Absolutely disgraceful customer service. The owners are the most arrogant and disrespectful people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting, both towards their staff and their customers. I would rather drive to surrounding suburbs than give them any business at all.

The owner , a old guy was very rude to a customer for no reason whats so ever, the customer was old and struggling a bit, so rather than be rude the owner should have given him some support. If you cant behave properly with customers then

Had to give 1 star at least otherwise I could not post. The internet shows that the newsagent opens at 6:00AM. last Sunday I got there at about 6:35am and it was open. I asked what time they opened and was told from 6:00am up to 6:30am

Have been calling their landline for the past 2 weeks and nobody answers their phone - I dont know how they conduct business without a phone!!

Supposed to be a lotto agent, but refused to sell a syndicate for 7 people. The young lady behind the counter needs training.
