They got good services and cool buses almost like being on a flight....you'll probably not enjoy if you don't book tickets ahead of time or when you arrive late when the bus is already left...drivers don't like to stop on the way to wait for anyone except it's a designated stop for them such as restaurants

Their buses are comfortable and the customer service during a trip is on point. However there is a security issue that they need to fix. I took it in September 2016 and our bus was attacked by armed robbers. They have to make sure this doesn't happen again, and above all stop night time traveling.

I sent a parcel to be given to my family in Berekum from Accra yesterday, 24th December. As of today, 25th December 5.06pm, he hasn't gotten the parcel. The office in Berekum is locked. I know the government has shifted the holidays to Monday and Tuesday so please what could possibly be the cause?

This is a fairly comfortable place. They have a resting area for passengers to wait their departure. Food and drinks are available for sale. You also have access to a washroom to take care of private business.

Good state transportation. The buses are improved. This is station with many seats. You can find a toilet and some booth with drinks and small food outside. They have big scales for weighing your baggage.

It's a big terminal for purchase of ticket and boarding of buses to main regional capitals as well as other neighbouring countries of Ghana e.g Togo, Mali, Burkina Faso, Benin, Côte De vour.
