Had one of the worst movie experience at Inox Rcity. Movie - A Haunting In Venice, screen 7 for 1.40pm show. First of all, screen 7 is one of the smallest screen of all the screens at Inox. I have been a regular movie goer at this cinema, so have covered all the screens. The disappointment was not the screen to start off, as you get used it during the entire run time of the movie. The disappointment is, they drastically reduced the screen space to half while showing the movie. Both axis, vertically and horizontally was reduced so much, that it will make you feel that this can be projected at somebody's home. This ruined the entire experience for me. Withim 30 seconds of the start of the movie i was looking for support staff. Finally, I found the support staff, narrated the problem. The person said, the problem is because of low resolution of this movie, so any screen playing this movie will have this problem. Hard to believe in 2023, where the normal norm is a 4k TV at home, a theater that too a stature of Inox would display sub par resolution that can't even fill the smallest screen that they have to offer. When questioned about, if the theater knew about this problem why wasn't this relayed to the customers booking the tickets from their window. The person said, this is how the distributor provided the movie and that they will provide a feedback to them as its not their problem (Inox) and that the problem lies with the distributor of this movie. Was still not convinced by the answer provided and asked for a refund. The person said they do not have a refund policy in this case and the best they can do is offer some other movie for the same day or for the coming week at the price i purchased my ticket for (also, FYI. The day I choose to come and see the movie and if the price overshoots the amount I payed earlier, I will still have to pay the difference amount. I mean, they couldn't even provide me a compensation to the blunder they made by not been honest in the first place) Now I'm stuck at watching some other movie which i dont want to but I have too forcefully. Such kind of incidents just makes you losse trust. I hoped, they could have tackled this situation better and not force me to watch some other movie. Also Inox, it easy for you to offer a movie but who's going to pay again for my travelling, parking, snacks and the time that you'll have wasted for me ? Try to rectify/correct such things. And keep you're customers happy. Just totally disappointed that my day turned out this way. Hope this finds you (Inox) and hope this won't be repeated again.

The layout is really good, definitely gets you excited to watch a movie. This is at R City Mall . It has a pretty good section to sit, while one waits upon the movie and sip on coffee, by the entrance or enjoys an ice cream from Baskin Robbins. It has the insignia lounge that one can visit, i have to say though, this time, it was warm inside and I think it almost seemed like they didn't have the air conditioning on. The staff are friendly, I have to say though, the food choices are not as many or as good as PVR, I say this with personal experience. Their dumplings or momos for example are way over priced starting upwards of Rs. 450+++, even their Margherita pizza is small at best at Rs. 440 +++ , they had it served without seasoning, oregano and paprika... Which was a 5 at best on a scale of 10 ... Upon, asking for seasoning I was told it was over, but the attendant still managed to get paprika. I think it would do some good for them to re-visit the menu and pricing in comparison to PVR. There's a place to drink water and the bathrooms are clean, I do appreciate that. The seats though of all the movie theatres are quite uncomfortable, especially with the way it reclines.

As far as the Theatre goes.. It's one of the top ones in the city! The overall decor, atmosphere and feel to it is extremely good! You'd be in awe the moment you enter.. The movie going experience is just wonderful.. But when it comes to the Concessions Stand where you actually end up buying food for the movie, that's when the experience goes down-right horrid! When asked for a Bottle of Water, They said they were out of stock because of some error in price printing on their bottles!!! A bottle of Water is out of stock??? Seriously! The person at the concessions told me, "There's a water fountain, you can take a glass from there and go to your theatre screen!". That was seriously outrageous!! Further on, upon much yelling he asked me to buy a small size of their ridiculously priced Coca-Cola!!! And on top of this, the movie chain forces You to buy just Vegetarian food as none of the internal and external vendors inside the premise sell Non-vegetarian choices!!

My visit to PVR RCity Mall was marred by an unwelcome intrusion from credit card salespeople, significantly diminishing the relaxation I had anticipated during my movie experience. It's disheartening that such interruptions can detract from the overall enjoyment of watching a film at this otherwise lovely venue. If you're considering a visit here, be prepared to be frequently accosted with unwanted offers from Mahindra Holidays Staff and different credit cards sales executives. I strongly advise against choosing this cinema for your movie outing if you value a peaceful viewing experience. The relentless attempts to push credit card offers are exasperating, and it's best to avoid sharing your contact information, as they'll persistently call you even on Sundays. In order to maintain a more professional atmosphere and protect the enjoyment of their patrons, I sincerely hope that PVR RCity Mall reevaluates their approach to these marketing tactics.

Great theater, good ambience, clean and well maintained. The staff is friendly and will help you out with anything from tickets to food. The IMAX offers pretty impressive screen (not quite as good as ones I've seen in other countries) and great sound quality. Check this hall out for all your epic / action moves with large scale action scenes and such. The Insignia set of halls in here offers a different experience - similar to the Alamo theaters in the USA. Crazy comfortable seats with adjustable comfort levels, and helpful staff who will take your orders from their seats. Smaller screen so not much of a viewing experience. Good to watch something chill and have some relaxation with the family. Food options are good but a pricey. They've got tight security, and will check your bags and pat you down (in case you were thinking of sneaking some food in ). Overall, I love it!

INOX is located at R City Mall in Ghatkopar West. Its interior is very beautiful. And the atmosphere is also very nice, clean. There are also food stalls inside the theatre. But the cost of the food is a little more than the normal theatre. Washrooms are also very clean. And here online app and offline ticket service is available. The 3D movie, Insignia experience is great. The seats are also clean and comfortable. And the theater also has night vision cameras. आईनॉक्स घाटकोपर पश्चिम में आरसीटी मॉल में स्थित है। इसका इंटीरियर बेहद खूबसूरत है। और वातावरण भी बहुत अच्छा, स्वच्छ है। थिएटर के अंदर खाने के स्टॉल भी हैं। लेकिन खाने का खर्च सामान्य थिएटर से थोड़ा ज्यादा है. वाशरूम भी बहुत साफ हैं। और यहां ऑनलाइन ऐप और ऑफलाइन टिकट सेवा उपलब्ध है। 3डी मूवी का अनुभव बहुत अच्छा है। सीटें भी साफ और आरामदायक हैं। और थिएटर में नाइट विजन कैमरे भी हैं।

It's a well maintained place. The surprise element was the food. It was much more palatable than expected. It was tasty. The prices were moderate. Not very High. We spent 1200 for 4. It would have been good to have some wholesome meal during lunch and dinners. They don't offer this. They accept all kinds of cards and also electronic money transfers. So it's convenient. The washroom can be maintained better. A lot depends on the people who use it (us). All in all it was a nice experience. It would have been more memorable if the movie we went to was good too . The experience in imax 3d rcity ghatkopar is so wonderful. That extra imax screen, the depthness of the 3D as compared to normal 3d screens is noticeable legit..... One should definitely watch an imax 3d movie here for sure. The theatre is also so beautifully constructed. The screens, the seats and all. The theatre lightings is also very good and gives premium feels and vibes One word MARVELOUS!! I watched Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 3 here and the experience was amazing. The tickets were around 650ish since it was the first weekend of the movie but all worth it.

Visited INOX in R city mall on Saturday to watch RRR in IMAX. It was an incredible experience watching a world class movie. The screen quality and sound system of IMAX is too good. INOX was good with great ambience. Interior gave a grandeur look . Washrooms were neat and clean. Free water with disposable glasses are provided, dont carry any water bottles. There is a kid themed cafe and there is insignia. Food and snacks are expensive like every other multiplex. Sandwiches ,chats and pizzas are more affordable than pocorn and drinks.

I visited The IMAX screen to watch Mission impossible 7, the screen is tall enough but could have been wider as compared to other IMAX screens, the seats were comfortable with enough leg space, unlike the IMAX in palladium mall, whose screen is way more wide, but the leg space around the seats is a concern, The best thing about the IMAX experience was the sound quality here, there was enough bass to make your stomach feel it, and sounds were so clear that you won't need subtitles even if the characters whisper. Overall 4/5

Avoid going for morning show before 9am. For Oppenheimer Imax 7:30am show I had frustrating experience. The elevators and escalators were shut. Considering such a huge mall like R-City, reaching Inox on top floor was a challenge. Food was not available at the food counter. For packed food payment, card swipe or UPI was not working, and for cash, the change was not available with the vendor. Everything became normal by 10am. Because of such poor management in the morning I missed at least 5 minutes of movie beginning.

IMAX 4 Screen is amazing. Largest screen with IMAX ratio and the picture quality is finomonal. I have tried most of the IMAX screens in Mumbai. IMAX ghatkopar is by far my favourite because of the better Dolby sound quality. One is at Phenix Palladium at Lower Parel which is a decent picture quality of the PVR IMAX screen but sound quality is not that great. And the other one is at Malad Inorbit Mall which is also good. The only IMAX I haven't experienced is at Wadal. - I can't tell you anything about that.

Have seen multiple movies here . Went here to see Oppenheimer and guardians of the galaxy in insignia, everything was good except the fact that there were projection issues both the times I saw it . In Oppenheimer there was a screeching sound coming for over 10 minutes continuously... In gotg , the sound got cutoff for good 10-15 minutes . In gotg they at least rewinded the movie , they did not do that for Oppenheimer. So be careful before booking the insignia screen .

It's a good place to watch a movie with friends and family. However my biggest concern is why is food so expensive. 2 pieces of Samosa for ₹170/-. It's not worth it at all. Also bought regular popcorn and bottled water I ended up spending ₹520/-. Please guys if we are spending money on a movie, it doesn't mean that we can spend lavishly on the food too. Have some sense in pricing the food available in the theatre. This is the reason I have given only 2 stars

Book the price 4 hours ago on bookmyshow you'll get 80 rupees convenience fee extra. Weird ! So we decided to go to theatre and book. Same ticket they increased 30 rupees extra before the show. When askwd reason, they say ticket prices keeps increasing as per the speed at which they get full. Huh ! These theatres loot customers. They wont allow even a simple water bottle inside and then they charge 150 rupees for a samosa plate just like flights ! Lol

Its the best theatre to watch 3D movies. They have reasonable prices on weekdays and on weekends its on a higher side but overall I'm sure you gonna surely love the ambience that it has to provide for its customers. Along with that, it has a Lounge with a Very wide 3D screen animation graphic videos, which they used to play earlier. I dont know much whether they do play it or not, but its genuinely worth visiting atleast once. Hope it helps:).

One of the best movie experience in Mumbai. All the screens are big , sound quality is too amazing. There is one Paytm IMAX screen. I have never seen such a good quality 3D screen in my whole life. The screen is large, 3D glasses are of superb quality. The ambience of the place is just too good. Food quality is also good but overpriced as other theatres charge. There is Insignia Screen also in this theatre. They provide blankets also.

Watched Jailer movie at this theatre.....the audio was a total total failure. No bass effect. Had watched the FDFS a week back in Coimbatore. A single screen theatre in South is much better than this theatre. The seats don't have a cushion feel.....to make cleaning easier, they've kept such hard cushioned seats. Never experienced bum pain watching a movie in theatre. All the cost is for the fancy.

Clean and relatively new theatre. Has an Imax screen as well. Food seems costly. However there are a lot of options and there are some proper meals as well and not just regular popcorn. Everything to eat is much costlier than your movie ticket. I watched an early morning show and it cost me just 150 on a weekend. Other options like imax, insignia seemed to be costly (700 range and above)

Came here to experience the IMAX & I wasn't disappointed. The sound system The visuals of the cinema It was purrfect. I was sitted at the little behind the middle sitting area and everytime I hear the action sequences I could actually feel the vibration under my legs due to the amazing sound system. One of the best IMAX to be experienced if you're in South Mumbai. 10/10 for everything.

Best multiplex in Ghatkopar. Sitting arrangement very much comfortable.. even kids can enjoy movie without any height issue/disturbance. Display and sound - awesome is the basic criteria for them. Bad experience at screen 6 The screen was so dirty, the seats were dirty, and the 3D glasses they provided were also dirty! Nothing was crystal clear at all during my experience! Food is so expensive yet not at all tasty which is a case in every cinema but at least the movie watching experience needed to be good which it wasn't screen 7 was better than screen 6

Experience was good, covid protocols are followed, just can be better.. sittings are comfortable just the siting aren’t really clean. If we order snacks like popcorn or anything staffs are there available who can deliver it to you seat while you’re watch movie. They have kids play area as well nicely done small space. Theatre experience is superb such as sound, seating chair, screen, Ac the only thing not good is the food it's unnecessarily expensive to make theatre luxury is you choice. One of the best multiscreen experiences in Ghatkopar, Mumbai in Rcity Mall. These INOX has multiple screen. It has 7 regular screens which consists of 1 IMAX, 1 laser, 1 Dolby atmost and 2 separate Insignia. Theatre is well maintained and seats are also comfortable. You have kiosk to buy your tickets by yourself.

The ambience inside out was amazing. It looks like a proper urban theatre with gaming zone theme making the experience of movies more cool. Temperature is decently maintained. Not too cold not too hot humid. It felt great. Highly recommended. I had amazing memory here. The hygiene is maintained well.

Very nice theatre experience, but very poor F&B experience. While the F&B prices are expectedly high, the quality needs to improve. Popcorn was cold/soft, Hot chocolate was watery, Samosas were cold. On the movie experience, it was very comfortable, clean, great sound and good visual experience.

Cinema Viewing experience was pretty good. I would rather prefer Morning shows...On the Flip side, even though INOX n PVR entities have merged, the 'Popcorn Rates' are really exorbitant, not worth it...So better to avoid it or better have other available refreshments, which is less expensive..

Great screen. The audio quality is amazing. The seats are decent and comfortable. The food is good. We ordered jumbo french fries, quantity is decent. They serve you inside the theatre. Ventilation in lobby is bad. The centralised ac was not working. Toilets are clean and well maintaineded.

Closest movie theatre if residing in Hiranandani. Has all the latest movie technology like 3D/IMAX/4DX etc with even Insignia section which has the comfortable recliners. It’s in R City Mall which is huge having all the imaginable shops and restaurants. Almost unlimited parking space

Best experience that you can have for watching 3D movies at IMAX 3D with Dolby atmos. Everything is excellent but price of the ticket and food is too much with respect to facilities INOX has to offer.... I prefer to watch 3D movies at Inox for better effects....

Went to SSE Side A here, In Book My Show, it should the Movie didn't have Subtitles, So My friends didn't join me and I had to go alone, But when I went to the theatre, the movie actually had subtitles. Management Please provide appropriate information to BMS.

It's definitely one of the best movie theatres in the vicinity. The place was messed up before but after the renovation this place has completely changed. The movie viewing experience has greatly improved and I'll definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Cinema halls are good, but I faced one issue with the food and beverage section. I saw one offer on the LED tv menu section so on asking upon the executive said, it is not applicable here, you need to book it online, but nothing such was mentioned on screen

Inox Bhayander needs to be better managed. Sound is not that good, though screen is wide and big and giving cinematic experience. They really need to service the speakers, amplifiers and get the calibration done, so that the final mix sounds properly

Very Nice place , I went for IMAX. Sound & Picture quality is really good. Overall ambiance is superb. Overall place is big & they have set an area where you can play video games while waiting for your show. Nice Concept & feel good factor was there.

Located at the top floor of R city mall, this Inox has an IMAX screen and multiple other normal screens. Moreover, it also has a laser screen and screen with more comfortable seating capacity INSIGNIA. Located just 20 minutes away from R City Mall.

The Hall is too good. The screen and sound quality is also very good. The seating place is too spacious. There are nice decorations by lighting. I liked that. Washrooms are also clean and great. Food shops are there inside but too costly.

Merging with PVR was its biggest mistake. Dynamic pricing of tickets has led to loss of interest for people buying tickets at the theatre. The overall new pricing of food and tickets will be its downfall. The old Inox was way better.

I have seen Movie GADAR 2 in LASER screen, awesome Experience. Air Conditioner was working at its full efficiency. Only thing I always hated about the Multiplex is they sell too costly food. Coffee is worth 200.

Great screen and sound quality, comfortable seats, washroom available. Food options of burger, popcorn, chinese noodles or fried rice and house of candy along with beverages.

Picture & sound quality was nice. Although sound was kept a tad bit at a higher volume. Air-conditioning worked well. Comfortable seats. Good services. Visited in April 2022.

Facilities are nice, however noticed that in recent times, the theater is turning more "Gujarati" oriented. The trailers are Gujarati, the food options are pure veg now... …

Good place to catch up with latest movies. The seating and atmosphere is quite comfortable. Imax screen is not as large but make do and gives u a good viewing experience.

Great place to watch movies, Clean washrooms, One instance, The Auditorium was very cold, so informed to reduce the cooling to the counter guy and it was done promptly.

Seats are Ok, food & beverages are expensive as hell, but the quality is average. Only go for 3d movies orherwise nothing much you will find in the screen

Would have given zero if i could. Worst recliner chairs in screen 4. Food service was even worse. Realised today how someone can goof up a simple coffee.

One of the better theatres to watch a film.. The sound and the picture quality is good ..I have also tried the laser screen which is great as well

The screens are too small.. The seating arrangements are okay. Toilets don't deserve a single star. Very unkempt.
