I want to express my disappointment regarding the lack of response from your call centre. As a tourist visiting Dubai,I required assistance and attempted to contact your call centre many times and waited for more than 10 minutes without any response!

Amazing venue but the toilets are run down and need a major overhaul. The food sucks and is too expensive. The rides take too long to go on - management needs to find a more efficient way to get people on rides AND renovate the washrooms!

Many rides are nice but the whole experience was not worth the price of tickets. Moreover restaurants are so expensive there. A small water bottle at 10 aed and you are not allowed to bring food. I regret it honestly.
