This is a local business, and the owner Mish is amazing. Genuinely astonished and incredibly grateful to both Mish and his team for their support with our removals. After being messed around by the sale process for weeks, Mish was still able to get our removals done at a day’s notice after patiently waiting for us. No money was exchanged upfront, and he had plenty of skilled guys who were careful, polite and sorted the collection quickly and efficiently. Additionally, they were able to deliver the removals on a Sunday after a couple of days storage. Everything was in great condition, and Mish was there throughout the process to ensure everything went smoothly and provide support with anything tricky. He saved us a lot of time and made the end of the moving process easy and smooth. Absolutely worth every penny and I can’t recommend them highly enough. I will be referring Mish and his team to anyone that needs a removals service in future.

Really good experience from start to finish with IMG. Best quotation out of around 8 companies and the service was brilliant. Everything stated they would do, they did. I was really impressed with the suggestion to take the additional boxes they delivered upto a week before moving date, as they were needed in the end. The movers were polite and friendly and knew what they were doing. The only downside was that they didn't have shoe covers to protect new carpets (but it wasn't a wet/muddy day, so there was no harm done). Another plus point was that some important items were left on the van (they'd fallen under blankets in van), they were found the next day and arrangements were made for me to collect from their depot. We had a very good experience with IMG. Our move from West Midlands to North Yorkshire included an upright piano which had to be taken down two flights of stairs. All items arrived in excellent condition; not a single piece of glassware or crockery was broken. The piano was carefully placed in position at the destination. Lots of supportive advice while we packed and rapid supply of extra packing materials as we needed them. One of the lowest priced quotes we received for what was a highly professional service by the whole removal team. Would use again and recommend to anyone else.

From booking removals and storage at very short notice, the staff were efficient and helpful. The office booked everything, sent quotes through immediately and delivered the boxes. The removal staff arrived on time, worked very hard checking with us on a regular basis that we were happy with things and that they had completed the job to our satisfaction. The service was excellent. A delight to deal with, the two relocation leaders went the extra mile to assure our satisfaction. We were really impressed with the level of professionalism and attention to detail displayed by the employees aiding the leaders when handling our furniture and glassware and when I selected their deal it was my best decision. I had a recent 1 bed flat move, they arrived early, fast and attentive to my needs. The small issue that occurred was resolved promptly and professionally, they even helped offered to remove some old furniture I didn’t need for a small charge. This was a great help. Good experience. My only feedback is to slow down a bit and when unloading but I admit it’s a tough job and no doubt wanted to get home to their families ☺️

These guys are simply the best removal company. Mish and the team were extremely helpful and friendly with my move. Nothing was too much trouble and I'm so grateful I found IMG on Google because it is not easy to move house to a different City on your own. Efficient, accommodating, affordable, on time and truly tried their best. Had a extra large sofa which had to be taken out the flat and brought through the window to the living room. Despite living on the first floor, my giant sofa was successful brought in. Overall good service
