I will give a detailed review for everyone's ease/awareness. LOCATION : From my experience, the best part of the hotel is the location. It is located on the LBS road in Kurla, as soon as you walk out of the hotel you will find lots of of autos/taxis available. Close proximity to Bandra and extremely close proximity to BKC is the added advantage. For those who want to commute using train, Kurla Railway Station is at a walking distance of about 18-20 mins. So as far as commuting is concerned you will not come across any issues. FOOD : There are lots of restaurants available within walking distance, both small roadside restaurants/eateries without any seating and also a bit bigger/formal proper ones which do have seating.. However do keep in mind the majority of these big/formal proper restaurants with seating space open only at 12 pm, so if you are thinking about having early morning breakfast by going to these nearby walkable big proper restaurants(with seating), you will be disappointed as you will find pretty much all of them closed early morning :'( But As far as lunch and dinner is concerned, you are sorted :) ROOM QUALITY/SERVICE : For me the room servers its purpose perfectly. You might find some complaints about washroom being a bit smaller in size, it is true actually. However for me cleanliness matters much much more than size, and i found the room/washroom super clean, so fully happy with the room. Staff is co-operative. Considering the pros ( excellent location / easy to move around with abundance of public transport ) and available of restaurants at walking distance, i can say it is actually a steal, specially when you compare it with price of other hotels in the same locality.

I stayed for 3 nights with my family in this hotel in a triplex bed room. Rooms are pretty decent, not very big or small. Washrooms and room service is fine. Since this is my first ever mumbai visit I was really worried about the safety etc before coming to this place but all is well here. It is right on the main road and there are too many food options like Sahara, Arabian Mandi, shawarma, kebabs, south Indian tiffins and Mumbai's very own Vada pav and the very famous Baba falooda and many more We saw but didn't try. We ate in all these and they are very good. Never felt like living in some new place. Transportation is just perfect. We used uber mostly but later came to know about the local trains and buses as well. The surroundings are not too fancy here but you find people and vehicles moving till midnight as well. US consulate took 15 mins during rush hours and 7 mins when there was no traffic.Overall this part of Mumbai looks a bit old and not clean but people are helpful so I really liked Mumbai City. Also the airport is just next to it Kurla local station is 2kms away.

If you are going for visa interview then it’s good place to stay. Very near from us consulate and airport domestic terminal is also commutable ( between 12-2 pm due to traffic it may take 30 minutes otherwise 15 mins). Room was clean, bathroom was little bit small but good and clean. There are lots of food options available around this hotel, both non-veg and veg. You can easily get cab or auto-rikshaw any time. Hotel staff is genuine and helpful. Only one con is that lots of mosquitoes around hotel property, but I noticed this issue at most of the places. And mattress for bed is spring mattress which are needed to be changed. Once they get old they are not comfortable. Area is safe for family as well. If you are planning to stay on LBS road Kurla West then you should consider this place instead of other hotels. Overall good for 2-3 days stay.

I visited this place recently and below are my findings: Pros: 1. Helpful staff. 2. Cost effective. 3. Near to airport (debatable). Cons: 1. Rooms are very small and feels congested. 2. No instant hot water, you have turn on geyser and make sure you keep it on for a while so you can get hot water, Also shower wasn't working properly in my case. 3.They don't have inhouse restaurant and there's no nearby veg restaurant, you'll have to walk a mile to grab a good vegetarian bite. 4. No lift, you have to take stairs. (Though they have only one floor) Conclusion: Opt this hotel, If you don't won't to spend too much & going to stay in hotel for only sleeping purpose, if not then you must find a better place which are quite affordable and after spending little extra you'll get better facilities.

This is best cozy place to say with sweetest staff specially at reception sir and mam both are really sweet they will be always there to help u in any circumstances with smile u will feel as if u r in home, if u are coming for visa work or realted work trust me this is best place to say its more than what we paid for rooms are super clean their will be hot water 24hrs and embassy is on 20min by auto or cab. Specially thanks to mam at reception she will help u in all possible way she will even guide u if u r going for embassy most recommended place ever at kurla at affordable price and yes last but not least their are yummy food to try around...

About the hotel . Good location . But the lady at the reception very noisy , the guy is atleast better , the lady keeps talking loudly which can be heard even in the room . The phone at the reception counter is very loud . About the room . When I entered the room for the 1st time with the reception guy he was spraying air freshener in the room as well in the bathroom. That following night I got headache bcoz of the excessive air freshener. In the room . The drawers and the cupboard was dirty inside. In the bathroom . The shower had no pressure. But had a bucket for water. OVERALL THE WORST WAS THE LADY WHO SPEAKS LOUDLY AND DISTURBS EVERYONE.

It is in very good location, and very basic amenities in the hotel, it includes A/C and fan. Reception staffs are good and its suitable for bachelors as well as couples for short visit. Its about 2.2km from the hotel to US consulate and not 1km as advertised. It will take 25 to 30 minutes by walk and 20 to 25 minutes by Auto due to heavy traffic. It needs to mention that Rooms cleaned well only in the visible places, rest of the places are dusty like cupboards, underneath the bed and walls (wall papers are not maintained well, its about to come out with visible bubbles everywhere. There is room service available, but it's better to take food from near by hotels or street foods also available near by.

I stayed at this cozy hotel. and never regretted it. strongly recommend. the rooms are always clean, always smell good. There are no cockroaches or any insects. Everything is constantly disinfected. cleanliness, order, and friendliness of the staff are guaranteed. absolutely all questions the staff helps to solve on the spot within 2 minutes. The staff is in touch 24 hours. video cameras all around to make guests feel completely safe. thank you so much for your hospitality, especially Basanti shah and Rahul shah as well as the young help boys who are always helpful with everything..feels like HOME away from home. I'll miss....

It is a nice hotel with a very polite staff. The lady at the reception and the room service guys were good at hospitality. The room as such was compact enough for two people to stay. Since i went alone, it was more than enough for me. The food they served there upon ordering was decent. I got a complimentary breakfast which was also good. Cons: The bathroom door could not be latched but it was not a problem for me being alone. It was a little bit more noisy. I believe it is because of the hotel's location right on the LBS Road. They had not ventilated the room. It took a very long time for me to adjust to the smell that comes when you enter a room that has not been opened in a very long time.

At this price this is one of the best hotels one can get near BKC. Approximately 2 KMs from BKC. The rooms are decent in size and clean. The toilets are also clean and the bathroom is large. Folks at reception are extremely courteous and this place has lots of good restaurants nearby (and all the restaurants are very reasonably priced). I had been hotel hopping and this was my third hotel and was the best value for money. There are other hotels nearby BKC which charge exorbitant money but don't provide the same level of service as this one. I would happily suggest this hotel to someone who's looking for a place to stay near BKC.

Decent place to check-in for quick 1-2 days stay. The room I got in was clean and well maintained. The staff was very polite.

Hotel is just on the LBS Main Road in Kurla. You step out of the hotel and you can get transport facilities. You have restaurants all around. The Pheonix Market city is very close to this hotel.

The rooms on ground floor are horrible and uninhabitable. They had an unbearable stench of rot and mould and it was hard to sit for 5 mins in the room. When I complained on seeing the room, they showed me alternatives which were other rooms on the ground floor(all were empty) with the same problem. When I threatened to cancel booking with Treebo, they finally gave in and provided a room on first floor which was a bit small but ok. The hotel staff acted as if giving a decent room was a favour for me. The Treebo helpline guys were helpful and cancelled the booking.

The hotel is located in a very smelly area. Inside the hotel it's dusty and unpleasant. No signals inside the hotel room, especially for Airtel. Had to remain in the corridor to make some important calls. Rooms are small but comfortable. Noise from the adjacent rooms and corridors can be heard all the time. Staff behaviour and service was average. Breakfast was decent. It's close to Phoenix Mall, so other food options can be availed for lunch and dinner. Not a great place for couples or old people.

It was an amazing experience n stay in the hotel. I liked the warm way they treated us. The owner, receptionist Didi and the house keeping staff are superb kind and very welcoming. Beautiful n neat room with superb facilities n comfort for customers. I will always love to stay in the same hotel whenever i visit mumbai. Hats off and thankyou to the services provided by u all.

It is a small cozy hotel, situated pretty close to the airport as well as to TISS which is where we had gone for an interview.The huge phoenix mall is situated very close by too. The area is bustling with activity and seemed quite safe. Room was clean and was ready when we reached.The receptionist as well as the bell boy were friendly and welcoming. A nice mughlai . restaurant just next door.Cozy with basic and clean amenities.A good option for budget travel to Mumbai.

As u go in they'll ask u to pay with out seeing the room first.First of all if u are a single guy. They gave me the the most cramped room with a fake window. AC was not working . But the staff shifted me to a better room immediately. ROOM WAS CLEAN AND TIDY. Chai is made of powdered milk so avoid that. Just outside there is a market and you have a lot of options to eat there. Inhouse catering is relatively expensive. The lady on the counter is a bit rude I would say.

Don't stay. Room sizes are just like store room with water leakage from walls. Dirty Smells in room as well washroom. 3rd class hotel. Breakfast timing 8am to 10am but not provided till 10 am. I had booked rooms with breakfast but they had not provided. And 1200 also taken extra for room upgrade. Water bottle also not provided. TV will show only free to air chennal. Just wasted my money to book room in this Hotel. My advice don't book this hotel..

Rooms are very small and worstly maintained. Dealing staff are rude in behavior. Surrounding of this hotel is pathetic, even you can not stand in front of the hotel for a while. They will also not provide you the good options of foods as area is completely covered by muslim community only. In short the hotel doesn't worth even a single star.

The worst hotel I have ever seen, I have went to this hotel on 5th June at midnight and they have charged me full payment and it’s not a issue, but A/C is not working in the room and wifi signal is less, we have asked refund for A/C, but they are telling that they won’t give any refund and they are talking very rudely and I won’t even prefer this hotel to anyone, please don’t stay in this hotel

Really had an amazing experience while staying at the Hotel Plaza Executive. The staff has really been supportive, and the service provided by them is surely great. Moreover, the hotel is pretty close to BKC (in case you are planning for a stay during US VISA interview). In a nutshell, this hotel is definitely a value for money option, and you won't regret staying at the Hotel Plaza Executive.

The stay at this place was awesome, yet the charging plugs in my room were malfunctioning and not repaired even if complained, the area around was average. The service at this place is excellent, the staff is polite. There's a good parking space around the hotel, wifi is good. Overall experience was good, yet expected that the repairs in the room to be made after request

Very very basic place, no parking area, very unhygienic surrounding Had a very bad experience, booked this hotel, when I arrived there was no electricity, and surprisingly, no power backups, all people were in the reception area, waiting for the electricity from last 1 hours .. I immediately cancel my booking and went for another hotel

Staffs are good. Just make sure you go as per the booking. Just in case you cancel in emergency they will deduct a very hepty amount which is not part of their cancellation policy at all.

Nice location. Small congusted room but OK for 1 person. Cleanliness is OK. Water force in bathroom is pathetic. I complained...hotel staff came immediately, checked and to my surprise said it's ok, this is normal. Kindly check attached photos of shower and tap with full pressure water which is normal according to the hotel.

Stayed with family for 4 days in a triple deluxe room and was highly satisfied with the hospitality. And the main thing is staff and receptionist are very cooperative. It's located on the main road and near to US embassy (15-20mins depending on traffic).

There is not reserved parking available for the hotel. The hotel doesn't have an elevator. Booked Maple room with extra charges ( big room ) for two adults and two kids but got a small room. The smoke smell in the bathroom all the time. Towels provided were not very clean. Defiantly not a good place to stay with family.

TV, AC, towels etc. Location of the hotel is close to the US Consulate and going to the Consulate is quite easy. However, the room was full of mosquitoes and the repellent was unable to get rid of so many of them.

Overall good experience but its actually 3 km away from US EMBASSY & for that you hv to take Auto or Uber. Not walking distance like 1km displayed in advertise. Amenities & Services are good. Very small rooms. Pictures are deceptive. Very good staff but over priced rooms. Treebo lacks good service. Had an emergency situation and had to check out. No consideration for partial refund also. They only want to rob you. Not at all accommodative of emergency customer requests. Do not go for it.

The hotel location is not good, noisy and unpleasant area nearby. Hotel rooms are too small. Bed mattress are poor quality, no slippers in the bedroom, not provided basic things. Bad smell was coming from room. They don’t have their own kitchen facility, Overall poor hotel to stay for family.

Good for it's price, good and prompt service but the amneties in the washroom are all broken. Service is done mishandledly that one of the cleaners lost one shoe kept on the ground and did not nother to search for it. I had to go to the reception and look in the to-be washed blanket dumps.

Clean rooms...Best customer service and one of the most dedicated receptionist who looks after every guests with extreme care and helpful from start to end making the giving the guest happy memories and a memorable stay.

I'm fond of treebo hotels.. But My experience in this hotel is very bad..!! Congested rooms. Uncomfortable hotel atmosphere. Even Phone signals are not coming..!!! Tied up vth treebo.. And Damaging treebo brand name.. Better choose other than this particular hotel. Waste of money...!!!!

Rooms are not much clean and hygenic. The only thiat which was good was the behaviour of the manager at reception. He is calm and helpful. His assistant was very rude while offereing service but manager was calm and helped us to check other rooms and also while checking out.

I recently visited this place and it is located on main road . And main thing is staff and specially hotel owner is very cooperative . My iPhone get switched off and don't have adaptor , so they also provide me adaptor . Overall good experience with this place .

Worst Hotel - They gave my room to someone else in my absence and cooked up an absurd story.I even found someone else's boarding pass in my room. Don't try this hotel they are fraud. Room service is poor as well.

It's an amazing place, no complaints for the service the staff is equally friendly and helpful. This was no issue in finding the location .

Riom 208- Not as per treebo standard. Tiny room. No table no chair. Wet towel. No soap. Tiny bathroom. No window. And you can hear whats going on in near by room. (-)1/5 …

The stay was overall comfortable. Only thing is room and bathroom size were too small. It might good for one person only. But for couple i expect a little bigger room size.

Pathetic Service. Tried best but happened nothing. Good rooms were available but not provided. No restaurant. Poor locality. Recommended only stay if options not available.

The rooms are small, but well maintained. The bathrooms are clean. The room service is pretty quick. Only negative point is they don't remind you about breakfast closure.

Value for money.. Location is slight dampener.. Nice people.. Try to help.. Sahara restaurant just next to it for good nonveg food.. Near BKC 2 km.. Can try.

Rooms are very neat and clean but too small. Also location not that much good and breakfast was also not upto the mark.
