Michelle and Gina are the realtors I've used to find the first two rentals I lived in Miami, and they've been great. This time I went to them when I was ready to become a homeowner for the first time. Michelle worked with me this time to find me a place... she's amazing! What I love about her is she hard-working and diligent, incredibly friendly and personable. Coming here from NYC, my realty pet peeve is when agents try to pressure you into something your not sure about, and she is not like that at all. She gets to know her clients really well, she already knew a lot about me, but sat with me to go over listings to get a sense of how my preferences may have changed. I didn't have a lot of free time when I was looking but it was fine because she set everything up and made it easy. I fell in love with a condo in Edgewater, and she was a great negotiator, getting the seller down well below asking price. She is truly very knowledgeable about the market in South Florida. Once the seller agreed Michelle walked me through the whole closing process AND on the day we closed gave me an awesome housewarming gift of a Nespresso machine, which I love! If and when I am ready to sell I will definitely go back to Michelle and Gina, I highly recommend them.
