Most lousiest hotel I have ever seen. There was no sense of service. I know we were part of the marriage event, but then every time you place an order, It was like you have to pay in cash. And the tone was just not welcoming, it was irritating. The rooms were not done even if we were in the room or outside even after two days of stays. We asked for it while in the room but there was no response. No hot water for all days. The maintenance team used to do the crime of wasting several gallons of water, but still of no use as no hot water came to our room for our entire stay. The linen provided were stinking and dark in color and with stains, same were the towels. In fact we had to cancel the food during our stay and had to order something from outside. There was a window in our room where we can find pigeons flocking there always, creating a disturbing sound and the visualisation of service area such as plumbing etc. could have been hidden somehow. I didn’t understand as to why it was with transparent glass. Even food served to us during our entire stay was pathetic. No taste and look as it the food was for patients at a hospital and just dumped and cold at the buffet. Only one thing Just the sangeet day buffet food was better of all. Poolside was great option as the function unwinded for us.

Spoil my night, horrible experience... They ruined my night. As compare the prices they provide us very poor room, don't know but that room look likes a servant room even ac not working a dark room some lights are fused...but they charged us for superior room and tell us ''ye hamara superior room hai''.. very disappointing literally I feel like ... Even I had checked in MMT the charges, pictures and how there superior, deluxe rooms looks....dirty towels are given..... No water was available in room No soap, shampoo,body liquid was available Even no dental kit..... Guys if you want to stay in this property book your room with online sites otherwise they Charged you for superior or deluxe rooms and give you servant rooms. Be careful..! Staff is very rude very careless ,they are not responsive to their customers. They denie everything what u actual want They are not supportive in any manner. Night staff (anmol)is horrible they don't talk to customer properly............

Nothing special in this hotel, I am doctor who was arranged room in this hotel by Surgilapcon team about 3 days in advance, but when I reached at 6 am in Morning, hotel staff told sir there is no room..fir kaheki advance booking...I requested that I want to go to toilet since its 6 am and I am holding since I reached station, they arranged 1 room for 1 hour...now i was to reach conferance in morning, Surgilapcon team arranged breakfast and dinner at this hotel, but staff did not inform me...I want to conferance with hungry...when I came back after having my dinner at fun mall ( as I was not aware of dinner arrangements at this hotel), Hotel staff gave me room on share basis...i slept in room, after 1 hour another person came in room with little alcohol smell, he asked hotel staff and me was shifted to another room...in next morning I had my breakfast there in hotel as advised by my seniors at Surgilapcon. This was how hotel saved their money.

Well, I wasn't impressed with the hotel during my first time stay at the hotel. Few places I was little disappointed. Second time when I came here the staff treat me so well. Mr. Rahul sir was kind enough to take care of the things for me. Mr Naushad sir was really co-operative. And Miss Tanya, ❤ such sweet women. I don't even want to talk about her she is calmly helped me in few things during my stay by saying me "ho jayega" on every help I asked for her. She made my stay in Milenia regency a very much comfortable one. Hatts off to house cleaning department they did the room cleaning job with a great heart. Security uncle DeenBandhu Singh very nice man. Whenever I came from outside he stood there to take my cricket kit bag and keep it in my room. Beautiful people, Beautiful place. Thank you everyone. Apparently room service staff is weird, corrupt, lethargic and stupid. They won't send items ordered or will send wrong items. Like ordered non veg stir fried rice but served veg. Error was brought into notice promptly. They also promised error will be rectifief in invoice. Howevee, nothing done and 2 days later same invoice. Is the hotel earning profit by charging customer more by sending incomplete or lower priced item? It's horrible practice. Rooms are not sound proof. One can hear neighbors. Breakfast people casual. Avoid stay!!!

The hotel is located in chinhat near BBD university. Location and accessibility is good. The rooms are spacious and interior and lighting is ambient. The only thing i felt was like they shud concentrate little bit on maintenance as many points r not working. It has a swimming pool tat is another added attraction. Well maintained pool so u can relax thr. The service is slow so that can be improved. The brkfast menu is very limited so that shud be improved. Overall a gud place to stay in lucknow

We had a small family function at the banquet at the hotel. The arrangements and management was really poor . We had opted for very simple decor and the team managed to complete it only 1 hour after the start of the event. The decor manager ms. Shivani was no where to be seen , we had booked DJ and the DJ came only 2 hours into the function. Zero ownership and reliability. Food was also not great. Coffee was with burnt milk, moong dal halwa was too sweet and lumpy, soup was not good . I would not recommend this place at all

Would not recommend this place if you are looking for a safe stay during pandemic. Staffs did not wear masks or maintain social distancing when entering the room or anywhere in the premises. I had to complain twice and then they took the matter seriously. My room was not cleaned and sanitized and half the equipments were not working. I was given a new room after another complaint. Room service was low quality! Overall very disappointed with the stay. Advice to the staff: Wearing masks below the nose and mouth is not gonna help prevent covid.

very bad service and staff. I wish I can give them zero star as they are an insult to whole hotel service provider industry. No measure is taken to handle the covid19 infection in fact they increase the pre booked hotel room giving excuse of this pandemic. the general manager is shame on humanity and he should be thrown out of this industry. I have been to many counties and experienced and awesome services, accommodation and humble staff even in the small motel. but I am not surprised at all as these kind of people are really bringing shame to this job.

It's a very pretty looking english built building with a huge parking available in but no-one to guide at the entrance about it(maybe it was at that moment). We attended a wedding function. The venue was fresh, clean and hall could accomodate 150-200 people easily. They have huge chandeliers to add to the decor and can be used for light functions. Food again was disappointing, please make sure you test it before making the booking. Did not check any rooms yet but seemed like it would be good service. Washrooms were clean and staff was attentive.

We had a family function at the banquet at the hotel on 2nd October. It was really bad management overall. Never go with Ms. Shivani as she took the entire payment in advance and never showed up for the decoration arrangement and just asked her team to execute (whom she didnt even tell details like DJ was to be arranged), which resulted in very poor arrangements. Food was below average as well. Avoid this place for any functions as the management does not take ownership.

Good and kind staff.. . The food tastes awesome! it also has a swimming pool on the terrace.. With a big basement. .rooms are big enough with beautiful curtains and bedsheets.. .Comfortable pillows and mini refrigerators.. .All kinds of amenities available in the washroom including hair dryer!the staff is supporting and are helpful. . .Lobby is decorated nicely and security with card lock on the room doors with a huge reception!! Good place to live in lucknow, away from the city centre and is quite mesmerizing!!

This is really a nice property if you compare with others in terms of pricing. It is situated at Chinhat, beside the flyover on Faizabad Road, Lucknow. In terms of architecture, it will give you heritage feeling. Really very nice and attractive ambience. Top class hospitality make it standout. Food quality is also good. You will find swimming pool, gym and other amenities over there. Rooms are premium and spacious. This property also has disc and bar. Price are cheap if you compare with other properties.

Very bad hotel.....when we checked in....... bedsheets were dirty n room was not cleaned.....after a lot complains they changed our room. At night there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. We called them and asked to send someone with allout.....they said they are sending someone but no-one came. Whole night we were killing mosquitoes. A big no to you if you want to have a good stay.

I was here regarding Cocktail party on 24th Nov 2022. Every thing was excellent in Banquet hall (number 2) Chairs were very beautiful Decor was more than expected, it was no over-charged and beautifully managed by their event manager Ms.Shivani. She herself present there the whole time and managed everything, she even added things herself which enhanced the decoration. Must visit.

Went over here in Millenia regency for a reception party of my cousin, though the staff and waiter are really professional - but the sitting area and everything is not very ample in space. Felt conjusted in the party area. Though the food is good. Surely try some nonveg dishes like mutton Rogan josh, chicken biryani etc. Would recommend it if you want to go for a small party or some ceremony. But not for a Big bash or something fun.

Definitely really nice venue for functions. Jamal ji was really cooperative in terms of arranging everything and giving us the right quote. While Shivani ji took good care of the decor which were able to meet my expectations and in a decent budget. Really appreciate the two of them that helped the function of lifetime be memorable.

We had a family function in October and had the worst experience. The contract for decoration is handled by Ms Shivani who is highly irresponsible and completely spoiled my function. It's a decent hotel to stay with adequate amenities with good breakfast meal. Staff is cooperative. Packaged water is 42₹ per litter, which is not good. As per court law, no hotel can charge more than MRP. Price of some food is over the edge. Rest for staying, hotel is pretty good to relax and refresh. Pool area is quite pleasant with great sunset view.

The Best rooms with super cool interiors and their breakfast buffets are really really good and all the staffs are so friendly.

Restaurant is awesome with very tasty food. Guys are really hard working. Taste of food is really a good pick of this hotel. I have tried for few times and got more than satisfactory feeling all the time. Kudos to the team and an old member Mr Arvind( He is very courteous and co operative in dealing with the things).

Very very poor rooms no cleanliness and full of mosquitoes over and above not interested to provide services even hot water available in bathroom in winter season. Tariff charges 2500 a/night plus taxes according to standard tariff is too high, hotel not advisable

Stayed here for 2 days. The rooms are decent, with standard amenities. Location is away from the city and major tourist spot like Imambara. Biggest complaint is that hot water takes forever to come in the shower and sink. It is an absolute pain in the winters. The service is slightly slow and can be improved.

I recently stayed at Hotel milenia and overall had a positive experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedding and modern amenities such as a flat-screen TV and high-speed internet.

This hotel is exactly at Matiyari chauraha . Overall very nice hotel. The only thing that bothered me was food pricing in the hotel . The food was on a costlier side although I didn't ordered something so can't comment on quality, quantity and taste of food. In room service was too fast.

Room was quite small, There was very less free space in the room. Washroom was Okayish clean. Could have been better. Same goes for cleanliness, it could have been better. There were some spots on the sheets, pillow cover. So a 4/5, as few of these things could be improved definitely.

Experience was really good ! I really enjoyed my stay every staff was very much professional.Beautiful Hotel inside the interior design. Tasty food, polite staff, standard and clean rooms..

Good overall stay. Staff was hospitable. Location of the hotel is a concern but they have tried to make up by separate onroad entry. Menu was on the higher side and portion was less as per charges but taste was good. Relished my meals....

rooms are good and cozy. All equipments are working fine. The washroom is good with all basic necessities. And everything is clean as well. Good place to stay in. Only thing I would recommend is to provide a small room mat . Loves it.

Third class food and service. I went in this hotel 28 october to celebrate a party. Very cheap type food but payments r verry high.

awesome stay . Very good staff. breakfast was delicious value for money . In breakfast menu there was no food for baby , they prepared paratha n alloo jeera specially for kid and this affects me very much . strongly recommended.

Very poor hospitality. We had booked for a wedding. They over promised. AC doesn’t work in halls, lobby or reception. Water not provided in events, even when asked. They can not cater a large event.

The hotel is situated in by lane, so if you are coming from city, you will have to risk your life to go to hotel. Congested ambience, rooms way to small for tariff. Food just okay. Not recommended

The hotel is a little far from city centre and on the highway.. renovation is goin on in some floors... The staff are very cooperative and tries to solve issues.. and the food is great...

This place is underrated, but I just love their hotel they have 100+ rooms & 3 banquets, good hospitable staff ..

Very comfortable stay. Good housekeeping services. Restaurant and other facilities are awesome. Food was delicious. But not happy with the complementary breakfast with the pack.

Value for money hotel. Room size was compact for the basic booking that we made. Some renovation work being carried out as well. Staff is courteous and service is really good.

Go for another clean hotel dirty bed sheet, and neither they're replace it
