This is my second time (around 6 o’clock) I’ve came to the laundromat. So, I need some help with the machine cause I put too much clothes and I pressed emergency stop and it just keep beeping, so I ask the rude African guy in a extremely nice voice “ do you work here?” He stares at me ...like he doesn’t understand... so I ask again, (still polite) “do you work here?” And the. He replies what do you want... like you rude African!!! I was trying to make sure I wasn’t coming to a customer asking this and this is how you answer! this is why I don’t go to anything in the Hood because service is never good, day or night. If you need any help from anyone here I’m just going to asume that all there workers are this freaking rude!!!! And the whole time he’s sitting on his phone!!! I doubt he’s going to get fired but just know that, even tho this place looks nice, it’s still hood.

My clothes were wet so like wet not damp and the staff actually was taking my clothes out. Mind you I had put 85 minutes on and it just started. The worker said I was using it to long and someone else had a small loaf and needed it. I said lady if you don't take your hands of my stuff I will call the police because what you are doing is letting another customer use the dryer that I paid for and am only 11 minutes into if the customer wants a drier she had to wait and pay like everybody else

There are plenty of washers and dryers to satisfy your laundering needs. It's a pretty relaxed atmosphere-multiple tv's to help pass the time, a decent recreation spot to shoot a couple of games of pool, and ample seating/tables provided for eating on and folding laundry. Helpful staff, a concessions stand & a literal 'corner store' inside the laundromat to buy food/laundry accessories. You can also catch weekly deals on washing tubs at a reduced price. I have been having to do my shop towels for the past two months due to a really bad experience with Lawrence appliance repair. My business hours conflicting with another local Laundromats hours. So I was left to find a Laundromat that was open by 7 am. I was very happy with my experience at this Laundromat. Very clean and relaxed environment. Good wash prices as well. If I'm ever in need of a Laundromat I will come back to Indyland. Happy customer.

I see my previous rating was deleted. Upon returning the problem STILL existed. Non handicapped people parking in handicapped spaces. My legs are bad. Walking from across the lot pushing a basket is exhausting. Waiting for a space? They DON'T move. And since WHEN is a policeman on the lot? NEVER saw one. Employee says "These people are crazy. We can't stop them from parking there." Oh yes you can. STILL looking for a new place!

This place is what I like to call "jankey" half the machines are not in service and because of that, the place is always crowded. The machines that are working do not clean very well and are little too expensive. If they would upgrade the equipment and not have so many machines out of service, this place would be ok! The best thing going for this place is the fact they're open 24hr a day, EVERY DAY!

Great place and so clean pristine shiny metal on every machine there is all different size machines to fit your need. The best part about this place is my favorite thing 24 7 awesome guys you're a blessing late at night and for the area it's in the service here is great . I recommend this place if you live on the east side of town a testament of what a modern day laundry mat should look right

It's an 3 star laundromat it gets full sometimes and not enough carts sometimes but washers and dryers do an amazing job service is amazing. It usually clean and they sell products for washing and drying for your close. But I give it 3 stars because it's not the place but disrespectful people sometimes but the laundromat would be 5 stars without them people.

I have never liked to go to a laundromat but this place is the best. It's very spacious clean and our clothes get clean. Dryers are great and better than most laundromat's because clothes get dry faster even if drying 8 loads at a time in one dryer that's service. 5 stars don't change Indyland your the BEST …

I wash here everyweek. This week i guess i wanted my whites to get clean so I added extra soap. I guess it was too much, clothes did not wring completely or attendant stop it. I don't know since i left for a few minutes. Told the attendant my clothes did not wring completely. He said I had to pay again. Customer lost over 2.50.

Good machines, but quite a few out of order. Clean. You can pay by card (each swipe puts a hold on $10 or you can get a FastCard) or by coin. Very affordable. They have change machines AND an ATM. Lots of room. Wifi was out of order. HUGE lack of outlets to charge your electronics. Snack, drink, ice cream vending machines.

The laundry, itself, was very nice. Large washers and dryers. Reasonably priced. Very clean and roomy. The atmosphere was, however, hazardous, as the place was filled with hood rats and ghetto chuckers who weren't complying with the mask mandate, and the employees weren't enforcing it. Use at the risk of your health.

Bathrooms were a mess terrible. Feces on the floor urine on the seats. You have to ask to use the restroom(always locked) so I figured the guy would check in there every once in awhile. No soap either. How is anyone supposed to wash their hands? Seriously. Disgusting conditions like that cry for soap!

The absolute hands down best claw machines this side of the Mississippi.. My girl won the giraffe and it only cost me $32.50 to get it. That's a steal for a memory that will last a nighttime. You can't put a price on happiness, but if you could it would be around $32.50... we did laundry too.

Clean, quick, and had every laundry product (for reasonably priced) if you forgot any necessities at home. We went from about 10pm-12am and it wasn’t overly packed or crowded. Useful ATM & change machines that converted your bills into quarters/smaller bills, too!

The laundromat was clean. I especially enjoyed the free drying credits since this is my first time coming here. I'd like to give a special thanks to the attendant who was so helpful when we accidentally placed our garments and detergent in the wrong machine.

They don't provide any information about the out of service machine and a lady over there was unable to Talk to people the way she should. You don't treat people like that... We are clients and we spend our money so please, be respectful.

I didn't get to do my laundry today. I went alone and was surrounded at my truck. Your friends in the parking lot wanted to know how much I "Hoed for"? Was a fantastic way for someone new in town to be treated. This town is for the birds

Don't go there the people are rude to us if your not Latino. I wash my clothes there and my CaR would not start so I ask the young Lady who work there if she would move her CaR because my battery was on the side she park and that someone

There is always a washer and dryer open, somehow even when they are busy. I don't know how they do it but I love it. It is open and spacey, low in price and I love their big 90 lbs washers for when im in a hurry a need all of my laundry

My husband & I travel so we go to laundromats across the country. We vote Indyland as our favorite laundromat. The machines work great. Audrea does an awesome job at keeping the place spotless and I appreciate that!

It's a great laundromat I do my laundry there a couple times a month I like the little sabers program they have and you can always get change there's always somebody working there and it's always really clean

I was impressed with the quality of the machines. You buy detergent on site in individual or retail sizes. There's a small arcade and a few claw games inside. Plenty of folding tables and space to sit.

No one on staff spoke English. The place was filthy, people leaving and staying with their laundry. We ask the help to move the laundry that was dry. He refused even though their is a sign posted.

Been going here for years, never had an issue with staff. Always accommodated whenever we had an issue. Can't complain and I love the space, equipment, and the hours. Ok in my book.

Go at night after 11pm. Very friendly staff. Clean. Get free dries when you use the laundromat card option to wash/dry your clothes but only some machines have the card option

Good laundromat, not overpriced machines, just make sure to fill them nicely to get your money's worth, and use 2 dryers if you have a lot of clothes to dry them quicker

Need to be a policy that no cars can come through property because little children can be hurt or killed by drivers speeding need a police presence

Clean, quite, lots of space. Only issues is the dryer took longer and more money to dry my clothes. Thanks for being open late hours.

Not the cheapest, but is always open, has bill to bill change machines, and you can use your card to pay for washing and drying.

Clean well kept machines. Good price. Attendant here 24 /7. Becareful not to leave your laundry they throw things away.

I was skeptical on going here, but this place was pretty decent. The place was clean, plenty of washer & dryers.

Dirty, need employees that speak English. People should not be able to leave and take up washers and dryers.
