First of all now its become govt property, they dont have any protocols to follow. I had a terrible instance there . A housekeeping staff literally abused me when i was ordering cutlery. When i complaint him in front desk they were rude too . I mean i paid 7k for a say in a 5 start a hotel . Even they said we can raise that concern after 2 days because our manger is on off . I mean legit they dont have any solution for that . And this hotel staff have a 0 hospitality. That they legit abused in front of a WOMEN . I request you guys not to choose this property its not safe for a women. After that at mid night i checkout the hotel and switched to another hotel. Because I didn’t feel safe.

This hotel is not 5 star as they claim. The lift is grubby, sith fingerprints on the mirrors and grime on the fllor and walls. Our room smrlled of cigarette smoke and was infested with mosquitos. The washing machine in the room madd our clothes dirtier rather than cleaner. We paid 10000 rs per night for a room not worgh more than 5000. When i was booking i called to ask if i could come see the room then book only to be told that the inventory was sold out and i should book online. In doing so my booking was non refundable. Upon checking in i understood why they did this. No one would pay the rate they are demanding for this poor quality room. Once booked you are trapped. Do yourself a fabour. Book a trusted brand like Radisson or Hyatt instead

Great place if you want to stay as a family or go for business in Delhi as you can easily conduct your meetings within the suite. The location is ok (in East Delhi). The service is a little delayed and food is average but you can order food from outside or bring your own food or cook food which is even better. This was earlier called Fraser suites and now renamed to IIDL suites. There is a banquet as well for parties and weddings. The parking within hotel premises is secured and managed.

We stayed for our family wedding for 2 days. Location is perfect,easy to access. Rooms are spacious with all amenities. Service is prompt. We had to 4 meals in our menu. Breakfast is superb- Plenty of option are there for veg & non veg both. Lunch - We opted for Vegetarian Toor Dal + Shahi Paneer+ Mix Veg + kadi + jeera rice+ breads+ desert - gulab jamun + ice cream. Property is decent n well maintained in terms of security and hygiene.

It’s pathetic. The staff at front desk are really horrible. They confirmed that during early checkin based on rooms availability they will accommodate the request but while I reached at 4 am it’s found that rooms are available but not cleaned hence they can’t provide it. It’s really embarrassing to spend time in lobby after travelling for hours. This is really horrible experience. What if the health of the person will deteriorate . Staffs are really insensitive. They didn’t given any option at all. Highly unrecommended

It was a memorable stay as I stayed with my family.The rooms are old but have been renovated into a new one. I had booked a suit and the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff are well trained and polite but if you call them to clean the food at night, nobody will respond. priority. The best part is food the breakfast was great and the food we ordered for lunch and dinner was delicious

A Budget 5 Star Hotel, Situated near by New Ashok Nagar Metro( 950 Metres by walk). They offer average food, but you can order from outside, they have no Smoke alarm or anything of that sort so you can enjoy with whatever you want. They have pool (a small one) , rooms have no great view or anything of that sort, try to take rooms on upper floor as you will have a wider view of road from your balcony.

Not at all a 5 star property. Absolutely waste of of money. It gives u a feeling of staying in small budgeted hotel. Everything is dirty with cobwebs and dirt everywhere. Floors have turned black everywhere. Buffet area is all black with dirt below it. Refund is not possible if u want to checkout. They did not serve buffet as the occupancy was low. It's dull. I will never recommend this to anyone.

I had a wonderful experience at the IIDL Suites Mayur Vihar. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check-in, from the chefs to the manager to the cleaning staff all were delightful and eager to help! All staff are amazing persons and very helpful Rooms were clean and airy with an old money charm that's inviting and downright classic. Definitely, a must-go if you're looking for a good relaxing getaway.

Such clean and beautiful room. We truly enjoyed breakfast and dinner with such a vast variety of foods, fruits, bakery items, sweets etc. that has such a great taste. The staff was so friendly and always smiling, helpful just like family. Really our stay was memorable and we will surely come again. I had an awesome and pleasant stay. The room is hygienic and well maintained. Support staff are very polite.

I had an excellent stay at the resort. I did a Jet lag massage at the SPA, and it was one of the best and exhilarating experience. The therapist Seema was very professional and courteous. She knew what she was doing and provided a great experience. The place was very clean and hygienic and all the staff are very welcoming. Definitely a nice place to stay for a short getaway from the city life.

Was a memorable stay. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Staffs are well trained and polite. Someone is always there if you need any help. Right from the check-in till you catch your cab back, they treat you like you are their top priority. If hospitality and convenience is your priority!

To gain a real Indian experience the location was absolutely excellent. We used the travel company located in the lobby and they were very good to deal with. We hired a car for the day twice with the same driver and he was safe, knowledgeable.

Room AC doesn’t work. Despite repeat requests no correction was done. Don’t provide towels and bathroom mat. You have to call 10 times.
