Disgusting service! I called in this morning wanting to book a service, the receptionist put me on hold for 2 minutes and then dropped the call. I called back, had to ask over 3 times to be transferred to the service division as they apparently had trouble hearing over their phone, the service division then just rang and rang and after about 5 minutes I come back to the receptionist. I then asked to be transferred to the branch manager and once again the phone just rings and rings and comes back to the receptionist, and then she drops the call again. I then contacted another Hyundai dealership and was assisted with a confirmed service booking within 2 minutes.

I am very disappointed with the service. The communication was poor and there were not organized. After buying the car the customer service is poor, they completely neglect you, I had to keep on calling the dealership so many times to make follow ups. I did not even get a thank you gift after buying the car.

One of thee best dealers I've been to Went out of their way to assist me in the purchase of my vehicle Aftercare service is exceptional The owners are equally friendly as the staff They make you feel like you are the only customer Would definitely recommend anyone interested in a new or used car

Was not happy when i went to collect my car as the engine and the rear mats in the car were not cleaned. The interior of the car was not vacuumed . Had to instruct them to do it. This is not what i expected because that's where i usually take my car for service.

Good place to buy a car from, and the prices are value for money, however after buying the car the customer service is poor, its like they neglect you as a customer, I had to keep on calling the dealership so many times to make follow ups.

Their services are very bad they sold me a rotten car saying is a democar I would not advice anyone to buy a demo car from them i Owned acar for only two weeks the problem were many and unacceptable

To anyone other than confirmed customers the response is depressing The dealership is well positions for convenience. The Sasol service station staff adds life to the Hyundai atmosphere.

Bad customer service,I called for parts and they asked me to hold until they dropped the phone.i could hear background conversation it had nothing to do with customers.

They really don't care about you after buying your car. Even if you're a first time buyer. They are not available to answer your questions. Completely disappointed
