Poor customer service, the guy that runs it now the Chinese guy is a miserable git. Needs to be taught what customer service is. Also the food is overpriced and not all that. Took a picture of the lettuce which looked as though it had been there for weeks, it’s a shame it doesn’t allow me to update it on here.

Ordered large fish and regular chips. She said 5-6 minutes to fry fish which is normal but guy cooked it in 3-4 mins. Got home fish was soggy and falling apart off skin obviously not cooked properly. Had to throw food away. Was near closing time so he rushed it..won't be visiting again. More

Another local fish and chips establishment and a good one it is too the spring rolls are nice the staff here are always very friendly and welcoming, could do with the ventilation process be more efficient just my opinion overall a good clean and nice place.

Friday 24th 2019. Chips were smothered in salt. The colour of the chips were yellow dirty yellow like they had been cooked in dirty oil proper soggy. Steak n kidney pie was like cutting into wood. Very disappointed today as I use the shop

The fish is fresh to order so the batter is lovely and crisp. The shop is lovely and clean. Plenty to choose from on the menu. I had a fish and chips with beans and everything was perfect. Friendly staff. Would happily go again.

Good quality, fresh fish that was made in a timely manner. The server was very polite and professional. Up there amongst the best in Leicester and deserves the positive reviews it has received to date :)

Fantastic fish and chips cooked fresh to order. Always very busy when I go, which is definitely a good sign that the food is very good. Happy to wait, as the quality is worth it.

I have never waited so long for 2 pieces of fish, over half an hour, wouldn't mind if it was busy at the time I went,, staff don't seem to know what's left or right.
