I got to NIPOST at 8:51am with all my tracking numbers, but the staff member informed me that their network was down. He tried to track my package using a different website, which was a bit inconvenient. Eventually, my package was manually tracked, but I was surprised to be asked to pay an additional 3000NGN despite already paying the shipping fee. Even though I was expecting 13 packages, only 5 were available at the local post office. To add to the frustration, I was also requested to go make a photocopy of my ID card, which meant a walk of around five buildings away. All in all, my experience at NIPOST left me dissatisfied, and I ended up leaving at 10:30am.

Honestly. I'd say they're trying but they need to review and sack some staff. My first time there.. went to get my Item that arrived from AliExpress, after greeting, I told them my item arrived here from China I'm here to pick it up. They literally ignored me. I stood there for about 15 minutes, asking over and over..it was like I was talking to a wall. I went out and talked to a security, he called someone from the inside, who got my details and snuck my package out without proper documentation. I gave the security man N200

Someone sent me a parcel from Ikeja NIPOST office to Qatar since 25th of March 2022 and I haven't received it till today being 9th of June 2022 but they gave maximum of 3weeks to deliver the parcel. Have tried contacting them severally but no one cares to respond. Never in life will I ever come close to NIPOST. This is my first and last time. Hello public, its better you pay DHL or fedex any amount and get your parcel within days than going through nipost. They are non professional and not serious with their job.

It wasn't a bad experience. They are well organised. Parking was a breeze. They have a big parking lot inside the premises. I dont quite understand how they classify or charge for items based on weight but it is usually a small sum and you get your parcel.. Speedaf is however giving them a run for it. They are more efficient, deliver your packages and don't charge a kobo. This is for items from Ali express...

Had a good experience at the post office I ordered a shoe from ali express although I added my office address at opebi ,it was delivered to the post office ,i didn't know this and when you don't go for your items they are shipped back to china ,I just thought and went there i was well attended to ,I was in my nysc khaki uniform and they kept calling me corper

#ikejapostoffice is a branch of the Nigerian postal services offices.much activities are. Of going on here since internet massage have taken over posting of letters.the introduction of wasaap have helped in slowing their business more. There are good parking space here which is also utilized by private business. There is wheelchair access to some areas.

Nipost has improved and I must commend their effort. They have Friendly and helpful staff They deliver packages and also keep your packages safe and to send packages abroad it’s also affordable. The only thing I wish they had was a better tracking update process many can have heart attack when they see delivery failed message but no Nipost person came.

Historic place. Houses the Nigerian postal service. Adequate parking inside the compound as well as outside, in front of the building at a fee for those parking and going somewhere else. Affordable service for posting parcels and letters in and around the country. Easily located from the major road. Walkable distance to a bus stop.

A useless courier service . My documents is nowhere to be fond after two months. The useless tracking number they gave me kept on showing same thing . The criminal staff even collected 5k for ten working days and its been over 10 working days .. sent it on Nov 26, no where to be fond since then

It's a good post office to use. I was there today and it's always busy. The customer service is quite good and the service helpful. I prefer going here to going to CMS post office. The charges are good enough. I didn't notice any accessibility features,nevertheless the system works

If you leave for order for more than a week after it arrives, the staff would steal your order. Unprofessional staff, this is the worst post office in Nigeria. They are corrupt and rude thieves. I would never route anything via this crowded and inefficient post office.

Nigeria postal service located right opposite Lasuth and very close to the road. Has adequate parking space and good customer relation. It can be trekked from the nearest bus stop (under bridge). Prices here are regulated by the national body. #accessible.

Too rowdy, no parking space because the parking space is occupied by traders selling wares put of their vehicles sitted in the parking lot from morning till night. Be wary of touts, always go to the post office staff for your transactions.

My package arrived their office a month before I went there. No messages, no calls, no email to notify of the arrival of my package. I got to the office and was told they cannot find my package and there is nothing they can do about it.

It's one of the cleanest and well coordinated post office now in Lagos. Great packing space inside. The security is always willing to assist people who are you receive couriers or get postals sent to them. They work everyday.

About the largest NIPOST structure in the country with ample office space, car park as well as offices. There however always going the Nigerian factors to consider when getting services from a public office.

It's a big shame that a whole NIPOST doesn't have a working customer service number, I wonder what the management is doing to revive this dying body. Please stand up to your challenges.

I've been getting my packages from online stores here for over 3 years now. Hardly ever any issues. They even deliver to my office themselves sometimes.

Worst post office i have ever encountered! staff at the sorting hall are so rude and the Delivery agent ain't ready to attend to a simple asked question.

The car park outside the gate has been fully commercialized. You will have to park inside the gate, if you have business to do at the post office.
