Update (10/23): Ok so after a couple years, I felt it was important to update my previous review. Since my last review, I’ve had the opportunity to have Dr. Martinez and her wonderful staff help me with a significant amount of dental work. In short, I’ve seen them for general cleanings/fillings, night guard fitting, and most recently we have begun work on a full mouth reconstruction on myself (every tooth crowned). What I have learned over time visiting the office is that Dr. Martinez and her staff are first class. Seriously, they are absolutely amazing, from interactions, chairside manner, care during procedures, help with financial plans, everything. I literally cannot complain about anything, they cover all bases. I’ve committed myself to a pretty serious amount of work, something I did not take lightly. And I am so grateful I was lucky enough to wind up with Dr Martinez and her staff. Couldn’t be happier. 11/10 I visited Dr. Martinez this morning and had a fantastic experience. Covid safety protocols were taken immediately upon my arrival, and I was then taken back for my appointment. Every single person involved was exceptionally professional, kind, and put me at ease during the visit. Beyond the fact that I was very satisfied with my results, it goes without I will be returning for my future dental needs. No complaints whatsoever

Dr Martinez is AMAZING. First of all I will tell you I get very nervous going to the dentist and I don't like change, needless to say I was devastated when Dr Walker retired. I have had a few appointments with Dr Martinez since she took over and I am one happy patient. She removed 2 amalgam fillings today and it was very easy. Liz her assistant is wonderful as well. They work great as team and I feel like I am in safe hands with them. Lisa at the front desk is very personable, when you are greeted by her it feels like you are visiting a friend. These ladies don't disappoint, the office as a whole is a class act. Dr Walker left us in very capable hands.

The staff are wonderful and compassionate. Their professionalism is top notch and they are always sensitive to the needs of the patient. I have had a great experience on my Invisalign journey with Dr. Martinez. My friends and family are wowed by the results! I've been to many dentists over the years and none have given me the level of care and service I've received at Dr. Martinez's office. Everyone who wants to have their dental concerns addressed with sensitivity and understanding should see Dr. Martinez. It's a pleasure to no longer "white-knuckle" my way through dentist appointments. Thank you, Dr. Martinez and staff!

Great experience! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Contrary to my usual experiences at dental offices, I was immediately helped once I entered this establishment. The staff was very thorough in explaining all parts of the procedures to me and answered any questions I had. I have had limited experiences with finding dental offices with Spanish speaking staff so I really appreciate the Spanish speaking staff at this establishment, all information was translated and provided to me in Spanish and English. I look forward to returning and will highly recommend others visit as well.

I've had an excellent experience. Dr. Kenia is one of the best dentists I've ever been to! When I called to schedule my appointment Lisa was professional, pleasant and very helpful with all my questions. I knew from the beginning this was going to be a great experience. Dr.Kenia was patient, knowledgeable and very communicative, which put me at ease immediately. I had very specific needs and she was understanding and accommodating . I am so happy I found her!

I have been in a position where dental care was at the bottom of the what I could afford list. Now that I can, the employees at Ideal Dental have been more than amazing and understanding. The wonderful dentist and her assistants made me feel welcome and accommodating of the special situation I have. I have more extensive than normal Dental problems, and I will be back for more service from this amazing team.

Amazing experience. I found this place because I had a problem with my tooth. I called them yesterday and they took care of me immediately. Dr Kenia Martínez and crew were so friendly and professional. Dr Kenia took her time to answer all my questions and concerns about the treatment. Her approach was like a consultant and a partner. I highly recommend her to anyone.

I visited Dr. Martinez today, last minute and in extreme pain. Being an extremely sensitive person I usually have high anxiety, but she and her staff could not have been better. I was treated gently and was well taken care of. I am on antibiotics and will return to normal thanks to her. If you are looking for an excellent dentist, she is the one!

I have visited this office twice now. Once for cleaning and X-Rays and the second time for Crown replacement. In both instances I found all staff members and Dr. Martinez to be friendly, courteous, and professional. Procedures were explained and completed efficiently. I highly recommend this office if you are looking for Dental Care.

Dr Martinez took great care of mother who was having dental pain after a month of major health issues. She took the time to explain the issues and recommendations to the both of us. She continued to follow up post visit to ensure she was feeling better. We both felt at ease in working with her.

I've been going to Ideal Dental Care with Dr. Martinez and her team for about 5 months. Dr. Martinez listens to patient concerns, explains procedures and any alternatives, and performs quality work. The support staff is friendly and professional. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Just started going to Dr Martinez. They do excellent work. They are very thorough with everything. The staff is wonderful, Lisa, Katty and Dee are very friendly & explain each procedure. I totally recommend this office, and the access to freeways are very easy.
