Si hubiera estrellas negativas así lo calificaría!! Lamentablemente sólo puedo emitir esta reseña basado en una sola persona que me ha hecho pasar un pésimo momento. La experiencia empezó por teléfono haciendo la cita que originalmente había quedado 4:30 y me la cambiaron a las 5:30 con poco aviso algo que en estos días que tenemos el tiempo tan apretado puede ser una complicación. Llegué al lugar antes de ofrecerme por lo menos agua me cobraron, lo que aún no parecía tan grave, después les di mi tarjeta y me aplicaron la clásica de entonces más 5% de comisión por la terminal, práctica que personalmente me disgusta y creo que los negocios serios tienen que asumir eses costo y no trasladarlo al cliente y más cuando ni te avisan para tú ir preparado con efectivo, pero tampoco era motivo de nada más que una mala impresión. Lo que ya me empezó a sumar más a la mala experiencia es que me pidieron la propina antes de tan siquiera pasarme a la cabina de masaje, ante lo que respondí que la daría en efectivo y definiría el porcentaje según la calidad del masaje. Vale la pena mencionar que yo me doy muchos masajes y que es la primera vez que había visto esta práctica de la propina por adelantado lo que me parece un sin sentido. Sin embargo aún en ese punto después de haber movido mis compromisos después de que ellos me cambiaron la cita todavía quería hacerme un masaje deportivo porque estaba realmente lastimado así que continué fluyendo y la señorita quién me cobró me preguntó si quería que me mandara mi recibo a mi celular y muy inocentemente le dije que no era necesario porque les iba a pedir factura, ahí empezó: la cátedra de malas prácticas , falta de profesionalismo, cinismo y grosería como pocas veces me ha tocado y SOBRETODO en un lugar donde se supone que el servicio debe ser uno de sus valores más altos. En este momento vino a mí otra señorita que de forma absolutamente seca y sin mediar otra palabra ni intentar algún argumento empático me dijo que no daban factura; otro hecho que me parece de un lugar de tercera y máxime cuando si te hacen cobros por tarjeta y el ticket iba ser de $1,500 pesos. Solamente le pregunté a la señorita el por qué pensando en que tal vez era porque en ese momento no me la podían hacer por un tema técnico y de hecho lo hice de muy buena forma , según yo y así lo expreso porque no venía venir una reacción tan prepotente. La respuesta de la señorita fue que era mi culpa por no preguntar desde que hice la cita. Me pareció absurdo el comentario y se lo hice saber, pero honestamente la factura no hubiera sido un problema mayor y así esperaba que se quedara pero la señorita decidió en insistir en el punto y llevarlo al grado de decirme que mejor me hacía el reembolso prácticamente corriéndome. En este momento ya la situación era subreal porque yo seguía con mi dolor de piernas con ganas de un masaje y había tolerado su poco respeto por mi tiempo y todo lo que he comentado. La verdad era tan ridículo que le dije que honestamente no nos estábamos entendiendo y le pedí hablar con una persona de mayor jerarquía. Este fue el peor error que puede haber cometido porque ella reaccionó tremendamente mal y con un ego gigante me dijo que no había nadie más arriba que ella y que nunca había tenido una situación similar, que no creía lo que estaba pasando, que de verdad veía que me urgía un masaje porque estaba amargado y hasta tronando los dedos a su empleada le pidió que llamara a seguridad mientras exclamaba "ohh my God" de verdad que fue tan teatral y prepotente que ya me parecía comedia porque me decía que ya se iba porque ya no podía hacer nada por mí, caminaba a la puerta y regresaba a decirme que esperaba que hubiera una luz que alumbrara mi camino y que ella era coach y ya entendía lo que pasaba conmigo. La realidad es que al final no es cómico que existan estos lugares y sobre todo estos emprendedores de cuarta que ni impuestos quieren pagar y no tienen vocación de servicio cuando en México somos mundialmente reconocidos por nuestros altos estándares de servicio.

What an absolutely beautiful experience I had!! There's something honestly magical taking place while you're there. The energy that you feel is extremely wonderful. You'll feel rejuvenated walking out of your session. The staff there are very professional and the hospitality is second to none. Not only did I go once, I actually set up an appointment for the following day. I feel completely re-energized and my aches and pains went away! Jasmin was amazing!! Truly a work of art. I was really fascinating how in-tune she is with herself, the body, and mind!! She is definitely one of kind and I would highly recommended going to see her at INSPIRACION SPA. >>> Ask about the oils!! <<< * On my way out I was even given a gift! A token of friendship. I appreciate it so much and want to thank her for the lovely time spent. If you're ever in Mexico City and want to treat yourself a bit differently I suggest you stop by and enjoy the experience. Very nice space & amenities. I booked an infrared sauna and expected it to be for 60 minutes, however, the woman said it was 30 minutes - which seems a bit short for $650. It's not a true infrared sauna, it is a sauna with an infrared light covering the sauna light - that might be what you're looking for and not a problem but it wasn't what I was expecting. It also wasn't very hot and I hardly broke a sweat (even though it was on the highest setting). While I was there I decided to get a 90 minute deep tissue massage and that was amazing! Would definitely recommend. All-in-all it was a great experience, the woman working there couldn't be nicer. Only shame was the sauna.

Loved this spa experience. Booking was seamless and easy to do through what’s app. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, including robes, sandals, nice lockers and showers etc. The space is serene, cozy, and beautifully designed for relaxation. We did a day spa package that included a sauna, hot stone massage, jacuzzi, and beverage and it was so relaxing for an incredible price. And we had the place to our selves for our entire service which was cool and lucky. If you’re looking for a great, high quality spa experience for a great price this is the place to go!

I have been to this place 3 times, twice did the couple massage with my friends and once went solo. All the 3 times we did thai massage per their recommendation which was super amazing. Jasmin speaks english which is great. I have done both 90 and 120 mins and it was soo worth it. The spa is super small (2 rooms) and only one shower, so it doesnt have much space but if you are interested in good massage, just go for it. The appointment system was through whatsapp and very easy. Also, they do a great job advising you what massage best fits your situation.

Recuperé flexibilidad en todo el cuerpo, desaparecieron dolores crónicos a los que me había acostumbrado debido a contracturas, ha incrementado mi energía, vigor, animo y cambié para bien la perspectiva que tenía sobre mi cuerpo. I’m an LMT in Florida and have been receiving massages for over 20 years. My partner and I had a very nice experience at this spa. I received the Lomi Lomi and it was amazing. The therapist had a good energy and flow, was really relaxing. I wish I lived in the area as I would come on a regular basis! Clean facility, comfortable and great prices too! If you are in Mexico City do yourself a favor and book a massage, do the 90 minutes!

I was visiting from out of town and so glad I found this place. Booking was easy. I arrived early and they were able to get me in immediately. Marta did a fabulous job! I was relaxed and felt comfortable the whole time. The place was easy to find and clean. Everyone was so nice. They do charge 5% fee if you pay with a credit card fyi. I didn't speak Spanish but it didn't stop me from having a great experience. I highly recommend!

This place is awesome! Very clean and inviting. My therapist, Jasmin, is in a class by herself. She has great technique and the most important quality in a masseuse: she listens to your feedback and adapts to what you need. I've had many massage sessions through the years and she proved to be two cuts above. She earns every penny you may pay, she works so hard. I wish I lived in Mexico, I'd be at Inspiración every other week!

Je suis allée à Inspiracion spa une première fois en février et le massage au pierres chaudes est juste à tomber!! J’aurai voulu que ça ne s’arrête jamais!! J’ai réitéré l’expérience ce jour même, c’était une autre personne qui allait me masser , j’appréhendais que ce soit moins bien et non!!! Massage de superbe qualité! Service impeccable! Je le recommande à 100% et y retournerais aussi!!!

I arrived exactly 12 min late to the appointment. They said they would still charge 90 minutes but only give me 60min. I asked them if it was ok for me to pay the 60min instead and THEY (the owner of the spa) CALLED THE POLICE ON ME claiming I was refusing to pay for a service they hadn’t even provided….they have no concept of customer service. Instead of relaxing I ended up stressed..

We had a really nice couples massage at Inspiracion. The front desk was very communicative via WhatsApp and was able to accommodate our early arrival. The masseuses took great care of us during our 90-minute deep tissue. We both walked out feeling much better than when we walked in. It was a great way to wind down after 3 days of sightseeing in Mexico City.

El lugar está decorado minimalista, pero es lo que menos cuenta. El servicio del persona, la técnica que emplean en cada masaje, exfoliación, etc es lo que me sorprendió. Sin duda hay que fijarse que rsten certificadas en cada técnica así como ellas. El masaje descobtracturante completo que me dieron ha sido el mejor que haya recibido. 5 estrellas !

The massage was great however the manager talked us into getting 90 minutes couple massage! However gave us only 60 minutes and charged for 90 minutes! When we confronted her she said you walked in to the facility at 10:30 and finished at 11:40 that’s 90 minutes! ‍♀️Be careful about this place deffinately cheated us.
