The Howe Team, specifically Miguel, Luis and Loren, were exceptional. Loren consistently checked in with me on my case as I was going through treatment. Initially, my case was transferred from one attorney to another but when Miguel took over it was smooth sailing. Luis was also a polite person and was happy to assist. Loren and Miguel took time to answer my questions and explain each step. All parties were patient with me during the process and returned my calls and e-mails within a reasonable amount of time. Although their caseload is packed, they never treated me like a number. A special thank you also to Nathalie J. who reached out during the case to make sure service was on par and to check in to see if my needs were being met. Short of the slight rocky start, overall I give them a 4.5 stars (unfortunately Google won’t allow me to put in the .5). Thank you to the Howe Law Team.

This law firm has been very difficult to deal with. My son lawyer has not been in contact with him in close to two months and my son has to always call and follow up with them on his case. There was a contact name Lorri who he was talking to at first and now she is not answering the phone. I never experienced a law firm who does not follow up with their client, I just feel like this company is a scam. The good reviews that are out there are not real. Why isn’t there any consistency with one person to contact. We get the run around all the time. It’s been over a year and my son case has not been resolved. If I don’t hear anything back we will have to report this lawyer office and take further actions towards them. I don’t recommend this company to nobody. Find someone else save yourself a headache and frustration!

The law firm was very professional. I loved how attentive they were and also did a great job of following up and making sure we were up to date and in the know. Make sure you ask for Nathalie Jackson! She made sure I was comfortable with everything and did a great job answering all of my questions and made everything as easy as possible as was so very patient. And I appreciated it so much, being that these lawsuits are already hard enough but she made it nothing short of a breeze for me !

Inquired online for some free consultation and when Natalie called me back she was amazing very pleasant and It was nice to have somebody assist with the situation and explain but their law offices were not able to help with the particular type of help that I needed however she gave me plenty of information and even send it to me give me the proper avenues and information that I did not have before. Don't usually do this, but the folks at Howe Law firm did an absolutely and fantastic job on my behalf to get me the settlement that I deserve. The whole process did take a while due to the extensive medical treatment I had to go through, but it was all worth it. I'm quite grateful to these folks especially Natalie and Brooke.
