Terrible customer service, they placed a pair of jeans randomly with my order, left the store couple hours later a noticed they added and charged me for a pair of jeans I never wanted. Travelled over an hour to return to DFO Essendon. Provided they receipt. The lady's response was to bad no returns. The jeans was not even my size. She argued with me, manipulating the situation as if I was in the wrong.... When she folded all my clothes in the bag, I put my faith in her to do her job... not to sneakily add additional clothing apparel thinking I wouldn't come back and let it go. She was bordelying being a bully and harrasing me. I managed to bring a friend along and she argued with her until they realised they were at fault. The young girl who started all of this drama never apologised. This happened Sunday arvo.

Appalling customer service, girl at the counter was not impressed that I only bought 1 item out of the six items I tried on, she ‘joked’ about how my items are blocking her tray- which ironically is for return clothing, and ‘joked’ about how I was only buying one item out of the return clothing. The only people NOT impressed are their customers.
