Today i went to buy a desktop from INCREDIBLE CONNECTION Sandton Mall, There was only one that i liked and was on the shelf, the sale person guarantee me that computer was just for display and was new so i decide to take it and pay for it, they offered me 5% discount. Once got home i connected the pc and it requested me the password, i called the shop and they give me password to open pc, then realize the pc was too slow and as well marking line was coming to the screen there was browsing history files and much more, the HD connector was broken as well missing screws from the back. I took the pc back and show them, the offer me a replacement so decide to take a new one from the box of different type, once the picked up for me I ASKED them to open and test it, they did and also this was used! On the third attempt I manage to get a proper one, I paid full price and they refuse to give me not even 100 Rand discount, after been driving up and down and pay several time parking ticket and time wasted. Moral of the story is that this people are making fraud and selling used goods as new, so be very careful when you shop there, always make sure that boxes are sealed by manufacturing company with they on seal, best would be not to shop there at all. I wanted to report to the police but I think this will be better. Thanks

Most useless computer sales team I have ever dealt with. I went in asking to buy a laptop with either i5 or an i7 CPU, 8GB of memory and a NVMe solid state drive. The first salesman showed me a laptop that didn't have either of those. The second salesman didn't know what an NVMe solid state drive was. The third salesman told that they don't stock laptops with MVMe SSDs, too which I pointed out that the laptop we were standing next too actually had an NVMe SSD. After that embarrassment the salesmen just abandoned me and left me to scrounge through their floor stock by myself to find something that matched my specifications. Would be nice if the salesmen actually knew the products they were trying to sell. I also purchased a keyboard which was on clearance sale. The salesmen did warn me that the keyboard was marked down because it had been previously returned by a customer. When I asked why it was returned the salesmen said that he didn't know, but assured me that it was fully functional. However after arriving home I discovered that it was not functional, which was probably why it was returned in the first place.

Edit - Another visit today. Same staff attitude, same laziness and grumpiness. Whoever is sharing the feedback they receive from these reviews (as per the brand's reply below) is either not delivering the message, or wasting time. -------- Sunday morning 11h00 - probably 20 staff members on the floor at Incredible Connection Sandton City. All of them are on their phones or chatting. 3 people were queuing to pay unnecessarily; I was the 4th person. There was only one till open, so I asked a staff member if they could please open another till. “The other one is busy with a customer”. Busy where and with which customer? We all saw her coming out from a back room laughing after she was asked to return back to the floor. It has always been the same at this branch - too many people on the floor, minimal action and customer service. Also, there is a vast discrepancy on Cricut products that are currently on special and not displayed on the price tags. When I say huge, I mean 60% off. The consultants should know about these specials, and the price tags should reflect the actual prices.

The worst customer experience ever. I was ready to purchase a laptop R10,000 to R15,000 was my budget. I spent at least ten minutes on the floor looking around. Not a single staff member asked me if I needed help. I clearly displayed all the signs of a serious customer. Eventually I took the product description tag to the payment counter and the lady behind counter, Busi B, responded with “where is it?” In a rude tone. I said that I’ll take it. She said again “where is it?” No hello, how you’re doing, nothing. She then walked and called a salesman. He didn’t even greet me. His body language was rude and uninterested. I reprimanded them for their bad manners and asked for the manager. His attitude was just as bad. I left the store, went to HP and purchased a laptop. I will not be returning to any incredible connection store ever again. If this is how your staff behave your institution deserves to fail.

Horrible experience. Horrible manager and tech support, they don't know their products and they rob you. I went in looking for for HDMI adapter/splitter. I explicitly asked if the splitter would duplicate or extend the displays both the salesman and the tech support said yes. I said I dont think so can we test it. The manager said if I purchase it I can test it and return it if it doesn't work. So I did they also said I must buy an hdmi cable to test with which it did, and it did not extend the displays it duplicated it, as I said. When returning it they charged me 15% on each product for returning it, even though I had not even left the store and they told me to buy the stuff and gave me the wrong advice. After some debate they refused to waver the 15% charge despite it being there fault as they did not know their own products.

I went there to buy a iPhone 13 Pro adapter on the 30 Sep 2022. All of a sudden, the adapter stopped working, I went to the store just now and I was told that it’ll take 14-21 days to get a replacement. I asked why does it take so long and what am I gonna use to charge so long because I was inconvenienced, guess what, the guys that were assisting me didn’t even have the humanity to empathise with me or at least treat me well as a customer. When I asked for my refund as I don’t want a replacement to avoid the situation repeating itself, I was told I’m not entitled to my money as I had 14 days to return the adapter, which makes no sense because how was I supposed to know that the adapter will stop functioning?? Incredible Connections has a very bad and STINKING customer service!!!!!!

Worst experience ever. Brought in my laptop for repairs in mid August and clearly stated I use it for school so I need it fixed ASAP so that I can write exams in November. It has a 2 year warranty so I was told it will be fixed I'll have to wait for communication from the store on when to pick it up, went there on Tuesday the 25th of October after approximately 2 months with no communication, no repairs have been done yet, I'm told that I have to pay an upfront fee which wasn't initially mentioned and wait yet another month. Tried calling the store to lodge a complaint, the phone rings without being answered, I ask to be directed to the manager, the manager also doesn't pick up the phone.

I have been debating whether to write this review but it needs to be brought to attention. I ordered and paid for a Microsoft surface laptop ONLINE with click and collect to fetch at Sandton Incredible Collection. Once I had received my laptop from collections, some guy from Microsoft in the store comes running towards me trying to claim commission and take my laptop away from me. I was so taken aback by the situation. He then took a picture with my purchased laptop with someone he knew. This had been paid for online, and with no help from this person. They were not going to leave us alone until they got their picture. This is terrible as customer service!

I'm not a fan of writing bad reviews. I must say, visiting one store for three times and not getting desired answers. At first, on Sunday the 18/09/2022, I was told the system is offline. On Wednesday 21/09/2022, firstly the person whom was meant to assist me was on lunch after 4pm. Went back to the store after 5:30pm, then waited for that person to be available. Upon their arrival, the person that told me on Sunday that the system was offline, now tells me that she can't assist as she doesn't deal with Telkom contracts. Apparently, the person that assist with new Telkom contracts isn't available.

Terrible service from Quintin Welthagen. After calling daily from Monday, today is Thursday, following up to check if he got my proof of payment. Quintin went to tell me on the phone "they are busy with Black Friday and he's dealing with THOUSANDS of customers and I'm not the only customer he has to attend to and in any case I took long to send him the proof of payment" I'm very happy for the store that they have too many customers to care about only one stupid order of R976.35. Many business have closed just with this attitude from sales staff. Only time will tell. All the best.

Terrible customer service. I was getting two R200 tempered glass covers for two phones and they said I had to pay an additional R100 for each one for “installation”. Haha it is not an oil change for my car, when has someone charged for that?! Any way I just left. Don’t get fooled by their response to this post by them saying “we want to learn from this experience, please contact us at this link”. I filled in the full form online and, in the same way as they behave with their customers at the store, they just didn’t give a dam.

The service in this store is diabolical. After hanging around looking for a Microsoft Surface without being attended to , one attendant went to look on the system and said he has two machines in stock but nothing on display. Really ? Has I C sunk to these levels ? Where is the store it once was ? I have decided never to set foot in that store ever . So , when I got home , logged into Amazon and R11k cheaper , I will have my new laptop in a week or two . Retail in SA is on the path of destruction that will make them redundant.

Pathetic!!! pathetic !!!!!! Pathetic!!!! Incredible connection is shop mannered by thugs can't go back there anymore. I bought an iPhone there it started misfiring within the warranty period, I took it back to the shop it spent 8 months there only to come with a fake screen, realized that when I took the phone to Cresta Istore for repair and they told me there is a third-party display and gave me a letter to present at incredible connection. What a scam!!! You guys are so disappointing your technical team is the worst ☺️

Probably the most pathetic service I've ever received, I've been there about 3-4 times over the past few weeks trying to purchase a laptop and I don't think I've even walked out happy once. Don't bother getting your loved ones a gift voucher here either because you can use it on the weekends because they have to call the head office to use it. Absolutely ridiculous. Most of the staff hardly have knowledge on the laptops which is also pretty ridiculous considering that they're an electronics store.

In general, the team did not want to assist. I had to ask three times for the service reps to engage me, this was whilst they were standing around and chatting. When I got to the front of the queue, one of them let their client go first, told me to stand at the back of the line, and winked at his customer. I left the products I had in hand and left the store. After 20 years, I will never again support Incredible Connection. You surely realise there are sufficient online competitors.

Tried calling this branch, after the initial call is answered, it's diverted to who knows where or who, it just rings and after 2min, it cuts off. I call back I tell her it just rings and then cuts off, no apology nor comment, just diverts me again only to be cut off after 2min of ringing again. I then tried Rosebank branch and at least they answered their phone. Common Sandton, after reading these reviews, you guys should really up your game.

Good Evening. I'm trying the store from 6:30pm up until now 8pm. I got through twice, however I was put through to Sales but no one answers in that department. And then for the rest of the hour no answer!! Really disappointed as I wanted to purchase the Samsung Galaxy Tablet, unfortunately the special ended today. The Receptionist should atleast take down details so that when a salesperson is free they could contact the client.

I went last week to buy a charger they gave me wrong type of charger only noticed when I got home. sales person was assisting me and he forgot about me I was then assisted by someone else. When he noticed he forgot he just looked at me and he busy talking with his manager all playful. I had to go back again but I didn't waste my time going to Sandton I went to Eastgate and they where very helpful.

Staff is super helpful and allowed me, someone who has no credit history, to actually purchase something on credit to start myself off on this whole credit history journey, after even my own bank refuses since I apparently turned down their funeral cover or ignored their spam calls with TrueCaller. So a big thank you to them as I would still be buying everything cash without them.

Most of the time their system doesn’t work and they issue hand written invoice which they don’t maintain in the system afterwards. If in future you need and technical support they waste your time and effort for nothing. Highly disappointed with the response whenever I need after sale service. I will not buy anything again from this store.

I cannot understand why these stores exist….. they are higher priced than Takelot and are not willing to match the price. They don’t even have most of the products on display to see if you like them such as mouses and keyboards and they their refunds are subject to a 10% handling fee ! Don’t buy from here ever

What a joke, spoke to a sales representative about getting a USB to Wacom tablet connection and... at INCREDIBLE connection they only have Android (micro USB btw) and USB C cables. That was on my thrid time calling them with the first 2 calls being put on hold for 2 and 4 minutes before they hung up.

I bought a few appliances along with a vacuum cleaner which didn't work from unboxing and when I returned it, instead of giving me a functional one, I was told they have to investigate why it wasn't working. It's been 2 weeks, no vacuum and zero communication, yet I've paid R2400 for this appliance.

You get some great deals at Incredible but at the same time you can also find yourself paying more for something you can find cheaper elsewhere. I do have to say that service is always immaculate and sales staff are helpful with a good understanding of what you need and what they are dealing with.
