I’m so happy with the experience with IITR. I was feeling hopeless after the car crash and my friend recommended them to me. The staff Jeremy was so professional and helpful with patience and kindness. Super satisfied with the easy online process also the car delivery and return. Jeremy follows up all the time and I can always got an in time reply if I had any questions. The car they provide was in extremely good condition, very comfortable and smooth to drive.

Had such a good experience with this company after my wife got rear ended! They were very helpful and efficient, they were able to deliver the car to my house, the car was very clean and they had great communication as we went overseas and took care of picking up the car and dropping it back when we returned. The service was great. The car was very smooth and a brand new Kia. Nathan Nader assisted me with everything, he was great with rescheduling several times to come pick up the car as I was very busy but he was really patient and assistive.
