Worst employees in kengeri satelite town branch, they behave like uneducated. I am withdrawing the cash through self cheque of sum 3L, they are arguing with me you should inform us priorely for cash need, why should I inform as per their policy they should maintain 5L in cash counter and one of the employee his name is Sathish is very very rude unfit for the job telling that he need to verify the cheque if is it the black money or white money, as in the branch they should maintain minimum funds in cash counter but the way he told no we don't have any policy like that will not maintain any cash in the counter. I don't know how #ICICI Bank,Hire like this third graded people.

Today I have visited to ICICI kengeri Branch with one complaint reg security rude behavior and he has not at all wearing mask which was one week ago insident. I really shocked by seeing branch manager unprofessionalism because she is also not at all wearing mask thn I thought there is no meaning reporting her as above complaint. She started yes please, finally I explained my bad experience with security instantly she told that I will check with him without asking fully information date time security name etc etc thn what she will be check. Really I didn't expect this from ICICI, such worst experience.

Worst experience in this bank. Staffs are worst and want them to go by their way of process, even though easier options are available. And forces us to get credit card and open dmat account even though if u dont want. They feel like they own the bank. And they dont regret for doing mistakes and make us to go to their other branches for even small works. I wouldn't give a single star if I had a option. Better don't make up your account here, not just kengeri don't open your account in icici bank.

ICICI Bank overall is okay but the staff here are big time lazy bones. Only one answer they'll give "DO IT ONLINE". Worst than SBI also. They don't have a mindset to give solutions to problems. They just say "CAN'T BE DONE". For every small thing we have to escalate to customer care and get things done. They are not updated with banking policies either (Including Sales Branch Manager).They say "WE'LL CHECK WITH PRODUCT TEAM & GET BACK TO YOU". Pathetic staff & branch....

Useless Staff and Manager. Specially the branch manager and Assistant Branch Manager. Useless Donkey in tie and Suit. Not sure even if they are qualified to work in a bank. Seems like they are forced to work. I would not suggest anyone to go there, you might get frustrated and depressed by seeing them how useless some can be.

The arrogance showed by the staff from security gaurd till the branch manager is so unprofessional Very disappointed to see such behaviour in a reputed bank. Please train your employees to talk to their customers with respect.

Worst branch of ICICI, always server down, no workaround. Felt like other local banks are doing great than this. Employees here are only for trying to give loan not for any other services

Nice branch people and better service. Very low queue so we got quick service. Easily visible location when moving on road. ATM and cash deposit machine ( CDM) available on 24 x 7 basis.

I don't know about other service but they did opened my salary account in a matter of 5 min. ICICI BANK Kengeri bangalore is loacted near Dominos kengeri and hoysala circle.

Useless peoples sitting on chairs if any questions asked gives examples and says call customer service they will clarify then why are you guy's on job sit in Home idiot's

All staffs are well knowledged and supportive if any queries thy will resolve immediately. All the best kengeri icici branch team continue the same work.
