Watching a movie at Insignia is always a pleasure..the entire experience is amazing as it feels more like a 5 star hotel than a movie theatre.. the service is at par Ofcourse.. the recliners, the screens, the surround sound everything about it awesome but Ofcourse every good thing comes with a hefty price tag, for a movie lover it is not always possible to shed so much money on jus one ticket and obviously u wouldn’t watch a movie alone, u need company (in most cases) .. 1 ticket here May cost anything between 800 to 1000 / 1200 .. u can buy tickets on discounted rates if u have good offers on book May how in case u r booking from their app.. as far as food is concerned I ordered a veg burger and nachos and my experience was yumilicious.. true to the taste so much so that the next time I wanted to visit insignia just for that burger .. I could have easily given a 5 star but only for it being so so expensive I am giving a star less!

Wow!!! Had a marvellous experience here. Went here on a weekend for a movie, the staff is so courteous that they guided us to the screen and showed us the seats. The seats, oh my god The seats are just incredible, super comfy and its reclining controls are just heaven. Even the sound system of the theatre was so good, they do have Dolby Atmos screen, but just the normal screens too do have an awesome sound system. I never had so great of an experience with the theatre & the seats are total paisa vasool. F&B is not too expensive, of course, the prices are like typical Multiplex but the prices are same as the normal Inox or Cinepolis. Had a great experience, would certainly recommend it to every movie enthusiast. Tip: I would recommend watching movies here on weekdays as the prices are half as compared to the weekend. The price of was Weekend Morning show is the price of the Weekday Evening Show.

Inox insignia wasn’t really impressive has high hopes.. though the sitting were comfortable and had service for ordering just at your seat which was good.. seats and the area around were clean.. food was not up to the mark ordered nachos which was stale and dips felt like it was kept for hours open because the texture wasn’t like the dip it was more toward solid gel kind off.. disappointed..! Quantity as per price was way too less of nachos and in cold drink you can find more of ice instead of coke. Washroom were not clean even. Each ticket cost for 900/- rupees felt it wasn’t worth it..Experience of the movie sound and screen wise was good also It was the last show of the day..Not recommended if I consider everything..!

They do not have the provision to accept UPI payment, for purchases at cinemas. As a customer who has shed huge amount for sheer experience, you don’t receive one. I mean, common Inox, we stay in an era where UPI is accepted almost even by a vendor who’s selling goods on-the-go, I wonder if Inox is lagging so much in setting such infrastructure. As a regular customer of Inox I am dejected and this experience makes me recommend to prefer other VIP cinema halls over this one. And Inox, if you still feel that in the days to come more people shouldn’t lose the Interest to walk in your theatres try revamping infrastructure. Coz it’s not just cinemas we come for, it’s much more!

INSIGNIA, INOX’s signature experience is luxurious. It is first of its kind in thane. I liked the overall experience from ambience, excellent screening, sound systems,plush leather recliner seats with micro adjustable neck/leg rests to gourmet food. The technology used is India’s first Laserplex, Dolby Atmos Sound and Volfoni 3D Screen. They are following all the covid protocols. The multiplex has been designed in a modernized and stylized art deco feel, seamlessly merged into a modern design fabric. I never had such a great experience in cinema hall. The seats are total paisa vasool. I recommend you to visit this multiplex.

Most luxury Experience with sharp projector screen less crowd as limited seats and for me I was all alone like private screening as week day morning time for mission impossible!!! Just wondering about the sound system which seems to be only dolby 7.1 and Dolby Atmos feeling were not there at all!!! No presence of ceiling speakers?? Or feel of it even if its behind false ceiling or match with ceiling. But its a true miss for such a luxurious experience!! Sound system is very normal considering all other entire experience. The Imax or Dolby Atmos With Dolby vision can give justice to such premises

Finally an amazing cinema experience for people of Ghodbunder Road. Insignia is everything you need in a luxury cinema hall and more. Absolutely comfortable reclining seats, good viewing angles, great screens, clean washrooms. The only downside is the menu - which looks and sounds amazing, but is a lot like airline food. Need to get their act straight on that pronto. Else, it's a good place, albeit expensive. But you don't mind watching a Marvel movie which needs to be experienced on the big screen

Wonderful experience … must try .. when i entered i felt like as if i have entered a five star hotel , the staff is extremely cordial …at times i took a small nap also because the seats are so cozy the staff really pampers u and the best thing is u need-not carry the food they serve at ur seat … Honestly speaking other halls seem quite small for me now … must try❤️❤️though it is bit pricy but worth the money ❤️

I was surprised to know that INOX Insignia does not accept UPI payment for food items bought in the theater. We were told that only cash or CC would be accepted! UPI is accepted universally even in small shops and this place being such a high end place they don't accept it! I had to request someone to use his card for the payment! Spoilt the whole experience that we were expecting from this place!!

Amazing experience, amazing theatre and sound quality. Very comfortable recliners. Much better than the VIP lounge in Cinepolis, Viviana 24/12/2022: I would like to change my comments, today wasn't a good experience the toilets were stinking and there was shortage of tissues. Earlier they had water bottle on each seat but today there wasn't any. Expensive with no basic facilities. Disappointed ☹️

Inox insignia at R mall , Thane is awesome. It has very neat and clean washrooms, the staff os very courteous , the food is delicious and worth what u pay for. The movie experience is awesome as the seats are absolutely comfortable. The ambience of the movie hall when u enter inox insignia is jaw dropping with plus interiors. In short, you feel you are being welcomed.

Insignia staff (Inox R Mall Thane), please disclose to the movie goers (Jailer movie) that despite the film certificate showing Tamil (with English Subtitles), there are no English subtitles in 2nd half. Your team came up with all excuses, no accountability. Please be transparent to customers and screen movie which aligns to approval certificate.

One of the best Cinema hall in Thane. Most luxurious and comfortable seats. They have nice food menu options as well. Inox club sandwich is a must try along with popcorns. Most importantly they value customers time, show will start on time or max 5-10 mins delay. Inox Insignia is my only goto place for watching movies.

The recliners are awesome take the cinema experience on altogether another level. They offer very premium service. The hygiene standards are very high, right from the cinema seats to the lavatories. Everything spic and span. Before and after the film the entire place is sanitized and cleaned very properly.

This has the costliest ticket in thane. But, they can't take care of the comfort of audience. Recent experience was really bad. The AC was too cold and it was very uncomfortable to be there on the seat. The premium price is charged for comfort i assume but that is not taken care of properly.

Cinema experience was good Paid Rs 500 for 2 cups of coffee costing 440. The server said he will give me the remaining Rs 60 at the time of order delivery when he did not. Promised again that he will return with the change. Never got my Rs 60 back 1035 Dharmaveer Show Screen 1 C7-8

One of amazing movie experience at Inox insignia at Rmall Thane. Newly opened to give VIP services. Sound experience is next generation.. and the ambience too.. Very comfortable seating and kept clean and disinfectant cleaning after every show makes safe place to watch movie.

Damn! What a great experience at Inox. I can say this was the best theatre experience I've ever had. This is Inox Gold. The ticket was pricey as it costed 550 for one but everything was worth it. The service, seats, screen, sound quality and ambience everything was top notch!

My first visit to this place but i was very disappointed. Air conditioning not working well. i was sweating inside after paying a big amount for additional comfort. Shared my concerns with the Manager and he was very helpful. 1 star for the multiplex 5 star for the manager.

The premium service multiplex... Only service is Premium... If you want better quality of the screen too then their are others in Viviana... Watched Black Adam today and the graphics were not that great while my OnePlus TV shows better graphics from YouTube trailers..

Excellent movie experience. Sound and picture quality is top notch. Being a VIP (Insignia) only cinema, doesn't get much crowded. Seats are excellent and comfortable. Only aspect which could improve is the service at the concessions, not that it's bad.

Clean, lobby cafe and cinemahall and washrooms.however system to book ticket was terribly slow. It took minimum 7tries to give us discount and then the tickets. probably struggling with run time error.About Food I must say towards bit costlier side.

Seating is superb. But the experience was spoiled, since the sound proofing of individual screens is very bad. While sitting in screen1 we could hear the movie playing in screen 2.

Had a great experience watching Kantara at INOX Insignia, Nice Ambience, Delicious Food. Only thing they dont accept UPI payment for F&B so dont forget to carry cash or card
