I like the new look and feel of the store, so much more open. The store stocks your standard consumer electronics like laptops, printers, tablets, televisions and gadgets. The staff are quite helpful and don't force you buy things you don't need, they explain the benefits and features or the products so you can make an informed decision.

Went to buy a Ring base alarm kit advertised on this store's website. Was told I could only buy the kit online. Pulled up the item on my phone and asked the clerk where does it say online only? It doesn't. Best to call this store before you waste your time driving there, parking, walking through the mall, etc etc.

I came in because of a slow laptop and was assisted by Keegan. He explained what was wrong with my laptop in simple terms and how we could fix it. The laptop was taken in and fixed on the same day, I fetched it within an hour. Excellent customer service and I now have a speedy laptop.
