If you're watching a film here be prepared to watch a good 30 minutes of the film with the theatre lights on at full brightness. Members of the audience had to go and find the staff and tell them to turn off the lights! And then when they abruptly stopped the film to make people buy their very average popcorn, the lights don't come on until again, members of the audience tell the staff to turn on the lights. As a light designer, I think if I'm going to tell people when they should turn on and off the lights, I'd like to get paid for it. Not have to pay 612 rupees, and be subject to 20 minutes of tacky advertising before watching a film with the lights on in full brightness. The IMAX isn't really IMAX. It's a big screen, yes. But my well informed architect friend tells me that just by printing the letters I-M-A-X on the walls doesn't make a theatre an IMAX theatre. I am included to believing her because if it was that easy I'd print this on my living room walls and watch films on my 42 television and that would be IMAX!

Theatre located inside Mantri mall. The place is well maintained and very organised. There are 10 screens in total. Although the tickets are a little expensive you wont regret it. You will receive your tickets directly via sms instead of a manual ticket. Bags are allowed inside the theatre, although it will be checked at the security ( not very strict). The seats are very clean and comfortable. The best part was that the staff at the food counter agreed to charge my phone while I watched the movie. Looking forward to visit other branches.

Service offered by the staff was worst ... There were two guys in the ticket counter staff there made us wait ...wasted most of our time there..the lady in the other counter then booked our tickets... Later when we enter the screen ..the place was not so clean ... Movie experience was good ..the screen and sounds quality effects was cool...the guy incharge for royal seating teach him some good manners that how to treat a custimer ... Outside the screen place is kept so clean and tide ... Food there was an average..

Had watched a movie today worst experience of ordering veg sandwiche which took more than 1/2 hr to get delivered at my seat and sandwich was over priced paid 240/- for 2 slices of bread which had only onion capsicum and empty sandwich served cold and on top of it fitter coffee priced 220/- waste of money and stinking toilets not at all cleaned innox grade is fallen down paying so much and no grade and taste at all Y r they stuff over highly priced Very disappointed will never watch a movie in innox theatres again

Inox provides a great experience l! Inox has insignia and IMAX both which provides premium experience and great cinema.. spacious and clean, although the food and beverages prices are somewhat out of the charts! Auditoriums are great, comfortable seating, Dolby Atmos gives you goosebumps. A great place to watch your favorite movies. Located right at the third floor where the food court is. Really recommend to everyone. Yesterday I have Watched KGF Chapter 2. It was great experience and nice movie too.

My experience in INOX was amazing. The entire area is well maintained with regular cleaning and sanitization. You get to have a entry into the movies without any contact. Even if you were not able to book your tickets online, the tickets will be sent to your mobiles, so as to have no contact with anyone. You are to wear mask throughout the movie duration. There is a social distancing maintained even in setting arrangements. The place is well sanitized after every show.

A very good experience watching a movie here. Decently maintained theatre with cleanliness. Some of the seats struck with push back system needs to be attended immediately especially in 6th one. Toilets are neat with update cleaning.Quality of icecream and some eatables not upto the mark. I mean old stocks are being served sometimes. Seating arrangements in lounge is good. Security incharge often engage in undue verbal arguments over checking especially to diabetics.

Watched the movie Tenet here today! Besides that masterpiece, visiting a movie theatre feels like ages. The ambience was feeling like I was in ghost town . The staff are friendly and cooperative. During intermission I noticed that there was frequent sanitising of commonly touched places like door handles. The crowd isn’t there like before, I was alone watching the movie until 25 mins in beginning, later two other moviegoers showed up..

Inox IMAX is spectacular in all the aspects (screen sound and seating). We went to Gravity which was in IMAX 3D. This movie should be watched in IMAX what an experience! My god, I'm impressed. This movie was released 10 years ago but is still one of the best SCI-FI movies. So many multiplex screen 3D movies but the clarity and the brightness take a blow but here I could see clearly. I would recommend this IMAX anyday.

Reviewing after visiting Inox 'n' (n<=50)number of times since its inception. I always prefer insignia as it's not congested and recliners are comfy. But cleanliness could be better as the seats and ambience now look a tad old and worn out. Long Advertisements in theatre 4 or 5 taking a chunk of viewers time is another complaint customers vent their ire over. Hope this is resolved for a better viewing experience.

The theatre screens are quite small except for the IMAX screen. The recliner seats are really good and we can almost sleep and watch. The food cost is quite high. And it would cost at least 1000 rs for a family which is higher than the ticket price itself. There are lots of seats outside to sit and relax. you get free drinking water too. The ambience and overall sound quality is great with atmos.

Below average service. Cheese Popcorn was so cold and useless but charged too much for the quality... 3D glasses was seriously so bad I couldn't see the movie clearly.. too many scratches and finger and other marks.. it was not cleaned at all. No wet wipes provided too ..So much time wasted in this itself. The toilet had too many leaks... Bad experience, maintainance and management !

On 22/03/2018 I visited Inox Mantri Mall. The ticket counter was neat and clean. I purchased a ticket for Hindi movie Raid. The staff was helpful and gave the seat of my choice. The ticket cost was Rs 160. The interiors were neat and clean. Nice environment. Floor and ceiling everything neat and clean. Restroom were too good. Really excellent. Very good experience. Too good

The theatre is a great and great viewing experience. They provide you good quality 3-D glasses for 3-D movies , seats are comfortable and restrooms are quite well maintained . But they are charging 459₹ for a pop corn ( which is fair enough).But by adding 2 coke (500ml) and making it Rs.950₹ and it’s written you can save 160₹ which absolutely makes no sense.

True cinematic experience , Felt the ground to the scenes that have been played during the movie. Sound quality is awesome and the picture quality is crystal clear as it is 4k,My first time experience in IMAX which didn't disappoint me. Was here to watch Oppenheimer which was intended to be watched in big IMAX screen.

Found the temperature to be a bit on the lower side, better to come with a jacket. Show itself started 15 minutes late and being subject to 15 more minutes of ads was a bit annoying.

The seating and the sound system of the Inox Insignia are pretty good. Not recommended for people who wants subtitles, especially who bring friends watching movies of other languages (for Insignia). It wasn't mentioned in the website or booking apps whether subtitles are shown.

I took my daughter to the theatre for the first time. She had a great time inside as it was a 3D movie. She loved everything including food. However food is very costly. Popcorn for 700 and Cold drink for 350 is like too much. There should be a cap on this.

Worst ever experience.. Payment issue, unable to order anything, lot of technical issues, movie was turned off for more than half an hour n not even a single person had the courtesy to explain what is the issue... Worst experience and worst place...

I was very much impressed by the sound system. Bass is next level and i had been here for Oppenheimer movie. And the seats were vibrating as the nuke drops on the screen. It was a fantastic experience. Seats also comfortable and projection also good

Outside the theatre it looked cool with a good interior and lighting all stuff but when I went inside to watch the movie screen looked perfect no issue but the issue was with the chair and arm rest very small... Hope they fix the sitting issue

The best theatre experience I've had so far! The performance was captivating, the actors were brilliant, and the production was top-notch. It was an unforgettable night filled with emotions and entertainment. I can't wait to go back for more!

Imax picture quality is on point. Sound system could've been slightly better. Seats in Imax Audi 4 recline and are comfortable. Overall worth the price if it's below 700, as it provides immersive experience to the viewers

This Inox theatre now shows ads for 30 mins before a movie and for 30 mins during the interval. That's one hour of your time they are wasting apart from ridiculously high priced popcorn. Avoid this theatre. BAD.

Seats were kind of small and cramped but otherwise a decent experience. The sound is good. As always the food is overpriced but this is the same in all theatres. The ambience of the lobby is quite nice and warm.

Have been to this theater as long back as mall opened. Rest rooms are clean n seats are compact, comfortable. There is no cashless payment options like QR code at ticket counters. Only cash or card is accepted.

The sound is amazing. The screen is also massive and curved screen gives a immersive experience. Try to find a place in the centre to get the best experience. Seats can be enhanced. Overall a good theatre.

Worst Theatre in area. Especially Imax screen will show you atleast 45-50min advertisement. Will spoil your movie experience. Not recommended for favourite movie.

IMAX Review The color depth is not that great. Screen and sound is good. Seating good. Saw Avatar 2. But Prasad's Large screen has better color depth.

Went to Japanese film festival 2023 - father of the Milky way railroad movie. Seats were not comfortable comparing to pvr, sound quality was average.

Nice place. But removed 2 stars for a grossly overpriced IMAX experience. 1200 for a movie! Unlimited popcorn and coke on weekends is nice

Watched Oppenheimer in IMAX 4 hall. Nice sound system. I don't get what's IMAX in that - picture looked like in any good movie hall.

Plush and premium feel as you enter. The IMAX experience won't let you down. Next time hope to catch a movie at the INSIGNIA screen.

Ionx doesn't provide any extra visual effects other than screen aspect ratio. Better to go for normal screens like PVR or Cinepolis
