What a FABULOUS facility with great amenities and wonderful customer service. Mark was just amazing. He answered my (many) questions over email and text, made himself available to meet me in person, and provides a really cool space with perfect conditions for aging wine (55 degrees, underground, and perfect humidity). The space has free parking, plenty of dollys for lugging wine boxes back and forth, has specialized ladders to reach higher up lockers, super tight security, and they even leave some extra wine boxes from receiving out for customers to use if they need them. Now I'm probably not their normal customer. I don't own a restaurant or have 2000 bottles of $1200 wine (yet, anyway) or have three assistants to do my bidding for me and carry/receive my wine cases. I don't drive a fancy car and most people don't know who I am. Yet Mark treated me like a VIP, and valued my business as much as anyone's. He was kind, informative, and just a general mensch. Which frankly is a rarity in Los Angeles when it comes to high end goods. Plus the cost, as far as I can tell, is competitive with other facilities, but more centrally located, with free parking, and 24-hour access. It doesn't get better than that. As someone who is only a small-time collector, I really I appreciated the kindness and excellent service extended to me. Thanks! I'm so excited to have an awesome off-site wine locker.

If you are collecting you want to throw parties and have tastings speak to mark this is the place it's the fort Knox of wine storage for any collector. Larger small Mark will work with you.
