A few weeks ago I came in looking for a very specific request (notebooks with pockets on the inside cover) and was helped by a staff member named Shaun, who was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable! Shaun went above and beyond to help me look for what I needed, as well as provide really good suggestions for alternatives. I ended up finding exactly what I was looking for (Moleskin journals have pockets!) and was very pleased with the service I received. Thank you so much Shaun! I will definitely be returning to the store because of your incredible customer service.

Not a huge selection, most authors would only have one book stocked unless they were authors of popular teen fiction or sci-fi fantasy. Books were not very organized. Very small history and science section. I have to give credit, they had a much larger Indigenous selection than I expected (like, 10 books, which is something I guess). They carried blankets, mugs, and socks, if you like that kind of stuff. It's OK if you're in a pinch, but if you want more variety go to Chapters on Whyte or support a locally run bookstore.

Indigo is a mediocre place to get mediocre deals. The one thing I will say is their planner deals are pretty pog. I got my next year planner for 11 bucks!! What a steal. In general I prefer local to box stores but as far as box stores go, Indigo isn't too bad. This particular location is quite small but boasts and impressive array of options regardless. I'm also happy to note that they still carry Jordan Peterson which is dope.

Before going into the store I knew what I was looking for and where to find it. None the less I was offered polite, friendly, and ultimately very helpful assistance. The staff member pointed out a sale area that contained the exact colour, paper, and style of journal I was actually looking for instead of the one in my hand that did not really fit the bill and was three times the price. I bought two.

I like to find books at this place because the interior was great, it was not crowded and the place was very clean and organized. It was also bright and lively so I had a good time shopping for interesting books here. You can also buy adorable stuffed toys here and lots of beautiful notebooks. I like this book store so much here in Edmonton!

Colleen and her team were FABULOUS. My plum card was doing something weird and instead of sending me away they said if I could stay a few minutes they could help. The store was clean and it was easy to find everything. I really enjoyed my experience at this location . P. S. They still have all the blanket colors in stock!

Used the online purchase for Indigospirit late in the evening. They had my purchase ready for pickup just shortly after the store opened the following day. Great way to do your Christmas shopping! Will save a lot of time!!! Showed them my email to confirm payment on my order. In and out within 2 minutes

I also found nice stationery products here aside from their many available books. I was even surprised to find a few stuffed toys inside along with other children toys. This book store often has the latest bestsellers so I suggest coming to this place if you came across interesting new books online.

This place has a large selection. It always has what I'm looking and then some. Their ordering program is also up to date. When I went in, they added a New Age section for those looking books on Holistics and Tarot Cards and anything more to do with Spirituality. The staff are also helpful as well.

Very clean and organized store. The sales associates are always there when you need them and, overall, one of the better Inigo stores I have gone to. The prices could be more competitive honestly, but I have no complaints other than that. Most of the stuff here are just a little gimmicky.

When staff approached with a promotion, I stated I was interested and proceeded to browse and was told I had to hear the promotion. So I proceeded to leave the store and got a condensing. Have a nice day. No business has a right to tell you about anything. I will never be going back.

It's an indigo, full of books with titles that I judge harshly, and sometimes sparse on books beyond "bestsellers", it's where you go when you "need" a new book, or when you just need to be around a bunch of new books as some sort of masochistic roll and wretch.

Whatever they're doing, they're doing it the way I like. The selection and variety of products, the layout, the atmosphere, the location. It really draws me in. The staff have always welcoming, they seem genuinely attentive and have always been patient with me.

Friendly staff, nice clean layout, was easy to find what I was looking for and I was able to pay for my purchase quickly and easily. Good selection of books and other items as well, especially good for shopping for multiple gifts. Would definitely recommend!

Sections are constantly being moved around, so it's hard to find things reliably. Selection has much to live up to, but at the end of the day I can usually find something worth reading, and the selection of notebooks and journals on sale are usually decent.

I'm a LOVER of books and I find everything I need. If I have an obscure request that's not available, the staff can help you order it. Aside from books, this location offers kids stuff, toys, cooking stuff and nic/nack's. Great place for gift ideas.

Large selection, can find cheap comic books for kids helps to get them off technology. Or ones for yourself. I recommend visiting this book store and any other book store, taking the time to read a good book does wonders for your mental health.

One of my favorites in Kingsway, and a nice place to see what's new and what's good. I recently went in to see if the Umbrella Academy graphic novels were in stock and luckily they were, and they were great quality

A smaller store than I've previous been too. Customer services was good. They did have the book I was looking for. I hadn't checked before I went in. I actually didn't know the store was in the mall.

Small line up before going in, but didn't wait long. Store was clean and organized. Staff were friendly and helpful and had suggestions. Listened to us instead of just pointing out books they liked.

It was faster for me to get the book I was looking for through Amazon. Indigo did not have it in stock and would have been over 2 weeks to have them deliver. Amazon had it to me the next day

Worst online experience I have ever had canceled order lost order too 3 months to get a book and billed twice for it when didn't even have book yet will never buy online from them again

This location has always been pleasant, but even more so now. Wonderful service, great selection, and they've made sure that the clientele feel safe and healthy during this trying time.

BOOKS, BOOKS, BOOKS!! What can I say. Is there any place better to be than a place that is loaded with books? Especially one that is so neat and orderly and has such a friendly staff.

Large selection kingsway is a excellent mall could use more shoppers ,there was is even a midway set up for part of the summer ,close public transportation and lrt (light Rail Train)

The staff at Kingsway Spirit Indigo are very friendly and helpful. They offered a mask to a customer who only had a bandana with him but did it in a very firm bit discreet way.

Very helpful and kind staff for the holidays. Good deals on many items and very quick cashiers, i was checked out in no time despite being lined up to the middle of the store.
