Got molded, I went on a Friday & they said my bottoms wouldn't be done until the next Saturday, And tired to charge me an extra hundred dollars because they have a design in them, BUT I QUICKLY REMINDED THEM THAT I DIDN'T ADD ANYTHING THEY ALREADY LOOKED LIKE THAT IN THE PICTURE THAT WAS IN THEY BOOK FOR $360.00... The 2 lady's tried to charge me $440.00, So I said something to the owner and he said I was right and they were wrong, long story short I left paying $393.00.. They were $360.00 but of course I had to pay to get molded and just extra tax... I'm waiting for them to call me and tell me they're ready I PRAY TO GOD THEY FIT... Other than having to wait 1 week and a day and them lady's trying to make me pay $100 more, I have no complaints ✊

Horrible experience very dishonest people bad customer service, absolute scam they take advantage of the customers not having knowledge about gold and then they tell you there’s no return policy stay far away really horrible experience. If I could give less than one star I would and then when you try to go talk to them and explain to them they’re very rude and they tell you no return policy well you guys take advantage and they sell you 14 karat for 110 per gram absolutely ridiculous. Please stay far away.

I took 1 real dimand ring and anouther real 10k gold pindant to sell it and they lied sed it was gold plated silver and had it tested 2 more times and sold them at a pawn shop for 110$ and I couldn't beleave how they actually thought I was gonna beleave them! it's places like this that shouldn't be allowed to stay open and it's sad to think how meny people actually have beleaved them!!! SHAME ON YOU I hope people will now understand who and what you are!!! GREEDY LIERS! THAT DONT DESRVE TO BE IN BISSNESS!

Came to indianapolis in vacation.. Walked in to window shop came out with 2 rings Great prices. I needed my ring re-sized. I was told they could do it with in couple hours. And they sure did. Re-sized came out perfect. The weld is almost non visible. Great customer service. I would definitely go shop again when im back in indianapolis.. 100% recommended

I want a iced cross from here with real diamonds an two Cuban link bracelets with diamonds and two rings with my initials and some nice dominos that fairly large. I’m sure this would be the best place to go for good hand crafted jewelry. I heard they’re really good.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Dropped off a watch for a $15 battery replacement. Came back a few minutes later to find out they didn't have the right tool to pop off the back of the watch. Also noticed scratches all over the back near the slot to open the back. So much for a brand new watch.
