took me there in nearby street. It was a shock rooms were so dirty. Sheets were stained bathroom were dirty. הזמנו דרך בוקינג..כמובן בתמונות נראה מצויין וגם חוות הדעת היו בסדר והמחיר סביר ..בפועל כשהגענו ראינו מלון עם חדר קבלה קטן , דלפק פשוט ביותר וסביבה מאוד רועשת ומלוכלכת .. החדר קטן מאוד החלון שבתמונה הוא רק תמונה ולא נפתח כי ממול יש קיר ופיר שירות סגור. במסדרון תנועה ורעש כשהבידוד בחדר לא מספיק טוב. אין במלון שירותי אוכל או מסעדה שלהם ונאלצים לצאת לרחוב לחםש מקום לאכול.הסיבה ל 2 כוכבים ולא 1 היא כי כשנאלצנו לעזוב לפני הזמן פקיד הקבלה זיכה אותנו ב50% החזר כספי למרות שלא היה חייב.

No photos were taken. Although the room was small in size it was clean and neat. The bed was good, sheets and blankets were white, no dirt or stain marks were there. The bathroom was clean, hot water was available. Only the towels were not up to the expectations. They were not smooth and pure white. Air Conditioning worked well and we were able to adjust it as per our needs. The bathroom chappal was classic. The staff were courteous and friendly. They gave us good service. The hotel is away from the Roadside nuisances.

Please read the reviews before booking this so called “hotel”, fake people gave us pathetic room with dirty towels and bed sheets, on top of that took my phone to check the booking details and gave five star rating, when we went to confront him he lied to our faces, can’t even understand how they got such huge rating in the first place.

What a big scam this hote is. They were trying to hack into my account by sending a OTP and saying we cannot che you in unless you give the OTP. The rooms were disgusting, bathroom dirty, staff so unprofessional and screaming all night. I would never recommend this place.they hack your account and cancel your booking or put fake reviews, that's the reason the rating is high on here. Beware of these scammers.

ALERT!! This hotel’s rating is scam. The receptionist took my phone because he wanted to check my booking reference, then quickly left a Google review with 5 stars of this hotel. I noticed it after some time. All 5 star ratings are created like that because the hotel does not look anything like the pictures. They are the biggest fraud in hotels I have ever seen.

Fooled by goibibo , false rating. Rooms are not big enough. Poor hygiene. Even towels are given used and dirty. Food taste was okay but delivered just before on the verge of missing my flight. Hotel not easily findable during night. No proper glowing board/banner to see the hotel. Gmaps location is wrongly tagged.

Not a Decent suites base on my experience - Same experience as a few others shared. If made booking online, you might get transfer to sister hotel in not very nice neighborhood. Taking your phone to give themselves rating was very unprofessional. Doing business with no integrity will not last them very long time.

It's not a 3 star hotel but a brand new hotel located near to airport. A casual hotel preferred for singles only and that too for one day i felt. Even a bottle of water is not served as part of amenities. I literally felt like a PG. I stayed with family for 4 days but floor manager doesn't had a professional behavior.They aren't good at English too.

One of the worst hotels ever. Done booking through online and when reached they are saying no rooms and the disgusting thing was without asking us they were planing to give the room in ERA hotel. All the 5 stars reviews that you are seeing is completely false and is rated by the front desk person itself without your knowledge. They do not even provide basic things like toothpaste and toothbrush; they don't even provide two separate towels even though two persons are living together. Bathroom shower doesn't work properly, bathroom itself is not cleaned enough.

The room was good and i could sleep well. The location of the hotel was not that enviting. The credit card Terminal was not working, so i had to go out in the night to pick up cash for payment. I didnt feel comfortable walking at night at the place. The driver was very friendly and helpful.

Very bad staff, impolite, Rude, poor service.. extremely bad experience. Called in the morning for a early checkin paid 1000 extra for the room, also asked to pay 1000 more while checking out.. The number one reason for the 1 Star Rating ist, that they took the Phone of a friend of Mine and gave them self a 5 Star Rating without telling us...thats drauf in my eyes. Besides that the rooms and also towels were Not Clean and there was a Lot of noise during the night.

A clean room with limited amenities. It is falsely claimed as 4 star hotel; it is a no star hotel- no restaurant; no common facilities like a star hotel.. For about 5,000 rupees a night, it is not worth even half of that money.. Friendly staff and cleanliness earned two stars; false claims, high prices and lack of amenities made it below average grade.. Certainly, I won’t choose to go there again..

All these reviews are here because when you show the voucher on the phone in the reception they will make a 5* review on Google without your consent. If the recepcionist is doing this on your phone take it back from him. Otherwise, it's a pretty bad hotel, I had no towel, no hot water and the room was very noisy. Don't fall for this scam

This hotel is located close to the airport and offers good service. The rooms are cosy and neatly set up. The check-in was fairly quick and the reception was responsive. They offer breakfast service.

I stayed in a room near reception. I asked whether it will be noisy in the night and was assured it wouldn't be. However it was extremely noisy in the night such as kitchen and reception phone kept ringing at high volume and staff was talking and guest movement was also noisy.

Dirty floors, very basic- not really a 4 Star hotel at all! There’s no restaurant and you can only order room service- which is taking over an hour to get your meal. This place is a scam and dumpy! Service isn’t great, either!

SCAM! The receptionist used my account to rate 5-star (by asking confirmation code and held my phone). I didn’t know until google sent me a thank-you note. This hotel reached new level of scam. not worth value for money as the claim of 4-star hotel. the room has no amenities. dirty room. bad smell. poor neighbourhood and hard to find the place.

Худший отель из всех в этом районе. Менеджер на ресепшн разговаривал в грубой форме и насчитал лишние расходы. За такси взяли 2200 рупий при стандартном тарифе 600 рупий. Сам отель грязный, вода не сливается. Даже белье не меняют от прошлых постояльцев. Кухни своей нет, еду таскают из ближайшей забегаловки.

Bad experience, jagmohan disappointed. If we book in advance then they don’t gonna respect cuz they get good price in booking on same day in good price. They will send you to another place and the other place will look scary. Better to ask them before. They are MFs

DO NOT STAY. This hotel is overrated and has Used false reviews. Staff is rude. Electricity doesn’t work properly in the rooms (some lights couldn’t turn off). Sheets were not clean.

It is not a star hotel, as claimed. It is a simple and clean hotel - but not worth the money - about 5,000 rupees per night. I would prefer to pay slightly more and go to a real 4 star hotel with good facilities and great breakfast

it was a good hotel, reception was very neat and clean. Even 1st and 2nd floor was nice but third floor was not clean. Walls of room were done dirty. But overall it was okay. They welcomed very warmly, Behaviour was very gentle.
