Worst service provider ever... Will tell to wait for hours for just passbook printing,as they don't have digital machine...Its just like revisiting the bank 10yrs ago...N also misguide us with information they provide...

ICICI’s worst branch ever I visited. Staff are not bother for new account opening. Useless staff know only talking & zero in working. ATM not working 366 days out of 365 days of year.
