This is hands down the best pizza in Calgary. It is the kind of place that I take any new visitor to our city to, so they can experience what a real pie tastes like. All the pizzas are good, but I will always judge an establishment by the ability to do the basics better than anyone, and Inglwood Pizza NAILS the simple slice of pepperoni better than any other establishment in not only the city, but as far as the province I would say. The sauce is seasoned to perfection, the crust is somehow the right combination of thick and doughy and yet crisp to bite into. Generous portions of cheese, and toppings, without feeling overloaded. I hesitate posting this because selfishly I want to keep this gem to myself so that there is never a line, and a hot slice ready for me any time I pop in, but they are just too good to keep secret. Do yourself a favor, grab a slice and then walk the 2 blocks north to the river, grab a bench with a good view, and enjoy your little slice of heaven.

Inglewood Pizza does it again and NEVER disappoints, WELL DONE!! 17km away and the amazing staff found a way to deliver our order to us, and it did not disappoint!! It arrived fresh, hot and made exactly as ordered! The pizza’s were fantastic, the baked spaghetti was delicious!! Prices are SO reasonable! We would not hesitate to recommend!! I live in Killarney and I saw that inglewood pizza had opened a location in our area. This is the best pizza place in Calgary. The dough is amazing, the toppings are fresh and taste excellent. The sauce is actually tasty and does not leave you with major heart burn like most chain pizza places. I have ordered about 5-6 times from this location and it’s been so yummy and consistent that I really do owe them a review. I don’t know why but I find most trendy pizza places in Calgary do suffer from a huge problem when it comes to consistency. This pizza looks delicious and it does not attempt to be fancy, Yet it tastes 10000% better than any place that claims to have authentic Neapolitan pizza with dough that dries up within minutes if not consumed or places that dare charge $40-50 a pizza and the amount of salt and grease you are presented with turn you off eating pizza for months. I really love supporting good local establishments that clearly care. Give inglewood pizza a try and tell me what you think for yourself ! I am not going to steer you wrong.

Terrific place in the central neighborhood of Ingewood, of which the community situation has worked both tirelessly and successfully to ensure that awesome independent businesses like this one have every chance to succeed. They have won a lot of awards (pictured), and rightly so!

Best Gluten Free Pizza in the city! Reminds me of old school pizza I had when I was a kid with the big pepperoni slices and thick mozzarella cheese. The Town Special is a huge hit in our household, reminds me of a new spin on the old combination pizza that most of the old local pizza shops served. Staff have always been super friendly and never once have they messed up my order and we have probably ordered there 30 times. They are generous with their toppings also. I also love that they store your name and your orders in their system. So when I would call in, they would just ask me if I was having the usual. It makes you feel good as a customer. They also do pizza by the slice and it is really good priced. We moved out of Inglewood in December of 2015 and we still order and pick of from this place - that is how much we love it! I'd give 10 stars if I could!

OMG!!! I ordered a large ham, pepperoni and green pepper with extra cheese and I cannot remember EVER, having the best pizza on this planet ! Literally, my mom and I are so excited, and can’t wait to try the pasta’s next. The price was amazing for the quality of this fantastic pizza. Yum!!! We got it delivered and it came very fast. Overall I really like this place. My favourite pizza in Calgary, friendly staff and decent prices. One suggestion for improvement- I know a lot of retail workers like to close a few minutes early. But this is a poor practice. If you say you're open till 11, you should have your doors open and be serving customers till 11. On March 22/14 I came at 10:55 and sure enough the staff had closed the place (looked like for at least a few minutes). I could see a guy moving around in the back, but he made no moves towards the front door. Please, this business and any business, if you say you're open till a certain time you should be open until that time. Businesses are about customers, not employees who want to leave right on time.

Let me paint a picture: It's 9:00pm on a Thursday, and you stumble out of one of the fine nearby watering holes with an insatiable hunger. In the glimmer of the cold winter night you see a shimmering neon sign that reads 'pizza'. Your pace quickens as you race your friends to the door, and the scent of hot dough, melted cheese, and grilled meats fill the small lobby as you careen wildly into the shop lobby. As the steaming dough and hot cheese collide with your tongue, you feel a wave of euphoria wash over you in in a sea of bliss.

My first visit here, I really liked the "Pizza By The Slice" option. This gave me the ability to order two different types. It was tasty, and I will return here for more, however, I will make sure to arrive here when the pizza just comes out of the oven. My pizza was warm, but I would prefer it a bit hotter. I'm not sure if they can zap them in the oven for a few minutes or not. Large selection to appease most customers. I only needed 2 slices to fill me up, great value in my opinion. 4 stars due to the heat issue. I'll be back.

Husband ordered large lasagna & extra slice of garlic toast . Asked to have toast buttered edge to edge there was nothing on the hard toast ? $ 2 dollar per slice really ? The noodles were cold . We loved this pizza for years and the last time we had it it was awful. Over baked and dry and tasteless. We ordered it the night before we left for Europe and we were insanely busy with a million things to do so we didn’t call and tel them at the time (I really hate complaining) so I called when we got back and they couldn’t have cared less that we had such an awful experience. So what if we had bad pizza yesterday or 3 weeks ago?? They should have offered us something for the waste of our time and money. So rude.

Got into Calgary this evening and needed some supper once I was checked in. The hotel staff recommended Inglewood Pizza. Gave them a call, excellent kind fella on the phone took my order and even read it back to make sure it was correct. Once it delivered the gal that made the delivery was super friendly and very kind. I work in the area and have been coming to Inglewood Pizza for lunch almost every day for pizza by the slice. The pizza is delivery quality and stacked with toppings covered by a thick layer of mozzarella. Their standard slices are pepperoni, all meat, Hawaiian and garden. They have also have begun doing daily special slices, great for variety if you're in the area regularly. Staff are always friendly and quick to get your slices. Great quick lunch spot if you're in Inglewood

I ordered from Inglewood for a work meeting last week and the food was excellent. I ordered online the day before for delivery and the food all showed up on time which was great. The pizzas were big and loaded with high quality toppings. The wings and dry ribs were cooked perfectly, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. I will definitely order from Inglewood again!

It's good, but a couple things hold it from joining Seniore's as one of the legendary Calgary pizza joints. Price is a bit more expensive, about $11 for 3 slices that are medium-sized. Crust is a bit on the hard and chewy side. The toppings and cheese are great though and they do have chili flakes and hot sauce. They periodically change their special slice. It is quite tight inside with only two small tables. Street parking can be difficult depending on the time.

My daughter and I had our first experience with Inglewood Pizza recently, and we were not disappointed. Enjoyed the best pizza — Greek Souvlaki — we’ve had in a long time. The medium size was fully loaded and enough for several meals. Also ordered the large size Greek salad, which came with 2 large pieces of garlic toast. The salad was super fresh and larger than expected, but the toast lacked any garlic punch. We highly recommend Inglewood Pizza. Support local!

The new location is garbage. Rude staff(apparently the daughter of the owner) is absolutely terrible to deal with. So ignorant, didn't follow what we ordered and ended up being the most ignorant person I have dealt with in my 50 years of life. I have been getting inglewood for over 20 years and will never get it again. Too bad considering the mom and pop joint was the best. Sorry daughter, you're ignorant and rude and cost your parents a very loyal customer.

Man...all the pizza joints in town charge the same price for a slice...compare for your self...this slice is meager and unseasoned. Woof. Not sure what all the hype is about. I think as long as you have a shop in Inglewood...you're hype. I'm not giving one star because the folks there are pretty nice. But I will add if you have a shop that size with a volume of that quantity, and 5 people working...those slices should be incredible. Just sayin.

Longtime Gluten Free pizza maker, I was pleasantly surprised with their awesome GF crust. Had my first piece at a house party in Inglewood, now they have a location close to me. Quality and taste just as good as original location. After years of fancy pizza wth fancy ingredients, this pizza took me back to the 1990's- stacked with ingredients and loads of deliciously gooey mozza. Best neighbourhood Greek pizza I've had in ages!

I enjoy their Pizza, I used to by 2 Slices regular, Ham & Pineapple, & Pepperoni! But of the last 5 purchases I made there recently, 3 time's there was no Pineapple on my Slice's! So I'm done there!

Good, old school pizza. Perfect for drinks over at Cold Garden; just call 'em up, walk over fifteen minutes later, and return to your beverage with tasty pizza that makes everyone else there jealous and hungry. Also great when you just want a single slice, but don't be surprised if there's not much room to sit and eat here. There are a few seats, but they're usually taken. Part of the old Inglewood that I hope doesn't change!

Simple, clean and quick. $3.40-3.95 for a slice of absolute deliciousness. The cheese and the dough are the two things that make this za...different from all others. The meats they use are similar to deli slices and placed under the cheese. They dont put a whole lot of sauce also which works perfectly staff here is great and friendly. Highly recommend this za! Limited seating inside..perhaps enough for 5 people at most.

Wow! I’ve lived in Inglewood for a few years now and I’ve never ordered from Inglewood pizza. Have I been missing out! This pizza is so good. The toppings are high quality, the sauce is flavourful and tangy, the cheese is amazingly stretchy and the crust, the crust is so buttery and crispy...this pizza was just so, so good. Fabulous service, amazing staff. They offer the best Gluten Free pizza in Calgary. My family LOVE their regular pizzas too. Amazing topping choices. So many delightful options to pair. Salads are amazing, so happy they have opened a second location closer to me, but always happy to make the drive to their original location too. Owners are wonderful and offer the best customer service.. you won’t be disappointed!

We had a private event at the restaurant, and the owner went above and beyond. I am a vegetarian and she made quite a delicious lasagna with olives and spinach. Not only did I get a lasagna, but she made me garlic bread as well! Excellent customer awareness and just great positive attitude from everyone in there!!! I will be returning to get that lasagna again!

Great pizza! Was browsing the Inglewood night market last night and walked by this little place. Grabbed a menu and decided to order some. Got a town pizza and pepperoni and honestly they're really really good, not too much sauce or cheese or toppings in general, crust has a great crunch and in general you'll love the pizza. Prices are actually really good too.

Ordered two pizzas for take out. Our pizzas were ready in time for our estimated pick up. The staff was very friendly and there were a lot of people eating pizza by the slice inside the store. Pizzas were very mediocre and the dough is very bread-like. Their medium is also very small compared to other pizza chains. There are definitely better options in the area.

My friend and I tried a gluten-free pizza with beef, cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms and garlic from here. I found it very tasty with the cheese have a nice texture (unusual compliment for a pizza, I know, but it's true!). Not the first or best gluten-free pizza I've ever had, but definitely worth a recommendation and I would certainly go back there!

Inglewood pizza has been around since 1994 and they never made a bad pizza yet. They offer a gluten free pizza which is very delicious. There is a lot of selection and you can order a head for pick up You may find 9th Avenue Southeast is a difficult place to park, especially now that all the patios are open, there are hardly any parking spots.

Great pizza. Specials are unique and well put together. Pizza is greasier type with very good cheese and lots of sauce. Meat smothers the pizza on the meat lovers. Staff (maybe owner), she was so nice. If I didn't like the pizza I would be back just because of how kind ahe was. Look forward to trying their award winning Hawaiian pizza.

The best gluten-free thick-crust pizza I have ever had. I had the spinach and feta pizza with a side Greek salad. The cheese-to-sauce ratio was incredible. The Greek salad was delicious. The person serving was very knowledgeable about celiac/gluten-free food and the importance of making sure it was safe. We will 100% be back!

We tried the pineapple and chicken pizza as well as their pizza of the day, beef brisket pizza. It’s hot and delicious with generous toppings. The owners are very nice too. Thabk you and we will come back.

so we usually go for lasagna at a family run place in the NW, we saw Inglewood Pizza and thought we'd give it a try....no kidding, best lasagna we've had (outdid our go-to place in the NW) here's hoping our second order won't change this review. Impossibly amazing gluten free pizza. I had given up on pizza being anything more than cardboard with sauce until I tried Inglewood Pizza. I double and triple checked that it was indeed GF, and confirmed it by not being sick, after. I don't know what kind of sorcery this is, but sign me up dark lord.

Kind of your standard mediocre pizza place - nothing special. Pizza really lacked any sort of flavor. The pizza sauce was especially underwhelming. Also the delivery took 90 minutes and came with under cooked pizza dough. Many better places to buy pizza including all the big chain pizza restaurants.

Several technical issues on both my end and theirs resulted in a failed delivery. I’ve been ordering from them regularly for more than 10 years without a single issue but somehow things went sideways today. Anyways, they made it right - more than they needed to. Thanks. Pizza was great, as always.

My favourite pizza place! Nice walk to get a slice or two at lunch and walk back along the river happily munching away. Keep an eye out for their special pizza flavour of the day/week. Some of them have been amazing (pulled pork and doritos... who guessed this would make a great pizza).

Been here a few times at lunch for their slices. Pizza is ok. Price is decent. The have different lunch special pizza daily. The Hawaiian pizza is pretty good. The staff is friendly and nice. Minus one star because sometimes they burn the bottom of the pizza, not always but does happen.

This is a bit of a toss up. The pizza when fresh is good, however the by the slice pizza can sometimes be allowed to sit to long, and I've had to toss a couple slices out. I'd suggest ordering custom full pies and go someplace with higher traffic or less shelf time for 1 or 2 slices.

Just moved to the area and tried Inglewood Pizza for the first time and it was a great pizza! It's a little more expensive than the big chain pizza places but was worth the price and found the "buy one get one half off" on two larges was good value. Most definitely would order again!

Not the worst pie in the world, not in my top 3 either but its edible. Their lasagna is typical not layered just cheese on top noodles and sauce but also edible..... and all at a fair price I guess....Not a corporate franchise too that is good. Bravo.

Great Greek style pizza, just like Dad used to make. They almost always have slices available for purchase and it's always hot. I like to sit at one of the tables in the window and watch the world go by.

By far one of the best gluten free pizza joints in the city. Most places offer flatbread style crusts for their gluten free but these guys serve a good, solid, almost deep dish style. We drive from the opposite side of city to get this!

Really yummy pizza and not overly salty! I like how their pizza isn't greasy, they are generous with their cheese and toppings. A little on the pricier side but it doesn't make me feel gross and bloated after so I'd say it's worth it.

Best pizza in Calgary! Thick and amazing crust, awesome sauce and great toppings. I live in Ramsay and hit this place up on a regular basis. It’s nothing fancy, but for a classic deep dish, street food-style pizza, you can’t go wrong.

For walk in slices I find it pretty hit or miss sadly. My favorite bar is close so I've been there 5 times for a few slices only 1 time it's been decently fresh. Other times it's been sitting on the warmer for hours

This is my all time favourite pizza place! The pizza was good, but the delivery was even better! Kate was super quick and polite. If she delivers all of my orders I will definitely keep coming back!!

Inglewood Pizza is one of my favourite places to eat for a quick bite. Their staff is always kind and the pizza is always good for what you pay. I’ve never had any complaints about Inglewood Pizza

The pizza was great and staff are very friendly. Also tried the donair and the zucchini sticks and both were delicious. The restaurant looked great. 10/10 you should definitely visit.

The pizza was good. Worth the extra price you pay for those of us who need it gluten free (but still delicious). I was less a fan of the sides. The pizza I'd have again, though.

This place does pizza right evertime, all the time! Been going here for years and years.... Quality ingredients , no skimping on the cheese and so tasty... Highly recommend it !

Very disappointing. Greasy. Uneven dough - some parts thick & uncooked some parts thin. Some of the pepperoni was burnt. I think $30 for a 14 inch pepp pizza is expensive.

Have purchased from here numerous times for several years and didnt have a problem. The last time I went , I ordered 2 specialty pizzas. They were very short on the

Great little pizza place! Slices are tasty and are available in a good variety, including a daily special. Everyone was friendly from the staff to the customers.

Good place to grab pizza by the slice. Nothing fancy but it's tasty. It's located in a cool brick building in Inglewood. It can't be beat after a couple beers

Pizza tasted great but wasn't very hot. Was a bit expensive as well for one slice (4 dollars after tax for one daily special slice which was donair).

Best north American style pizza I've had in Calgary and maybe ever! Fans of soft, cheesy, and hearty pizza rejoice!

This place has gone downhill!! Pizza by slice is no longer fresh, way smaller slice and almost 5$. Ridiculous. Very sad as a neighbour.
