Not a bad terminal per se, but I just needed to say: Do Not use spirit. It was a last minute, only flight available thing and we had to use spirit. Got there on time. Lady tried to tell me I wasn't in line and I wasn't on time because she had been calling. She stood by her computer and did not use her mic and proceeded to used her inside voice to call announcements. I was not the only one who missed this flight, not to mention the other spirit people arguing about missing theirs. While trying to rebook, she would either not shut up about how she was making announcements or she would literally walk off mid sentence to talk to other people, even pushed me aside to talk to someone, oh forgot to mention it was a minor child flying and I was on the phone with her parents, one who was at work, and the other was driving to the other airport to get the child, while I was trying to rebook and she was walking off. Just save your self the time and hassle and the ridiculous fees to EVERYTHING. I always heard bad about spirit. I should have listened.

The worst airport experience I've had yet. Signage is mostly absent. What signage there is, is not as helpful as it needs to be. Traffic management is so abysmal or took me 2 hours to get OUT of the airport. The Wi-Fi was so poor, I couldn't even install the app for my airline which might have given me the information lacking from signage. The cell service was so poor, I could use that as an alternative either.

Took Disney Cruise Line's airport shuttle from the Galveston cruise port to IAH. Everything went smooth but in the future I would do the early walkoff with my luggage because DCL did not group the bus riders in any specific group. The buses just line up and take people on a first come, first served basis, separating them into terminal for American A or B in our case.

THEY LEFT MY SON'S LUGGAGE IN DALLAS!!! My son was approved for leave from the Marines before he's shipped off for a year... He wanted to surprise me for Christmas. But Dallas decided they only wanted to or felt like transferring about half of the luggage 75 bags total on more than 150 passengers. Not happy …

My least favorite airport in Houston. Hobby on south side is so much better. Parking sucks and I always pre book and pre pay and still get stuck searching for a spot for 30 mins and usually get stuck parking on roofs the reason I pre book and pay is to get covered pots but still don’t most of the time

I felt like they where really trying to get you where you need to be fast with out slowing you down. Plus I was a little lost because I have never been to this one before and they changed my flight. So I had to go to a different terminal. So I had to ask a employee and they where very helpful.

Everything clicked off pretty smoothly. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The gates are pretty easy to find. There are plentiful fast food places located close to the gates. Comfortable seating. It is just the long, long walk to the rental area. Oh my. Anyway it all worked out.

Landed around midnight with many other planes landing at the same time. Only Avis was open with two workers and there was maybe 200 people in line. No gas cars available...only EV cars even though we had a reservation. Not happy....and neither were 200 other people.

Easy to get around. It was quick to the baggage claim, and our luggage came fast. Waiting for the shuttle bus for the rental car service and sitting in traffic really stunk. I'm surprised that an airport this large doesn't have a train.

Well, It's an Airport.... They are under staffed, over priced, and highly unorganized. That said, if you go into it with that understanding you're going to be fine. Also, good luck with your luggage....

What an easy way to pickup or drip off passengers from or for flights.. This is a very easy way still to pickup your passenger/passengers. Just don't get there to early or you will be asked to move on.

Check-in for JetBlue was fairly quick, kiosks were inoperative. The gate area is a zoo. 4 gates at the end of the area really is confusing and to congested. It'll be over in a while.

Not bad, got through security TSA Pre Check in 10 minutes. Did have to remove belt and watch which I normally don't have to. Under some construction so it is a little messy and dated.

All good with this! Only that I don't understand why they put the check-in for Spirit here (terminal A, first one) if you have to go to terminal D (last one) to board the airplane ✈️

Terminal A has no parking onsite. You must take the eco park option. Be aware that there are two eco park locations. It is a great time to get a ride to the airport from a friend.

Spirit - Fast, easy printing of boarding passes and luggage tags. Fast bag drop. Security check was a bit slower, but to be expected. Overall, it was a good experience.

This is NOTa bad review. I loved the area although it was very confusing on where you go to get picked up. We were lost for five minutes till a family member found us.

AC needs to be serviced/upgraded. They are working on fixing security checkpoint. But the terminal doesn't feel like the showcase/welcome to Houston it should be

Don't know if it's just me, but the restrooms in the morning are not adequate for the am traffic. The line at the stalls in terminal A was ridiculous

I waited for my bags for more than an hour ..... the flight was with Spirit The plane arrived at 1 a.m. Now leaving the airport it's 2:25 a.m.

It’s alright, the infrastructure can’t really support the amount of people in the individual terminals for pick up but, overall it isn’t bad.

The Bus driver was the best. He was such a nice man that he waited for us to finish parking all our bags and luggages from the rental car

Worse area to do a pick up. The people on The line are trying to push you out , you can not wait in the line to pick someone up .

Bag conveyer belt got stuck for an hour before we could get bags and a fair bit of construction but ultimately not a bad setup.

Efficient but first shuttle to rental car center had windows down in 105 degree weather with significant humidity. No idea why.

Terminal A, has Starbucks, chickfla, panda express, wendys mexican kitchen . It a small , clean and nice terminal.

Never like having to go there, doesn't flow smooth especially picking up. Take a lesson from Phoenix International

The lines were long but went through TSA very quickly. It was my first time flying and the flight was okay.

Nasty, trashy terminal...IAH makes Third World airports cleab and well run.
