I returned home from my 8 Day Safari with Image Travel. It was an Excellent and Unique experience! I believe the key to the success and enjoyment of this safari rests in a large part with Jason, my guide and driver. He showed me great hospitality. His knowledge of the animals and birds added a lot of information to each sighting. Additionally, he shared a lot of information with me regarding Kenyan culture and some history. Jason knows about the agriculture of Kenya which gave us the opportunity while driving to both observe and discuss some of the farming practices. At the end of each day, Jason and I would go over the plan and times for the next day's events. He was always open to my suggestions as we made our schedule. I greatly appreciate the information that Jason provided and would like to note that he is a very safe driver. Most importantly, I thank him for his hospitality as I mentioned above. He represents Image Travel in a professional manner. I do not have Jason's email address so I ask that you forward my comments to him. Lodging: Check-in at each location was very efficient and fast. The reception people knew my name as I stepped up to the reception desk. Clearly there was some good coordination ahead to let them know that I was arriving at that time. All locations had excellent lodging. The beds were comfortable, hot showers, clean rooms and every location provided me with and impressive view. Meals: The meals at each location were buffet style. There was a large selection of ethnic dishes and the food was prepared well. In addition to the main dishes, there were an abundant choices of vegetable dishes along with several dessert selections. Animal and Birds: I took several hundred pictures during the safari. Now I can enjoy them and share them with friends. Jason helped to spot the animals and would stop at any time that I wanted to take pictures. We would stay at a sighting until I told him that I was ready to move. I had the opportunity to see adult animals with their young ones in some cases. We also saw the aftermath of kills the lions made during the night hours. It was amazing to see the other animals and birds patiently wait at a distance until the lion(s) finished eating and then they attacked the remains. In summary, I recommend Image Travel and would encourage the private safari in order to get the best experience. Jason, I thank you for 8 enjoyable joys.

Incredible experience, Image Travel is the star company!!! Look no further if you are looking for high-end safari experience in Mara or whole of Kenya, Image Travel is highly-highly recommended! We just got back from our one week vacation from Kenya that we booked via Image Travel and we couldn't be more happier. In the beginning I was skeptical about hiring a local company in Kenya, but after few correspondences and talking with Mwanje, I felt the company is genuine and pretty legit so I decided to go with them. We flew business class and were expecting the same level of comfort and service in Kenya. And we were so pleased with things moving so swiftly for us, never a glitch or a hitch along the way. I am compelled to write this review from the overwhelming experience we received while vacationing in Kenya. Mwanje (the owner of the Image Travel Ltd.), and David (our Nairobi guide) are the stars and I am sure others are too, but we didn't get a chance to work with them. We were flown from Nairobi to amazing FMKSC/Nanyuki for 2 nights and then flown to equally amazing "AndBeyond Kichwa Tembo Tented Camp" in Masai Mara where we were booked for next 2 nights. What an amazing place... great staff, great location (wildlife in abundance), and above all... GREAT SERVICE!!! Shout out to Sopia, Dennis, head chef, missing some names, and Stephen, our guide. We saw all big 5, and so up close. Stephen always positioned our vehicle in ways that gave us best viewing angle so up close, I was able to take some great yet memorable shots this time! Thank you Image Travel for making this a memorable vacation for us. This was my second safari but first for my wife and she thoroughly enjoyed the adventure, the animals, the people and the great service. We wish to go back again... We met Mwanje at the end of the journey and equally impressed by his humility, passion and drive to make this company a great company in the coming days. This company has a great future...

My wife and I booked a 6-day private safari and had a great experience with Image Travel. Our tour guide John made our trip very enjoyable, and we highly recommend him! We visited Amboseli (2 nights), Nakuru (1 night), and Masai Mara (2 nights). This felt like the perfect length. Each park has its own highlights. Our favorites were the many elephants (including baby ones) in Amboseli, the rhinos in Nakuru, and then seeing lions, cheetahs, and leopards up-close in Masai Mara. We also did a 1 hour optional boat ride in Naivasha, which was unique and relaxing. John was an incredible tour guide and made sure we saw all the animals. He spotted several animals other tour guides didn’t see and enabled us to get up close to lions and leopards. John was familiar with all the parks and found the best driving routes and viewing angles. We were able to see elephants, giraffes, lions, cheetahs, leopards, hippos, crocodiles, and many more. Picking good lodging is very important, as you eat all meals at the resort. We stayed at higher-end places such as Serena and Sarova and were thankful we did so. Rooms were clean, service was friendly, and having on-site animals was fun as well. Some of the walls are a bit thin, but we thought that was okay. Pickup/dropped from/to the Nairobi airport was prompt and easy. We traveled in a minibus. Some roads in Kenya were fairly bumpy, but that’s to be expected - we took non-drowsy Dramamine to avoid motion sickness and didn’t have any issues. John was a great driver and safely maneuvered us through traffic jams and detours. It can get stuffy in the car, and we used our hand/neck fans quite a bit. John was friendly and knowledgeable, teaching us about Kenya, animals, and even his music. Our only regret was not packing binoculars, as a few times animals were a bit further away and we couldn’t get the best view. Overall we had a wonderful trip and will be recommending Image Travel and John to anyone going on a Kenya safari.

Where to begin? We had the most incredible safari with Image. From the start Mwanje was super responsive, communicative and detailed when we were looking for safari options months in advance. We were given a detailed itinerary that was followed completely. Mwanje kept in contact and answered all of our questions promptly. When the time finally came everything was so smooth. We were picked up in Nairobi by our guide Jasan- I cannot say enough good things about him! He is an excellent guide - extremely knowledgeable and friendly, easy to talk to and also gives you a good amount of privacy. We loved getting to know him during our trip and becoming friends. On safari he could not have been better - that man works hard! There were times where we wondered how he does it! He would drive for hours and then somehow still have energy to spot animals and answer all of our questions. He found us all of the Big 5, and then some! Picture yourself watching the sunrise over the plains, standing up in your safari vehicle with the wind in your hair while a Serval jumps out of its hiding place and prances away, elephants graze in the background and you can hear lions roar. We had an absolute blast and I loved every minute. We stuck with the minivan, and it was perfect for us (a couple). The accommodation and food were all amazing too! I’m a vegetarian and I ate VERY well. The Serena hotel in Masai Mara was one of the coolest hotels I’ve ever been to. If you’re considering booking a safari with image DO IT! It’s one of the most amazing things I’ve ever experienced and I’ve been all over the world. I hope to do it again one day! We were disappointed in Masai Mara Game drives. In itinerary, it mentioned half day and next Full day game drive. On the day we arrived to Masia mara the game drive we started late. It supposed to start at 4.00 PM but we started at 4.30 PM and ended on time 6.30 PM. We didn’t see much of the Animals. We were hoping on the next full day we may see more animal. But due to Balloon safari our Game drive started again late at 10 AM. He shown one pride of lions and a cheetah. Then we had bush lunch. There after we didn’t had any chance to see any wild life, He took the vehicle slowly in a bush where he spent almost 3 hours and he was telling us someone in the morning saw a lion kill here. But in that place apart from us nobody were there. Then slowly from that place he took us back to lodge. Then only we realized he bullied us. And next day we have been taken back to Nairobi without any early morning game drive. Before taking the trip I have seen good review for the same guide from different nationality. I was very happy to get the same guide at start of Tour. May be since we are Indians we have been taken in to grant. The approach for other tourist may be different. The only nice thing about the trip were the accommodation where we stayed. The Sarova Mara accommodations were great. The Image Travel Limited management (Mr. Mwanje) was extraordinarily helpful from beginning to end. He was always responsive.

We had the experience of a lifetime! We saw, up close and personal, more animals than I can name here. Our guide, Jasan, was exceptionally informed, reliable, punctual, kind, and generally it was a joy to travel with him through his lovely homeland of Kenya. Our accommodations were perfect…clean, comfortable, and all in a gorgeous setting. The meals were excellent…plenty of variety to satisfy everyone. The Image Travel Limited management (Mr. Mwanje) was extraordinarily helpful from beginning to end. He helped us with our e-visas, he was always responsive, and even helped with additional accommodations needed at the conclusion of our trip. This was an exceptional value for the cost! I found Image Travel on SafariBooking and couldn't recommend it more. An experienced local travel agent planning the Safari around your needs. Mwanje replied in a timely manner and answered my multiple questions ahead of booking the trip. We received all the information and on our arrival the guide Jasan picked us up in Nairobi and the trip began. We spent one night in Lake Nakuru and three nights in Masai Mara. Thanks to the experienced guide Jasan the trip was unforgettable and we managed to see all the big five. We also learnt a lot about wildlife, animals and African culture. On our return to Nairobi, Mwanje came personally to greet us. Cannot recommend it more, you will love every minute of it!

Our travel consultant Mwanje is really helpful and always answers our questions quickly and patiently. Our tour guide and driver Jimmy is absolutely amazing! He seems to have a GPS in his brain and can always help us find many amazing wild animals. He is also a good driver who can help you get the best position to enjoy the view! Through Jimmy, we heard a lot of stories about different animals which were really interesting and made our journey really fun! We will choose Image travel next time we come to Kenya!

The Game Driving experience in Kenya was amazing but we had a very bad experience with this Travel Operator. Just to name a couple of examples: - Program was changed last minute and we were not informed until the first day - Pick up from hotel/ airport were often late (sometimes even by 1 hour) and with bad quality vehicles - Instead of 3 tents for 5 people as per program payed, in 2 of the accommodation they only provided 2 room - The refund promised for the mistake has never been effectively sent

My friend and I had the most memorable safari trip with the guide John. John looked after us, we had the most fun with him, and have made a friend for life. We also drove for one day with the guide Duncan, who was also incredible. These Kenyan guides are the best in the business and I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. What a magical experience! This was the most magical trip of my life.
