CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DEEP UNDER THE GROUND TO THE CRUST OF THE EARTH. When called to enquire about a service, the guy says can't understand English, when I asked to put me on to someone who can talk in English, he replies saying you give it to someone who know Hindi., I was like WHATTTTTTTTTTT!!! really!!? and I again call the reception to check on this, to top it all, he just says hello and asks me to wait on the call and keeps talking in Telugu to someone about his personal grievance. I have never wrote such bad review to any property, however, this one DESERVES even worst.

I had a very bad experience with this hotel, mentioning the points one by one below. 1. No hindi/english channel was subscribed in the TV. They didnt help even after complaining. 2. The window AC installed in the room was very old & could be controlled only manually. It was also not working properly. Installed in such a place that it directly throws the air to ur head. Adjusting dampers were broken. 3. Bathroom shower was not working. No action taken even after complaining. 4. U can have only one item in the complementary breakfast. No buffet. 5. They dont provide complimentary mineral water in room. 6. Poor room service.

Nobody should stay in this hotel as tourist. We a family of four stayed from 26th May to 30th May 2017. No tourist help desk was available in the hotel, and the hotel staff could not help. They arranged a cab, we thought it would be safe as the hotel is recommending. But it was a total disaster. The driver turned out to be a cheat. Eventhough many tourist places were near the Hotel, the driver kept rounding Hyderabad, and charged double amount that was fixed. The hotel expressed their helplessness. Not a good hotel for tourist.

Staying in this hotel currently from 7 April 2023 to 10 April 2023 Worst hotel experience ever we had taken suite room n in living room sofa cum bed there's tons of dust no good pillow covers the bathroom faucet doesn't work properly no proper curtains on bathrooms see through glasses AC does not work properly And mainly there is a big rat over in room

We had paid 3.5k for per day and it's totally waste of money

It's a budget hotel located in the heart of Hyderabad near siddamber bazaar so don't expect anything special here. Breakfast was too good. That was the highlight. Rest the stay was OK nothing special.Rooms and bathroom are clean no problem there. Even though while booking I had clearly stated that we are 2 adults and 2 children they made me pay for extra bed. Overall an ok experience.

Hotel rooms are good. Cleanliness is fine. However the staff is terrible. They need to be re educated about hospitality. They cannot take any decision on their own and are very very stubborn. They look depressed everytime and you get a feeling if you are staying in a sarai. I talked to owner on call and he seems to be a nice guy but needs to look into the staff behaviour issues.

Stayed in this hotel for five days end of Feb 2023 with family in two doublebed rooms. Pleasant experience. Staff and management extremely helpful, polite. Parking secured for 24hours. Rooms/linen are clean. Overall cleanliness praiseworthy.Value for what I paid.

One of best available option for staying in heart of the city begum bazar, troop bazar ' old city (madina)osman gunj,maharaj gunj.all are close to this hotel .if ur on business tour to hyd then this is best option if ur arrival and boarding trains are from nampally(hyd) or kachiguda.and if ur jain and do pooja regularly the jain temple(feel khana) is quite near.

The hotel is very nice, clean rooms, ac working properly, tv working proper, all service is good enough. Suitable for long stays Only the problem is they not orders food you need to do at your own. And one more I suggest to arrange one small cabin for phones at night it disturb whoever call for something it ranga in full floor disturbs the clients.

Great location to stay if you have work around the grain market of hyderabad. Clean rooms, good service and parking for both 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler is there. There is a pure Veg restaurant as well in the premises. Located very close to Siddiamber Bazar Masjid, It is near to Kishangunj, Maharajgunj, Osmangunj, & Begum Bazar.

Just okay hotel. Though we have not stayed there just went for a DJ party. Space was little small and hotel maintenance is just okay. I guess this would be a budget hotel for stay and close to old city i.e. Charminar area in Hyderabad.

Best room ,but restaurant not open ,morning tea is also not available.

The ambience is so great.we had a delicious food over here pure veg. Try North Indian Tali combo unlimited butter rotis and veg biryani. Really awesome taste. Reasonable rates effortable. You have wallet parking as well.

The room is too small for the price. Not many auto people or taxi drivers know about the hotel so it is sometimes hard to reach there if you don't get to hire an ola or uber.

Tara international has amazing ambions good location . Amazing staff . Biryani and tea is awesome must try it . I recommend to come here with friends and family
