Worst dealership. Purchased a second hand car that was working fine only needed an oil change, they took the car in and advised it will take a week to repair picked it up after a week and the car got more problems, car is shaking and switches off, not taking gears, when explained to them all they said it's a second hand car and they put brand new parts.yet they broke certain parts while repairing. Interfered with the engine when nothing was wrong.They got mechanics working there that don't even know left from right!!! Very disappointed as this was my first vehicle. It's 5months since purchased and still never receive my car service book. They don't worry about assisting customers they only worry about closing the sale.

Purchased a vehicle from the dealership in June. The salesman agreed to have the faults repaired. I agreed to take the car the same day as i was promised that the vehicle will be repaired in the coming weeks. Ever since June to date the vehicle has not been repaired to which i have to get repaired at my own cost. After contacting the salesman on many occasions, I have been told that i need to pay a sum of money. I was mislead and still have not had my vehicle repaired. I paid for personalized plates and still have not received it. Terrible service. rip offs and full of empty promises, I will never do business with them again, Being a big name the service is pathetic and unprofessional.

Very poor unprofessional service from these guys.Did a deal in February this year,the vehicle purchased needed some touch up on the paint.I was prepared to take the vehicle as is because I wanted it done to factory spec,however the sales person convinced me that they have a provider who could fix it ,anyway they messed up a good vehicle , also I was harassed for money from their external provider(who is non RMI approved).It’s a joke really.The sales person was unethical in doing the deal , and was full of empty promises. Being part of a big brand they really need to get their act together.That place is run like a chop shop,shocking really!

Poor communication internally and with clients, felt mislead. Attempting to sell me an already sold vehicle. Going as far as doing an application for the car and no one updating me to advise the car is already sold. Was disappointed to say the least and wasted my time. Remove sold cars off the sales floor to avoid similar issues occurring or alternatively advise clients if there is already an offer on the car so we know upfront and don't build up false expectations. Transparency is key.

Buying a used motor vehicle these days is a challenge, however i must say buying my BMW at this Dealership, was nothing less then a pleasant experience, with a one stop shop for vehicle finance, motor vehicle warranty, friendly and effecient staff, i will definitely support again in future. Oh and by the way, they have a service centre too, that helped me with required servicing also. Great job guys!!!

Took a vehicle to them for repairs, paid 34k & waited over two months. After getting the van back, there is more wrong with it then there was before sending it to them & they do not take any responsibility for this. I have now taken the van to another mechanic to get the vehicle repaired. I would honestly not recommend doing business with these guys, they are very dishonest.

Bought a vehicle from these guys and within 3 months I had to change all 4 tyres, oil, filters and shocks. When questioned about why it was sold in that condition, unsurprisingly there was no response.
